Home and Office Buddy is a God-Send! We love Randy and Sarah! They leave our house spotless, they are polite and very respectful. They also love our grouchy elderly rescue dog Rosa. We've tried other cleaning services in the past but Home and Office Buddy far surpasses everyone else. The management is responsive and professional. They use natural products that are safe and effective. We're very pleased and would recommend them to anyone! Update: Home and Office Buddy is now Sparkle Buddy! We are still with this company, and happy to leave another glowing review! read more

I just wanted to say what great job the ladies do. We hava a bit of mass chaos, work from home, kids in school, country living and they always step right in and get us all fixed up. The house looks great and the whole team is so kind and helpful. Customer service is fast and so friendly. The automated reminders and review of services are great. Communication and expectations are clear and easy to understand. We really appreciate all that they do. read more

Stellar job! We just had them in today to clean our rental house as we departed for a cross-country move. They were kind, extremely friendly, were very mindful of our price point and did a great job. Their in-advance quote was spot-on. We added a few things onto the to-do list when they arrived and they gave us a quote for what extra time it would be and hit it on the dot. I was in the house the whole time and they worked efficiently without taking breaks. I would hands-down use them again. read more

We used Sparkle Buddy to clean our home before the house was put on the market. They did a spectacular job! They were flexible, efficient, on time and the house looked so wonderful! We would use them again in a minute. Thank you Sparkle Buddy! read more

So i moved into a new house and wanted it cleaned. Called the BUDDy to set up a cleaning. Three women showed up and cleaned the house. Overall it was a decent cleaning. Im a fairly critical person so i expect a bit more then your average person. Now this cleaning was not the best (only my cleaning is the best) but far from the worst. I would use them again. i have tried "other" cleaners in the Redding area and Sparkle Buddy seems better.... read more

First time using Sparkle, just for Windows (interior & exterior). We are happy with the final results. They did have to come back for 2 windows with water spots but we now have beautiful clean windows throughout the house. They were pretty dirty to start with! I appreciated the follow up from the office to ensure we were happy with the results. Very nice people both on the phone, email and in person. read more

My first cleaning service was a disappointment. They had to send a team member back to finish the clean because it was done so poorly. The second service was a better experience. However, my issue is that you get someone different each time so it's hard to get a consistent clean. Some of their cleaners are definitely better than others. Also, they do not have a vacuum suitable for hardwood floors (my house is all hardwood) and the sweeping method is inefficient. Another small detail but something that bothered me, is that they don't seem to be trained in making beds. If a cleaner is going to make my bed, I expect it to look somewhat like a hotel. Their bed making skills are sloppy and leave room for much improvement. I may give them a try again in the future but for now I'm trying out other cleaners. read more

We hired Sparkle Buddy about 3 months ago. We utilize them biweekly. They are extremely professional and always leave our house absolutely spotless. Having 2 children under 2 years old leaves little time for deep cleaning. Hiring Sparkle Buddy has taken so much stress off of my plate and allowed us to enjoy a clean home and spend more time playing and adventuring with our little ones! read more

Sparkle Buddy was easy to schedule, and the cleaners were very friendly. The service seemed a bit overpriced, and I don't think that their "green" cleaning solutions did an adequate job sanitizing our home. I did not have a poor experience with Sparkle Buddy, it was just not what I had in mind. read more

To be fair, we are new to getting our house cleaned. But this has been the best experience. Tana is professional, responsive, and trustworthy. Our cleaning ladies are AMAZING. They are fast, but clean better than I can. The environmentally friendly cleaning products is a huge plus for us. It would take me days to do what they do in a couple hours. We are so happy and look forward to a long relationship. Thanks again for all the hard work. read more

I have been using Home Buddy for over four months now and we have been very pleased with the service, professionalism, friendliness, and attention to detail. I started with a deep clean of my entire house. They cleaned all the doors, window tracks, floorboards, etc. We had been cleaning the house, but it did not come close to how it looked after The Home Buddy team left, it was amazing. Also, Tana the owner makes all of her owner cleaners that make the house smell wonderful; plus they are all non-toxic and biodegradable. Since our deep clean we've had visits every two weeks. I have three teenage boys in the house and the Home Buddies help me keep things in order and keeps addition clutter from forming. I've also had Tana the owner come do a surprise inspection on my home and it looked even more amazing than I thought possible!! I don't know what I'd do without these ladies, they are amazing!!! read more

Tana & her crew are great! We had a rental property we sold & the tenants had only a day to move before the close so we got these guys in there to make it clean. & cleaning up after 4 dogs & 6 people they did amazing ! The new owners were very happy too!! Would definitely use them again!! Great work!! Great people! read more

Office Buddy is a wonderful company and the owners are very trustworthy.

