Lack of integrity and professionalism. Work was not completed by the agreed upon finishing date…read more Workers consistently disturbed local residents early in the morning with noise and profanity. One resident reported that a Ward employee trespassed onto their property, and without obtaining permission from the residents, stole water from a tap on the side of their home to use in mixing concrete for the public sidewalk project. The worker was confronted by the resident and the incident was reported.
