My wife and I were seeking a dependable company to complete a patio and footings for a deck for our…read morehouse near Mt Lassen. I contacted Rogelio with Prime Concrete Creations. At a time when contractors are swamped with jobs due to more people staying home during the pandemic, Rogelio was by far the most available and responsive of any I tried to contact. On the day I called he came up from Redding to look at the project and start working on a bid. Throughout the project Rogelio and his crew were very helpful, and flexible as my plans for a patio and deck evolved. Rogelio made helpful suggestions to enhance the appearance of the patio. Rogelio and his crew are true artists and are very good at what they do. The cost of the completed work was very reasonable in light of dramatic increases in the price of materials. The finished patio is beautiful and with the sound foundations for the deck portion will help make a spectacular project and enhance the beauty of our house. I highly recommend Prime Concrete Creations to anyone who wants to work with a great company that does fantastic concrete work. I will definitely hire them again on future concrete projects.

The greater landscape project could not progress until the walkway was completed and they pulled out all the stops to complete their portion quickly. I have experience with many paver projects done for me in the Bay Area and I was most impressed with the quality of their work. Howard, the owner of North State, is a quality guy that does everything he says he is going to do and more. That is a rare quality these days. He had to send his crew back to my project to lift off some pavers to repair a damaged irrigation pipe, and replace the pavers. He got this done in one day so that the landscape project could proceed. I highly recommend Howard and North State Masonry.

I live out of town, but I decided to hire them to do the replacement. They came the next day and replaced the stone. They did an excellent job! You can't really even tell it's a new piece added, it fits so well with the old original hearth stones. Not only was I very impressed with their work, I was even more impressed with their professionalism! Jesse never met me, due to me being an out-of-town owner of this property. All of his responses were professional, prompt and the price was very fair. It may not be good business practice for him, but I really appreciated the fact he was willing to go into the property sight unseen and not having met me, just going on my word that "the check's in the mail." It's the kind of trust in your customers of olden days and I really appreciated it! Thank you, Jesse! I highly recommend this company! -Kelley Jordan
