The cleaning crew came through for us in a pinch and during these current desperate times in the pandemic we know that's worth it's weight in gold. Rosemarie was easy to deal with and very professional. Her and the crew did an exemplary job cleaning our house. They did deep cleaning and disinfecting that was sorely needed in our situation. They were flexible, professional, and all kinds of awesome. We were very pleased with the results and our overall interaction with them. I'd give 10 stars if I could! From the very first phone call with RoseMarie to the end of the cleaning day with Heidi, these ladies were amazing. They and a third helper cleaned a house that had been neglected for more than a year. This house had piles of papers, mountains of dishes, soiled linens and rugs, pet mess, dust and gunk, and bathrooms that looked like squatters used it. The estimate process was smooth and easy. Rose Marie and her cleaning crew did a fantastic job cleaning our house. We had just had our floors replaced and there was a TON of dust and grime throughout the whole house. They cleaned from top to bottom and did a good job. They also did it for a very fair price. I would definitely recommend them to anyone! read more

I hesitate to write a bad review but they were not cleaners. Their price is high. I noticed several places where things were not moved on tables and dusted under and behind. It appeared that they just didn't care if things were clean. I will not hire them again. read more

Established in 2017.

The Cleaning Crew, LLC was started by Rosemarie in January of 2017. Rosemarie's very first Cleaning business was started in 1995 in Ukiah, CA. It was a one person show. Now in Redding she saw the need for another good cleaning service. So with that, The Cleaning Crew was established.

Meet the Business Owner: Rosemarie B.

I became an entrepreneur at the age of nineteen. My very first business was cleaning houses. In between I ran a daycare for 10 years in my home to stay at home with my children. After closing the daycare, I bought my first restaurant then a second one. I am now retiring from the restaurant business and decided to go back to my first business. I really enjoyed the happiness and relief my clients felt from having a clean space, so me and my crew are continuing to do that.

Now my wife has been ill so she chose a bright cheery color that reminded her of our cruise to the Caribbean. Why does this matter? Funny thing is that when he started one of my neighbors stopped and asked if he had any influence in our color choice. Job done nlm Anyhow Eric spend 2 days power washing scraping and sanding. He gave us a roll of tape and asked us to mark any spots we thought needed attention, there were none. Eric has followed up twice now and is adamant he stands behind his work. Brady and Casey were right in the middle and gave me options that I hadn't considered. I had a tenant in the house that was basically living with a dead front and backyard. Rosemarie came to my house and went through each room with me thoroughly and worked with my son to come up with the cost and arrange for payment. She was so easy to work and very pleasant.
