Then he lied saying he told me on the phone it was not official parts... which is a lie because he did not and the law still says it has to be in writing. Seems they have shady cons going on here. Had Dr. Mac visit our home to evaluate our Mac laptop that has been very hot over the last two…read moremonths. Kevin was very friendly and focused on our 16 inch laptop. Within one hour, he diagnosed that the problem was software related. He "cleaned-up" our system, removed old unused software and applications, and added an application that monitored our temperature and fan speed. It was truly successful and Kevin indicated that we can easily get another five years our of our 2019 laptop. We originally thought that it was a plug vent or broken fan, but rather Keven explained that too much unused software and applications can cause this overheating. We definitely will call Dr. Mac when we have Mac computer problems. He was reasonably priced and we are truly satisfied as you can tell from this review.
