Ruined my Christmas stockings-…read more On 11/27/2018 I brought in 2 stockings to be embroidered to Prints Charming. Along with the blank stockings I brought in 2 already embroidered stockings to match the embroidery. I spoke to the woman at the counter and asked if she could match the font of the done stockings. She said yes, filled out a form, and said she'd like to keep one finished stocking to match the font and color to. 12/5/18 I called and they said they were done. 'Josh' 'Ali' and 'Stevenson' were what was supposed to be matched. 'JAMES' and 'CALLIE'  are what Prints Charming did. As you can see, the font, color, size, nothing is the same. I was told that they don't even have the right font when I said it was incorrect. Why didn't you say something when I ordered, call me later, or used a close cursive? Instead it is in all capital  letters, huge sizing, and a different color. Why did they keep a stocking for reference? The woman I spoke to said they couldn't fix it, because it would ruin the stocking to rip the embroidery out and she refunded my payment.

went in over a month ago to get some stickers made, talked with the "graphic designer " he took…read moremeasurements of both vehicles, went over what we wanted and what color got a quote for price, waited for mock ups. emailed back and forth quite a bit till we were finally happy with the mock up gave the okay to print it. Got a call a week later they were ready, was then told a different price than agreed on in the beginning, the "graphic designer " was very rude and snippy on the phone. went to go look at the stickers, noticed there was a bunch of black fuzz on our bright yellow lettering, expressed our concerns to the owner and all he said was "if your not happy with it I'll just throw it away" then proceeded to grab it off the table to throw it away. When we brought up how his graphic designer talked to us his reason was "Richard's not really a people person." Would not recommend this place for stickers.

We first heard of him from one of our members as we were looking for a good reliable local screen printer to get some designs on various shirts and tanks... He is super quick and responsive and everything he's completed for us turned out top notch quality.
