Shawn did a great job with our Tile and Granite! Shower looks wonderful! So worth the work done!

We hired Tile and Grout Professionals to fix scaling, where mineral deposits form a cloudy crust on tile. Other experts refused the job, but T&GP charged us $950 for a Monday slot. We were deeply underwhelmed by the poor results. When Ron sent the same employee back, he claimed nothing more could be done and sprayed Pledge furniture polish on the tile for a temporary shine. Having used them before, this disappointing experience means we will not use them again. read more

Ron was prompt in returning my call and I'm extremely happy with the job he did in my master bathroom shower. It literally looked like there were 3-4 different grout colors when he started the job. He also recommended sealing the granite in our home and took care of that project the same day he did the re-grout in the shower. I've put a reminder on my calendar for Feb 2022 to have him come back and reseal the granite again in a year. Very nice man, left the area cleaner than when he arrived and I felt completely safe with him in my home. I would highly recommend!! read more

Ron and Shawn did a fantastic job yesterday (6/11/24) on my floor tile. They cleaned, repaired, stained, and sealed the grout. The floor looks "better than new". Wow! They also cleaned, polished and sealed travertine counters and flooring in the master bathroom. My granite counters in the kitchen sparkle. Both were professional, courteous and paid attention to details. Would highly recommend them. read more

I recently contacted ICS Tile & Grout Services for their help in enhancing the look of some tile work in our (new to us) home. Over the years, certain sections of the grout had become discolored and we wanted the situation corrected. The problem was isolated to the floor in our casita and a guest bathroom counter. We were considering replacing both the flooring and counter-top - major project. Two days after I called ICS Tile and Grout, Mike came to our home to provide a free estimate. He quickly assessed the situation and recommended "staining the grout" versus an expensive tile replacement job. Mike showed me a variety of stains that could work with our tile color and design. We agreed upon his price, the stain color and scheduled the work to be done about a week later. Mike arrived on time and spent several hours carefully staining by hand, every inch of grout. He moved furniture and replaced it when finished with an area. The tile grout now looks new / great. We are happy customers as a result of fairly priced, quality work. Our experience with this gentleman / company has been very positive. read more

We hired Mike to see if he could repair damage our housekeeper did to our travertine floors in our family room. The end result, BEAUTIFUL, and better than when they were installed new! We were so pleased, we had his team do a bathroom remodel replacing ugly standard 4"glossy cheep tile. The project area was kept clean and organized and the end result was spectacular! We already have ICS booked for the next job! He is not the cheapest, but you simply cannot beat the high quality work and integrity this company has! They do what they say they will do and show up when they say they will show up! read more

I've called 3 times, twice left a message, no call back and once actually talked to someone and made an appointment for an estimate. They never showed. I am so disappointed, so unprofessional. read more

Ron and Shawn were amazing!! They renewed my white tile and grout countertops and made my master bathroom look like new again for a very reasonable price. Best most efficient thing I could do to love my house again without spending much. It looks very well taken care of because of Ron and his crew. Thank you and God Bless! read more

I highly recommend ICS Tile and Grout Services. Nine months ago I bought a home with badly stained grout in a glass block wall. Sean was able to replace the old grout with new and I did not need to have the wall rebuilt. Nine months later, it still looks brand new, as do the other shower grout areas he repaired. I also had him redo the grout in my ceramic tile bathroom vanities, which were chipped and discolored. The vanities looked brand new, and still do, for a fraction of the cost of replacing the entire vanity top. I felt safe having Sean in my home, the project cost was reasonable, and the repairs have proven to be durable. read more

I can really appreciate when a company not only strives to do the job right, and to the customer's satisfaction, but also builds a relationship. Not because it's good business, though it is, but because that's the nature of the person. I'd call Ron at Tile & Grout Professionals for any tile job I need done, and would feel comfortable that the job would be done right. Thanks Ron and Sean! read more

I had ICS out to redo my kitchen grout and also my grout on my laundry room floor . When they came, I thought they did a good job, it looked great when they left. A few days later the cover they used on my grout in the kitchen peeled up and I had to call them to come out to fix it. They came out and fixed it and then again it came off. I called them again, they came out to try and fix it and then they gave me the paint they use on it so that if it peals up again I could do it myself. The grout in the laundry room is still ok. read more

We saw the coupon from a mailer and decided to talk to ICS. We have an old house(1949) and both the kitchen and bathroom really needed to have the tile regrouted. We had them do the flat surfaces in the kitchen including around the sink, the tile in the bathtub and shower, and the bathroom floor. These areas look great now. What a difference! And we no longer have to worry about water getting into the sub floor or walls. The work was done professionally, timely and meticulously. I highly recommend them. read more

