While travelling I dropped the laptop on pavement..ugh...no visible damage but strange noises told me something was broken inside (though the computer still worked, it got hot). I took it to the geek squad, they shipped it to their repair facility and 6 weeks later it was returned unrepaired because they could not get the part from their supplier. I saw the great reviews John got from his customers, called him, dropped off the laptop and he repaired it in a little over a week. His price was $100 less than the quote I had gotten from Geek Squad. I know who I'm calling from now on when I have a computer or internet system issue. So thankful to have John as such a great resource right here in little ol' Scott Valley!

I called this company and spoke to James Person; I explained that I was on a very tight time schedule and needed their services. I was told that he had another trip to the Pilot scheduled at 5:30 pm and that he would have me wait so he could combine the trips. When I tried to explain that I didn't have time to wait around until then, Mr Person said, "oh well" and hung up on me. I called for a business service that he advertises, which I am willing to pay for -- but he apparently feels that his time schedule is more important than that of the company trying to pay for his service. I would suggest that, unless you have an infinite amount of time to conform to HIS time schedule, you seek notary services from someone else.
