As I tried to introduce myself and start a discussion the noise in the background was so loud and distracting I couldn't even get a sentence out. I asked if I should call back later because of the noise and he said, No I'm just cleaning. When I told him that the noise was distracting he said, "okay bye", and hung up. That was rude and unprofessional. I will not be buying anything from them and my contractor is informed that I will not buy anything from them. Good job guys. He ignored the facts I wrote to him explaining that his workers were lazy and stood around waiting for basic parts that should have been on the thier truck then billed me for their time. He failed to take responsibility for the fact that his crew left my business with out a working network for 5 days as they failed to test it properly then didn't have anyone who could fix it. I called the store on Churn Creek and a female answered and said she could not help me because I did it online. She was so rude I couldn't believe it. I then called the T-Mobile store on Dana in the mall as I was in tears with frustration. Sam answered the phone and told me to come right over. He was so wonderful and patient and helped me set up my account and transfer my service from Verizon to them. I want to say THANK YOU Sam. I went here thinking that I would sign up for T-Mobile. I had problems with my SIM card being locked by AT&T. It took me a few days to get through to AT&T. They made me Hold onto the iPhone watch even though I tried to give it back to him two days later. I was afraid I was gonna have problems with AT&T. They would not let me give it back to them. When I finally did sign on with Metro T-Mobile instead of T-Mobile because I guess there is a difference. The guy charged me a restocking fee took a photograph of my drivers license front and back. I got charged a restocking fee. About a month later I gotta charge on my credit card for a phone. I called t-Mobile-customer service. They said there was fraud going on at that store and they would give me a call back within a week. This was a month ago and I never got a call back from T-Mobile. I don't even know if they took care of the person who committed fraud. Go here if you wanna be robbed.
