I had been thinking about switching to T-Mobile for a while but was undecided until a co worker switched and I saw what good service she had while I had none! She started telling me that I should switch and after my service not working at all while we were able to watch Hulu on her phone I decided to make the switch. I had talked to my husband about switching to their family plan but he said for me to try it out first then we'd decide after my experience if everyone would switch. So I came here looking for a store near me. Unfortunately my local one had the worst reviews so I scrolled to see which was the best store and I noticed this store and what good reviews were being given so gave it a shot. Man we were not disappointed. We get there about 20 mins before they opened and decided to wait. They opened right on time if not a few mins early. We were greeted and Jonatan was the one that came to help us. He asked what kind of phone I was looking for and I told him what I was interested in. He helped with everything from what phones, what we qualified for and even helped me convince my husband to switch after all! LOL! The whole while he was getting us set up we were having some pretty great conversation and good laughs. He even went as far as giving his number to my husband to text him if we had any issues with the transfer of the phone numbers from our old company and even said he would come in on his day off to fix it if they weren't transfered within the 24 hours. They didn't transfer but we realized it was because of the way the other company had the accounts set up which was pretty frustrating because the person I had to get the accounts from got very rude after telling him why we needed the accounts and tried to bribe me each time I called into staying. After that experience I know with even more certainty that we made the right decision and T-Mobile reps are friendly and helpful and you can actually talk to a live person and not have to jump through hoops to talk to an actual person like our old company. Thank you T-Mobile but even bigger thanks to Jonatan for being so awesome! Keep up the great customer service! Definitely agree with everyone that this is the store to go to. read more

T-Mobile - Our new phones! (in here) - Mobile Phones Near Me - Long Beach, California

I called t-mobile for an issue with a device with cellular capabilities and it took 45 mins to get referred to a different carrier for prepaid and that in store visit got me nowhere. I went here and Yonni fixed the problem in minutes with the guidance of a manager who knew their stuff. Thank you! read more

Great staff and deals. Currently hooked up with MetroPCS and considering a switch after seeing the bargain my girlfriend received. Parking is a nightmare at this location hence the 4 star review. read more

We just switched to T-Mobile this weekend and Judy was our representative. She went above and beyond to make sure we got the phones we wanted plus the plan we needed. She was very knowledgeable in the differences between the different phones too. She even checked in the next day to make sure all was well. read more

Today my mom and I visited 4545 Pacific Coast Hwy T-Mobile store. We were greeted by Joe.(store manager) Joe promptly took our names down and we waited for the next avaliable sales assoicate. Minutes later we were introduced to Morry. Joe explained our situation to Morry. Morry preceeded to tell us about plans in detail. (we already made Joe and her aware of the phones we wanted). At the end the day we came away with (2) Samung S5. We could not be happier! Although, the store was busy it was apparent that this one was managed very well. I would recommend anyone to contact Joe (the manger) and Morry (sales assoicate) for your cell phone needs at T-Mobile read more

Before coming to the store I had called in advanced to ask about my phones plan, billing, and upgrading my device. I had spoken to Judy who was absolutely kind and was able to answer whatever questions I had over the phone before I decided to go in. While over the phone she made sure that whatever I was looking for was going to be there when I got in so it isn't a trip wasted. As soon as I got in she was quick to give me a smile and helped me right after speaking to a last customer. She was an absolute delight and made my visit to T-Mobile quick, painless, and absolutely easy. Thank you Judy for being amazing! read more

Went here about 2 months ago to switch over from Verizon. I was already month to month so the transition was about as super smooth. The sales associate was very helpful with any questions I had regarding the new phones and service. I let him know i was on a time restriction and he got me in and out very quickly. Couldn't be happier with the service I received at this location. read more

This T-mobile experience went so incredibly smoothly and quickly. Shout out to Vien the amazing woman that helped me out there! She was sweet and had an awesome personality. Really made me feel like a person there and not another customer. I had to switch my moms old phone of three years to a new iPhone for her birthday and the trip to T-mobile was effortless and painless. Keep up the good work Guys! Even on the busiest days you guys seem to have a great attitude!! read more

Judy is so helpful and applied discounts and promotions to my new account that I didn't know existed! Go in and ask for Judy!!!!

Judy is great there. She's offered the best service of anyone I've ever dealt with in phone retail. Ask for her by name. Thanks T-Mobile!

