Owner proceeded to berate and belittle me for not giving her a name when I picked up the clothes. For starters, I was never asked for a name or phone number while dropping them off, which I thought to be odd but assumed they would reference my receipt if needed. The amount of attitude I was given for doing nothing wrong was ridiculous. Owner then tried to back peddle and claim it was a "long day". I understand having long days but the customer comes first and should be treated as such. Don't reccomend giving them your time, the women here are too much of a hassle. Not impressed and will not be returning.

I had my husband drop off our king size comforter and shams for dry cleaning and because the word…read more'Professional' was written on the tag they said the could clean it because it only had 'dry clean ONLY' on the tag, when I got it back it was utterly destroyed, wrinkled, and smaller then the bed, decorative wood buttons and leather clasps, on the Shams, shredded, these items had to have been placed in a washing machine to cause this much damage to them, and the woman at the front claimed they are NOT a professional dry cleaner so what in the world are they!