I have tried 2 different cleaners in this city. The cleaning was sub par at best. Their attitude is horrible and I would never invite them back to my home again. How can you be rude to someone in their home? When I asked them for a managers number, they responded: "It's the one you called". I asked for the the managers name and they replied, "Ask them on the phone." WOW! I will never use them again. read more

Just had my first home service. Excellent work. They exceeded my expectations and I chose this business based off the excellent Yelp reviews. Turns out that Supervisor I spoke with when calling is an old friend which just drove home that this is a reputable and honest business. Cant wait to continue the service. The rates are very reasonable and the two employees who arrived were professional, caring and sought feedback on how they did, what we may want done differently, etc. Excellent company! read more

Two gals showed up to clean my 3 bedroom home. Cleaning requirements were mop all laminate flooring, and vacuum all carpeting, and usual dusting, including reachable overhead lighting, plus full cleaning of the 2 1/2 bath bathrooms. The baseboards were totally neglected. I have an iron railing behind my couch, which was not dusted, and behind the couch (which was easy to give a shove from behind) had handfuls of dust bunnies on the floor behind it. You could see them just standing behind the couch. The "obvious things" were dusted or mopped, but no attention was given to the "little things" that define someone as a professional cleaner. Would not recommend this service. read more

Called them and needed a full move in cleaning the next day, they made it happen! The girls did an awesome job! They made me feel like know one had lived there before. I love some detailed they were. Recommend to any friends or family! read more

Highly recommend! The girls show up on time, are kind, get the job done right (including windows, upon request), and never go over the estimated time/ cost without asking first. read more

This is an excellent cleaning service! Very through, fast and friendly!! This was my third time trying out a cleaning service in Redding and this was by far the best cleaning we have had so far. Thank you so much Home Buddies! read more

After reading the nice reviews I called and spoke with a woman who gave me an expensive estimate. I told her I was moving out so the apartment would be empty. I keep my place clean but packing has taken it's toll on my back so a little help is needed. I told her my two bed/two bath (only one glass shower door) the second bathroom is only used by my cat and I clean it daily, one refrigerator, not the stove as I cleaned it, under it and replaced the burner pads, no washer or dryer, no window cleaning needed as we just got new ones and they are clean, then she asked if the shelves need cleaning, nope I did those when I packed. She then told me she would be here EIGHT hours? And about $270 - $300.00 I told her NO way would it take eight hours to clean. So I asked how much an hour? She said $35 EACH cleaner and there would be 3-4 cleaners. So eight hours x 3 - 4 cleaners at $35 each? My rents not that much! I think one cleaner per room would take about ONE HOUR total. The bedrooms would be empty, just vacuum the floors. Really, 8 hours? She then asked if I wanted this info emailed to me? No thanks! At the end of the conversation she did say it would be "move in" ready? I was moving "out" so maybe she mistaken me for a manager or owner of an apartment complex? How can anyone afford weekly or monthly cleanings? My neighbor moved out and had a "professional" house cleaner and she charged $15-20 an hour. So I will go with someone other than Home Buddy. read more

I had the best experience with Home Buddy! The two cleaners they sent had their work in store for them, because we have four big dogs on several acres and they track in a lot of dirt. I also needed the walls cleaned along with a deep clean of the house and fridge. The girls were polite and on time, and they were also SO QUIET, which with dogs that like to bark at every little sound, was such a boon as I work from home and was working as they cleaned. The girls did an absolute beautiful job on everything (I swear, my shower--and the rest of the house--has never been this clean!) and left the house sparkling and beautiful. I've tried several cleaning services in Shasta County and will definitely be using Home Buddy from now on. Highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a cleaning service. read more

Tana and her crew did a really nice job. We just moved into a house that was not bad but definitely was in need of a good deep cleaning. I have gone through the place and these ladies definitely got into all the nooks and crannies. I will definitely be using this business again to help me upkeep my home. read more

I called and they were able to come the next day and did an amazing job. Lana and Debra were friendly and hard working. My house looks brand new and we couldn't be more pleased with them. read more

Officebuddy is our new business janitorial service and they're great! They do what they've agreed to do and they do it well. If you need to 'tweek' the service-not a problem, they'll work with you. As a matter of fact, I'm looking forward to using homebuddy in my home. read more

Tana and her crew came in for deep clean today and they were amazing! The house was sparkling and smelling good when they left. Tana herself cleaned the kitchen and she cleaned the oven so thoroughly that it looked like it was brand new! The lady who did my bathrooms was awesome too. She spend good 2 hours just in my master bathroom scrubbing everything. I will definitely recommend Home Buddy and will use them again for maintenance cleaning as well. read more

Disappointed to say the least. Many hours later and hundreds of dollars poorer we actually had to clean our own toilets, tubs, etc. some areas of the house were cleaned, some were not even touched. Tana and her girls were very nice people, just not very good at prioritizing and getting the job done efficiently. really haphazard. I have had housekeepers before so I do not think my expectations are unreasonable as far as what they should be able to accomplish. read more
