I've been a customer for several years & typically Ted is the person who I get to see. He is very attentive to detail, loves animals, is very easy going & does a wonderful job getting both the carpets & tile looking great. When I was in a rental property, after a couple treatments from Ted at All American Carpet, the carpet looked better than when I moved in. I don't wear shoes inside so the carpets tend to wear well. In fact, when I moved out, the property management said they would still need to clean the carpets for the next resident, but didn't charge me because it looked so good. I bought a house & Ted was there to clean the carpets & tile before we moved in. They looked practically brand new! I moved out & back into a rental. I called Ted again to give me peace of mind & asked for the carpets & tile to be cleaned. They looked SO much better once he was done! I'm not sure who the rental company uses, but it's definitely not All American. I moved out & recently bought a new house & asked Ted to come out. There were a couple dark stains on the carpet that he was able to significantly lighten, which is great because they were pretty dark. Maybe grease? The tile throughout looks really nice too. Initially I came in knowing I'd have new paint throughout & have the floors treated before considering replacement. Once the paint was done & the floors were cleaned, I got to save myself a little money on replacement & decided to reinvest the allotment in light fixtures & kept a little in my pocket. I'll use that to call Ted back for a maintenance appointment down the road. Customer service is always great too! If they don't answer, just leave a message & expect a call back. They are busy but truly return phone calls & can typically get you scheduled pretty quickly. It's that time of year again,. School has begun ( give or take Covid 19) and our carpet has seen better days. 3 years since a Professional cleaning, whomever does it, has to be great! I go ahead and schedule a day with All-American Carpet Care after reading nothing but wonderful reviews about this small, family owned business. The plan was to clean our carpet in the LR, Hall and Bath. Also, to have steam cleaning on our first generation, 20 year old, Laminate flooring in the DR and kitchen. I was ready to get this going The technician shows up right on time. He was more ready to go than I was. Ted started with the Laminate flooring. He drug in all the equipment and I found a comfortable place to observe. Hadn't ever had the laminate floor professionally cleaned before and I was eager to see the outcome. I was not disappointed !! What an elaborate set up !!! I couldn't believe the years of gunk that came off that floor !. It looked 100% better than when we started. I had no idea !‍ Next Ted started on the carpet. We've had this expensive carpet for 20 years and it's been professionally cleaned numerous times. It had been 3 years since the last cleaning, you can imagine‍ Ted did a very thorough job... he got out spots that other places couldn't.... he was great at getting up around the edges, behind doors and other places that are often missed. He also cleaned a 8x4 ft indoor, outdoor, off white carpet. It was filthy prior but looked better than new when he finished. It's been 10 hours since he left, the carpet is dry, smells great and looks nearly new. The laminate looks like golden oak again and not dark walnut. I am IMPRESSED!!!! Don't move furniture???? While the carpet cleaning job was good, the fact that the technician was going to clean around my furniture including exercise bike was shocking to me. I have had carpets cleaned by a number of services and have never had anyone say they don't move furniture to clean. My husband and I had to move smaller pieces of furniture ourselves and technician cleaned around our couches. I have a tweaked back to show for yesterday's cleaning. Technician said he was only one guy and moving furniture was extra and had to be requested in advance. My 69 Year old husband and I moved all. Great total experience. Best price quote we were given. On top of this we received an additional discount as a church. This is a family business, and it shows. A friendly person interacts with you instead of a message machine. Our church and seating upholstery were noticeably clean and almost dry when they finished the job. The first time Ted came out to clean my 2 large sectional sofas he left my hard wood floor sopping wet, so much I had to wipe it up after my kids slipped. My area rug had to be placed out side to dry. The sofas were also left very wet and we were told to not use them for 24 hours. They were so wet we would have been unable to use the them anyway. The sofas were not clean and he left several stains on them. Ted also decided to give my children a lecture about the non-cleanliness of the couches. I did not hire someone to clean my couches to tell me how dirty they were and how big of a job he was completing. It was embarrassing and degrading. I called and spoke to one of the owners, who was kind and said she would send her husband, the other owner out to fix the job and to talk with me about his employees behavior. Needless to say, the owner never came, but they sent another employee. This employee spent an hour doing some cleaning to both sectionals. There were still some very dirty couch cushions when he was done. I felt very defeated and just asked he leave it once trying to clean the dirt off. Compared to cleaning a dirty carpet, these sofas should have been a breeze. I am convinced they charged me $500 and just didn't have the right tools for the job. I will only use specific upholstery cleaners in the future. FYI these couches were professionally cleaned less than 1 year before. I have kids and dogs, fabric gets dirty. read more

It's not often that I give a 5-star rating but Alex deserves this one for numerous reasons; I called first thing, Saturday morning on a holiday weekend & he made time to assess the mess. I spilled coffee on my couch & managed to get it on all 3 cushions, the back & under the cushions. He stopped by & said getting the stains out would be no problem. Less than 30 minutes later, he finished the job & my house smelled lightly of clean citrus. No chemical scent, no drenched couch cushions and no stains! Recently used All-American carpet to clean the carpets throughout my entire house. I had to run an errand so I left the guys in my home to clean my carpet. When I returned home, they were gone. I found they forgot to clean an entire room in my home. I called them and explained the situation. They said they could come back in a few days to finish the job. A few days later they came back. This time they brought one guy to clean the carpets, and two other men to video tape the one guy cleaning the carpets. No one ever asked my permission to video record in my home. One of the gentlemen video taping introduced himself as "Shayron" from the "Carpet Cleaning Academy" in Southern California. They came to the North State to conduct some training and make a video. Something about this whole thing seemed super strange to me. Anyway, they finished the one room and left. Long story short: my carpets came out ok. Not the best ever. Not the worst. I think some areas could use a touch up, but that's ok. Some spots are crunchy. The price was decent. With a few changes, I think All-American will be a great company. read more