I went on valentine's day, got greeted by Judy Huang, she is wonderful got me a good deal on the new note 5,very good customer service.

After upgrading my plan and getting 2 phones I was told that my bill was going to be around 160 a month. Turns out that it's actually 200 which I did not agree on. After paying these phones off I'll be closing my account with t mobile. Beware read more

Lisette was patient, helpful and efficient. I was exhausted and indecisive and she walked me through each option regarding my broken phone. There were tons of other customers and they were handled politely and quickly by Lisette and Judy. I watched one customer be incredibly rude to Judy. She was so calm and sweet while he screamed at her, something about how he didn't want to have to show his ID. She kept her cool a lot longer than I would have. Kudos to Judy and to Lisette for providing a great customer service experience. I will always go to this location. read more

Had an issue with my phone and to my surprise there wasn't a wait. Judy greeted me and took care of the problem. She reviewed my account to make sure I was still on the best one for my needs. I was in and out in less than an hour. read more

I am so glad that I read multiple reviews about Judy before deciding to switch to an iPhone. She is by far the most amazing sales rep I have ever worked with in the past. She is knowledgeable and also, patient and professional. I was switching from Google Pixel phone to an iphone so, as you can imagine, I was very hesitant about switching phones. I'm not tech savvy so, it was important for me to feel at ease about transferring important things (mostly photos) and other apps I was used to. She explained the steps carefully and ensured that she will provide me with additional help. What I also appreciated was that she did a price breakdown and what I would be paying. After reviewing the price, it made sense to upgrade to a newer phone and I am glad I did. A few days later, I made an appointment with her to ask about my troubles with some "missing" photos as well as adding parental control features to my kids' iPhones. She helped with both and resolved the issues. I highly recommend this T Mobile store and Judy in particular for quality service. read more

First, I want to give my highest accolades to my T Mobile representative, Mario F. He made my transition to T Mobile a wonderful experience. He went above and beyond his job duties to call and spend hours on the line with both AT&T and Sprint to transfer my service. It all began when my beautiful daughter had brought me into the T Mobile store on PCH/Ximeno after a very distraught week as a new AT&T customer. Yes, you read that correctly. After a week, I did not have the 2 phones I had ordered --- and I was without cell service during this time. After several phone calls I was promised that the phones were shipped 24-hour Fed Ex and I was also promised over and over again by AT&T that I was guaranteed my same numbers from Sprint -- these were all lies. I learned that they were able to do one number and not the other! At that point, I canceled my order. Yet, (yes you guest it) I was promised that I would not be charged. Then, I received an email from AT&T with tracking info for the phones that were suppose to ship a week prior. AT&T shipped the phones AFTER I canceled the order and service agreement! I was promised again that I wouldn't be charged unless I activated the phones. I was charged and told it would be 30-days before I could get my reimbursement. No one at AT&T could help! It was awful. Mario of T Mobile set up my account, 2 new phones, and within an hour I had service. However, after 24-hours, one of my cell numbers didn't transferred over. Mario contacted Sprint, who informed him that AT&T had the number! Mario was on the phone with AT&T over 2 hours, he was transferred to several different departments to have AT&T release my number back to Sprint, so T Mobile could activate it with my phone. It was a mess! If there were an Emmy for the "Best Sales Representative" Mario F. has definitely earned it! He, and all other sales representatives at this T Mobile store were so nice, helpful, understanding and knowledgeable. Mario informed me that I could get a discount as a state employee with T Mobile. I called T Mobile and spoke with Amber --- another nice, helpful, understanding and knowledgeable person! My experience with T Mobile has been a Godsend. Thank you, Mario F and the rest of the T Mobile family. I feel very much at home with them and their services. read more

Van and Ray were amazing I switched from another carrier to T-mobile. I had been debating for over a month whether or not to make the change because i needed to get unlocking codes, i needed to keep my same numbers on 2 of the 4 lines. i couldn't afford to buy all new phones........Anyway to make a long story short Van set everything up for me over the PHONE! yeah i know right!! and since the only time i can come in to the store was when his shift was over he left everything ready and asked me to see Ray when i arrived at the store. Ray finished the set up of the physical phone activation and transferred the numbers as well as making it all work with our current phones. These guys understand the value of their customer's time and more importantly they understand and practice excellent customer service. read more

