It's far cheaper and LESS STRESSFUL to either find something similar on Craigslist for about the same amount of money or buy new if you can afford it. Just don't bother getting an appliance repaired unless you absolutely must. If this is the case I'd recommend the only appliance store in town (on Owens Street) before some independent outfit who's not able to get a good deal should you need to replace instead of repair.