We had an excellent experience with ICS. Ron came out and looked at our bathroom grout and provided us with a quote to replace and seal the grout, We were put into their schedule a few weeks later and Shawn came out to do the work. We are very pleased with the work that was done and the professionalism of their company. We will definitely use them again. read more

I received a free estimate the same day I called and the job of restoring my master bathroom shower tile stall was done within a few days. I was very pleased of the work they did and making it look like new. Great job! Margaret W. read more

My main concerns with the house were fixing the entry & the master shower and clean tile in entire house. $1400 later. He came out 3 times. He said he would come out as much as necessary. If the job is done right the first time no need to come back. He destroyed our kitchen grout thinking he could clean it. The shower was a month project of him coming out, finally called a glass guy that sealed it properly. All the areas he worked the grout is chipping away, the entry, the deal around the kids tub. Good luck. I found him by coupon, that should be your first clue. My neighbors were disappointed too. They didn't ask us. Just saw his truck in the drive way & assumed it was good. They even asked me to write a review. They are an older couple. read more

We bought a ten year-old-home in the dust capital of Northern California. I'm sure the previous owners and their two, large, indoor dogs lived a good life here. Good...but dirty. After months of trying to clean the tile and remove the dirt embedded in the grout with the stiffest bristled brushes I could find, I gave up. The pictures Ron showed us looked good...and I figured if my kitchen ended up half as nice as his previous jobs, I'd be years ahead on cleaning, and thousands of dollars saved by not just scrapping the floors altogether. Ron and his crew member were efficient in their process. My floors were cleaned (and I mean c l e a n e d) with professional equipment and they restored my grout to its original color. They finished the project off with a matte sealant that dried within an hour. You know that grime you feel when you walk on your tile barefoot? I DON'T...because my floor is like new again! Additionally, where the floor meets the door jams and kitchen island, Ron re-caulked the areas with disintegrating grout. The devil is always in the details! Thanks ICS. read more

Knowledgeable, informative, expeditious, and most professional. The results from his expertise were exceptional as our master bathroom shower tile reflected his attention to detail and restoration. The resultant tile cleaning and re-grouting work were honestly beyond our expectations given past experiences with other vendors. Ron McMahon was found to be most honest, sincere, and customer oriented. Highly recommended. read more

I just had owner Ron McMahon re-grout & refinish my marble floor .. It was 25 yrs old & I thought I would have to replace it... Ron brought it back to life! It looks brand new! My husband & I can't believe this is the same floor! Re-grout, polish & seal. I'm having him polish, re-grout & seal my granite countertops & brick floor! Very reasonable prices! I HIGHLY recommend ISC! read more

My experience with ICS started off rocky to say the least when I came home to see the work done in my bathroom. Shawn handled my reaction in a professional manner, listened to my concerns and educated me on their product. I appreciate someone who is honest and can communicate the process of their work. I found Shawn to have both of those qualities despite my behavior. I am very please with the outcome of my bathrooms and plan on having more work done in my home. I find both he and Ron refreshing in their approach to business. read more

Ron McMahon and his nephew did an excellent job regrouting and stain sealing the 1970's vintage tile on my kitchen counter. I can't believe how good it looks now compared to before (it was pretty nasty).. Just like new now. And certainly much less cost than alternatives like re-tiling or granite countertops. All the work was completed in only a few hours. Ron is a very pleasant, knowledgeable, professional person, willing to answer all my questions. A real pleasure to have him in working in my house. I recommend him very highly. read more

ICS just replaced some tiles that fell off our pool wall and you cannot tell the new grout from the old, they did an excellent job. They also re-grout our bathroom floor and shower and again they did a great job. They were a real pleasure to work with. We would recommend Ron and Mike in a heart beat. Thanks guys! read more

First, the gentleman was very nice and friendly. However, the floors looked worse after he was done. I had four travertine tiles that needed to be replaced plus wanted the floors cleaned and sealed. I was upfront that I made a mistake and didn't put an impregnating sealer on the last time so the sealer just laid on top collecting dirt. Ugh! He said, "No problem." Imagine my horror when he was done (after less than 3 hours work for $600) and my old sealer was still there with the embedded dirt, the new travertine tiles were fine, but all surrounding tiles were cracked or pieces missing. They were fine before he started. So, he had filled the missing spots with grout. Is that the industry standard? I don't know. It looked horrible. But I do know that he said he used the best cleaner and that travertine just looks dirty anyway. Sorry, I know that's not true as I have cleaned them before myself. Anyway, ended up hand scraping all the guck off with a razor blade and resealing. I was very disappointed and at $200 an hour to boot. read more
