They also do not do diagnostics after their work to make sure things work. The employee David asked for my son's pass code which is shady and security risk and also said I should not turn on "maintenance mode" which is for Samsung phones for security and privacy when getting repairs done. All of this has been super shady and dishonest. Then he lied saying he told me on the phone it was not official parts... which is a lie because he did not and the law still says it has to be in writing. Seems they have shady cons going on here. Another store down the street charges the exact price they charged me but for the official OEM parts! Do not appreciate having my time and money wasted.
