A while back I arranged to have this company come to do a big clean of my 2600sqft home for $1500.00. We had a date and time set for approximately two weeks with a lot of communication back and forth. the night before at around 9pm I received a text from one of the cleaners of the crew coming the next morning saying the would not be here at 9am but more like 11am or so. Would this be ok? Well, this was an 8 hour job at least so, NO it would not be ok first off. Second off who the heck TEXTS a change of schedule at 9at night to a customer? I met Sarah one time when I was going to get my apt cleaned. I lived at the Heritage Plaza at the time and was in the process of moving. Sarah helped me through this crisis I was going through. I lived there for 18 years and have mobility issues. Sarah was always with me during this move, she has a heart of gold, very dependable, reliable, honest and trustworthy. Sarah's team did an amazing job! Our family's lake cabin hadn't been occupied in 5+years and it was EXTREMELY dusty! We had a couple of areas that were not touched but I asked if it was part of their service and they were very apologetic and asked if they could come out right away to address the area. I did not see a reason to come out for 2 areas but they insisted. It was very nice to meet them in person and they appreciated the feedback and opportunity to address the missed spots. Unprofessional, never on time, and the way they "clean" is awful. Lysol wipes and microfiber cloths don't clean, they just smear stuff around. One of your main employees always seems to be under the influence of something, since she is always late, fumbling over her words, and overall unprofessional. Lack of proper communication from the company itself and I wouldn't recommend them. They are way more professional and clean companies in Redding! read more

I hate to leave a negative review, but every time I see the chips in my bathroom sink and the scratches in my acrylic tub I feel I need to leave a review. I had to clean everything they said was cleaned. Something was dropped on my sink and left a chip. I have an acrylic tub that has never been used. The instructions was just to wipe out the tub with microfiber cloth. The girl elected to scrub the tub with cleanser leaving scratches. This is just two examples of the problems I have to live with. When I told the owner, her answer was to have them come back and clean again. If they could not clean the first time and left damage, why would I want them back again? I was to only have one girl for two hours and two showed up. The owner said she has had problems with the extra girl. Why is she still employed? The owner them wanted to charge me for two people. She did not and and would not make any price adjustment. If you have a nice home I would NOT have them clean. read more
