It was a Sunday night, but I called anyway. Thomas was willing to take my computer that evening, replaced the disk, and had it ready for me by Monday afternoon. He did a great job of explaining disk options available to me. He gave me a very fair, reasonable price and totally reconfigured my computer with windows and software installations when I picked it up. Now, six months later, a fan on my laptop "croaked" on me. I contacted Thomas. He was quick to respond and identify that the fan needed to be replaced. Again, a reasonable price and excellent service. The employee David asked for my son's pass code which is shady and security risk and also said I should not turn on "maintenance mode" which is for Samsung phones for security and privacy when getting repairs done. Then he lied saying he told me on the phone it was not official parts... which is a lie because he did not and the law still says it has to be in writing. Seems they have shady cons going on here. Had Dr. Mac visit our home to evaluate our Mac laptop that has been very hot over the last two…read moremonths. Kevin was very friendly and focused on our 16 inch laptop. Within one hour, he diagnosed that the problem was software related. He "cleaned-up" our system, removed old unused software and applications, and added an application that monitored our temperature and fan speed. It was truly successful and Kevin indicated that we can easily get another five years our of our 2019 laptop. We originally thought that it was a plug vent or broken fan, but rather Keven explained that too much unused software and applications can cause this overheating.