If I could give this store zero stars I would. Their service is horrible. Came in for a simple question which the first representative couldn't answer. She let the other associate know I was waiting. 2 other customers came in and were helped before I was. I waiting for 20 minutes and no one seemed to want to help. This is the second time I've visited this location and I am not pleased. Avoid this location !! No help! read more

I've been a T-Mobile customer for several years, and this is by far one of the best store because of their staff. I was initially helped by Irving who guided me and answered all my questions in helping choose a phone. I then was assisted by Judy was extremely kind and patient, she went above and beyond to accommodate me. Daysha was also sweet enough to come assist me in my situation and provided me with answers after she took the time to do some research online to see what the issue could be. I was very grateful for them for making my experience pleasant!:) read more

I had a bad experience with Just turning 65 and needed to get a lower rate. Some prices are $54 and another rate is $70. I decided to shop for a better plan. I left and went to Metro and the rate was$30 which is owned by T Mobile. . The associate said I could not take my number with me. Metro did not have a problem bringing my number with me. T Mobile requested me to pay another $54 for a month I did not use.T Mobile is ridiculous to leave a bad feeling with a customer. read more

Yien is awesome. I came into to fix my mom's phone number and she went above and beyond to help me get everything done for her. She helped me set up a new line for my husband as well so I can save time and money. Come by and ask for her. Great service all the way. read more

Great experience with this place. Judy is the best most helpful sales person I've ever worked with at a phone service place.

Went in today to check out options for switching our service from Sprint to T-Mobile. Darlene greeted us right away. She was very nice and walked us through all options available. Once decided to proceed we changed our minds quite a bit. Darlene was more than patient and remained very friendly. Definitely appreciated customer service!! read more

Always a positive experience at this T-mobile location! I met my girl Judy Huang last year and I go to her for everything! She will handle it all for you. Pong is the best customer service rep EVER! I just changed from sprint because of their fraudulent $25/month subsidized phone fees, and Pong has helped me through the process of switching over every step of the way, even though it was an outside company that came to my work and set it up, and kind of messed everything up... But Pong got me going, and she even followed up with me a week later when she realized I had done something wrong, she used all of her resources trying to get a hold of me to show me how to fix my mistake. She deserves SIX stars... The reason for the 4 stars, is because I tried to go there one day after work, and it was so crowded, I just turned around and walked out... So if you want GREAT service, go talk to Pong. read more

Met one of the workers here at a resturaunt named Pong and started asking her questions about my account and about the note 7. sadly I could not purchase a phone yet from her since the note 7 is still not out for the public but Pong went above and beyond texting me what I needed to know and kept me updated on certain things. amazing customer service without even being at work and she needs amazing praise for that! thank you for the patience Pong !! read more

Customer service was non-existent. This is a really mismanaged store. No leaders, and no problem solvers. Find another store or carrier; you'll be glad you did. read more

I wasted over an hour with Mobile's online customer service, this morning, when I woke up to a dead phone. It wasn't the battery and plugging it in, did nothing. I wanted to know if there was anything I could do on my end, before going into a dealer. The person online was no help but Judy, at the PCH store, figured it out in 30 seconds! It was a quick and easy 2 button reset that they should have been able to tell me about on the phone. So when you need a new phone, or need a question answered, go to Judy! I've worked with her for 2 years and she's the best! And, she's cute too! : ) read more

I've been a customer here for a few years and although I dread places like this I find it less stressful because I found a representative I can and will only go to...Veronica. She is always fast and efficient on working to make sure that I am satisfied with my service. She is always on point with her friendly service and extremely knowlegable. She always makes it a point to keep me updated on upgrades and whatever is beneficial to me. I never have to call customer care anymore (in which, I hate) because I go through her directly. Thanks Veronica , for not making it a scary place for me anymore. read more

Good customer service as everyone says hello when you walk in. That might be that they work in commission as a former sales person myself that's what you do to make a sale. My fiance switched a couple of nights ago from Verizon to T-Mobile at this location, so then we get home and she had no service so we figured it might be because of the switch over. But when a day went by we went back to the store they called tech support to put in a work order to repair the cell tower in our area. This went on for two days, to make it short three work orders to repair the tower we went to the store downtown on 5th St. Talked Adam which switched the sim cards and found out the new phone was defective so they switched it out and took care of the problem. Very sad that the first location couldn't figure that out. read more
