When my family contacted them about the crack they said "we're a Christian based company and we make sure we do quality work", "it looks better than when it was just concrete" "can't do anything for it as we won't be able to match the color". Since then the cracks have gotten much bigger and the patio looks terrible. Do not use them, they have done nothing to help my family after taking $3500 for this poor patio job. My parents have a beautiful home and will now have to incur the expense of tearing this hideous work out and replacing it.

Not only did they take an interest in our project, but they really worked with us on a personal level to come up with a complete package. Our installation was delayed due to Covid-19 and their inability to get the materials. Our install was scheduled for April of 2022 and was completed in July of 2022. The installation crew was fantastic! They were professional, courteous, on time and cleaned up each day after they were finished. They answered any questions or concerns we had. The electrician and his team was also very professional, courteous and provided detailed explanations on what he would be doing. The GM Jordan was very thorough, courteous and professional during his final walk through. He went over every aspect of the job ensuring it was installed correctly. He took photos and documented any areas of concern or that he wanted to have looked at more closely. The project took 6 days to install and two days for the electrician, a total of 8 days. We are overjoyed with the final project and so glad we decided to use Majestic Builders. We will enjoy our outdoor patio for years to come. We would highly recommend Majestic Builders and their team. On the build day they showed up at the time that we were told they and went right to work. They left there work area clean and closed all gates in the area that they were working. On the day of final walk through with Tyler it so happened to be raining, we happened to notice a minor leak and pointed it out to Tyler. They were professional about coming out right away to fix the leak. I am happy to say that it is leak free now. We also contacted with Majestic Builders to repair an other enclosed covered patio that was built by an other contractor & had leaked since day one. We never was able to get him to come out and repair it. We are happy to say that Majestic went all out and it is now leak free.

A young…read moreindependent guy was recommended to prepare the sub floor that needed a 36"X 36" piece of new subfloor at entrance, using plywood, I got a bill over $1000.00. On another order I asked to have new bathroom viny, floor installer tells sales person they're is nothing wrong with the floor Denise, suggested a different idea for laundry rm.?! In fact the Bath lanolin had been water damaged, discolored, bubbling by toilet and when ripped up subfloor a wax ring needed replaced. I still continue to use Factory Flooring until the owner didn't like it when I I complained that installer wouldn't put old cleaned carpet in storage there, Installer saw a rattlesnake hissing earlier when retrieving materials for job there, he reused to put old carpet in covered storage so it was put in back of a truck. . I agreed too. Hers the topper he took left over laminate and key to storage, and Denise sales asked me what I want to do with it? Well since Factory Flooring is well aware I live in LA and Denise would hold key and laminate, That is when I said I don't want this guy installing my flooring on the next install, that was being placed. That is when Factory Flooring told me "lets part ways". Denise returned left over laminate and key at vacant home. Thank you Denise! It literally looked like there were 3-4 different grout colors when he started the job. He also recommended sealing the granite in our home and took care of that project the same day he did the re-grout in the shower. I've put a reminder on my calendar for Feb 2022 to have him come back and reseal the granite again in a year. Very nice man, left the area cleaner than when he arrived and I felt completely safe with him in my home. I would highly recommend!!

He is very clean and very respectful of the clients property. This was a very pleasant experience. I was worried about a company coming out and taking advantage of my elderly mother, however he was very professional, and did extra work that was not included in the estimate for no charge because he thought it would bother my mom to see the tiles if they were not perfect. He was able to replace and match the cracked tiles so you would not even know they were not the originals. Thank you so much Charlie, you and your company are a great example of what all companies should strive for.
