They quoted me via mail after telling them the number of window that needed to be washed inside and out and screen repair. They came in and worked on the windows and screens and were done in a timely manner. We made our appt and got an estimate via email. Everything was very easy and the day came. Scott came early and did a walk thru and we added on another service. He gave us our final cost. It was well worth every dollar! We had some missing screens that needed to be replaced. We had white vinyl and old metal screens. He drove all over town till he found the metal frames so that it would match. He also fixed our patio screen door and re-placed the screen on our front screen door. The windows are so clean and sparkly! What a difference it really makes when you have a professional clean your windows. He was professional and easy to work with. I felt safe with him there even as my husband ran an errand. We will definitely use his services again to keep our place looking nice. read more

I admit it was quite a long time since my windows and screens were cleaned inside and out. Performed in very timely manner, no equipment failures or excuses of any kind. My house looked "new" again, the windows appear as if they were polished in some way. I will be back, and I won't wait so long next rime. Pretty pricey for what you get and don't get. They say they clean your window tracks, but really don't! Their screen cleaning needs much improvement. It's not Rocket Science. Just had Ben from Two Guys Window Cleaning out. We live in a rural area so there's lots of dust and pollen plus its been a good long while since our windows were last cleaned so I knew cleaning our windows would be a chore. I can say you'd never know that now. He did a really great job!! As for the business end I contacted Two Guys via e-mail (they have phone, e-mail and txt) to arrange to have several of our windows cleaned. Their website is very user friendly and by using their graphic and pricing guide I knew before I even contacted them what the cost would be. For most windows they charge a simple $4 per pane of glass. It was $8 a window for ours since each window has one fixed pane and one sliding pane. Simple! The price includes inside and out plus cleaning of the screens by the way. They confirmed my price estimate in the e-mail and we set up an appointment for the next day between 8-9am. Ben was on his way by 8 and arrived around 8:45. He was very professional, examined each window with me and off he went. Ben was very thorough. Its obvious he is a very detail oriented person because he went after every little spec. The windows are immaculate. I wouldn't have noticed it, but Ben pointed out that where our sprinkler hit one of our windows there were some barely noticeable, light streaks of mineral deposits. This was something he wasn't equipped for but he could refer me to someone who could remove them if I wished. I don't see the need at this point since, as I said it is barely noticeable. After he was done, Ben did a final walk around to pick up anything he might have missed and made sure I was happy with the job he did. I was. I had six windows done, it came to $52. That is very reasonable I think, particularly when you consider what a good job was done. I would recommend Two Guys without hesitation and will no doubt have them out again next time our windows need cleaning! read more

They were thorough checking for any missed or slightly streaked spots and redid the cleaning to perfection. They did such a good job at my home that I had them do my business windows as well. Pointed out issues with a couple of seals being broken, and repaired a small hole in a screen at an extra charge. I used them for our home, our office building, and our business location.
