Judy was by far the best sales associate I've ever had the pleasure of meeting! Great energy! I walked away totally satisfied with plan and no money out of pocket! Thanks again, Judy! read more

**Please read** Monday of this week I went in to get a mobile plan. I was immediately welcomed by Judy. The process was easy and very straightforward. While Judy helped me directly, Daysha also stepped in and helped. Overall, Monday went really well. On Tuesday, I was experiencing issues with my phone and was not able to talk with some customers while others were able to talk with me. I called and explained I was unable to visit the T-Mobile location after work because I would be to far away. Judy was unavailable so Daysha took the initiative and tried walking me through the steps over the phone. It was unsuccessful, and Daysha said she would be willing to meet up with me outside of work to insure my phone would work properly. I come from a customer service background and never in my life have I had this experience before. She went so far out of her way to make sure I was satisfied. While she met up with me, Judy was able to get on the phone with her and both girls were trying to fix my phone. Eventually, both girls found the issue and fixed the problem. The review was long but necessary. I hope these two girls get recognized for their outstanding customer service. Because Daysha met up with me outside of work, I am completely sold on T-Mobile from this experience alone. I can't imagine joining another carrier again. read more

I had a great experience with Judy! She was extremely nice, knowledgeable, professional and made by switch from another carrier seamless. I was grateful that she was happy to meet my needs without trying to sell me things I didn't need. I felt zero pressure. She has since followed up with me and has answered any question that comes up. Her customer service is top notch! read more

My Wife and I have been going to Judy for approx. 3 yrs. now. My Wife was the first to meet Judy. She had to go to the T-Mobile store because she was having problems with her phone. I told her, good luck with that! As I went off to work expecting a call or text complaining about her experience. Well, no call, no text. I get home, and all I hear is how this person named Judy, was so cool, and helped my Wife with getting a new phone. Fast forward 12 months, now it is my time to experience the 2 year limit of cell phones. My Wife says I will text Judy...I replied, who is Judy? She says the girl from T-Mobile that helped me with my phone last year. My response was a sarcastic, "You can text her directly"? She says, I told you she was, "cool". This was right before the Note fiasco. I go in, set on getting the new Note. Judy advises me to hold off getting it. Fixes my old Note, and I leave. So we all know what happened with the Note 7. Fast forward 19 months, now it is time to replace my S7 Edge, it did make it pass the 2 year expiration date, and is still working fine, just running out of internal space. Now I am getting my new Note that I wanted all along, and Judy made it all seamless and streamlined! She even went as far as to advise me of how much I had left to pay on my S7, and when the best time to come in and purchase a new phone, if I was not having problems with my S7. Thank you Judy, Two loyal customers! read more

Van was a chill dude! Helped me with all my needs, questions & concerns. Keep up the good work!

Had a great experience at this T-Mobile store! Judy was very helpful and checked in with my fiancee and I to make sure everything was working out with our new phones/plan. Highly recommend and Judy was great. read more

Me and my mom walked into T-Mobile 20 minutes before closing (yes, we were THOSE people) to sign up. The woman who helped us is named Jessica. She could have easily had an attitude with us, or given us sub par customer service considering how late we showed up, but she definitely did not. Her service was the best I've ever experience at any phone place, she got to the point, didn't try to sell us a bunch of stuff we don't need, was clear and precise when answering questions and was way more patient than she needed to be. We didn't leave until close to 7:00 pm and the store closed at 6:00 pm and she even insisted we wait for my phone to finish backing up so that I could be sure I didn't loose any of my contacts or photos. Overall an amazing experience, both me and my mom walked out with brand new phones feeling 100% satisfied. Thank you Jessica! read more

Daysha may just be the best customer service rep / sales person I've ever experienced. We just easily changed to Tmobile - three lines - easily, quickly and stress free. Daysha included great tips for saving money and getting the service and devices right for us as well. Truly a surprisingly good phone shop experience. read more

Ask for Judy Huang! Called around other T-Mobile's for 8plus and were out of stock. Judy found the one I wanted and held it for me. She also helped me upgrade my plan to unlimited which in the end being same cost of what I was already paying! Great service and went above and beyond to help get me situated with my new phone! Very happy! read more

My opinion: Judy needs a raise guys. She's all over these reviews. She knows how to connect with a customer and that's great. Even more so though is her attention to customers frustrations and foresight to see a busy room and work it so that the customers doesn't feel ignored. That's being good at your job and building customer relations. Be careful she may have her own store soon. Take notes peeps read more

I was a long-time customer with AT&T, and I made the switch to T-Mobile. I was helped by Judy and it was the BEST experience with a cell phone company that I've ever had. Judy is super knowledgeable, friendly, and fast. The parking lot is a nightmare here, but Judy is worth dealing with it! read more

We came to the store with a thousand and one questions as my mother and I, who are one the least phone-tech savy people, entered the store. Honestly, THANK the Lord for this customer service rep Judy. She completely understood and emphasized with the experience of having a parent who does not understand the lingo in addition to being faced with a language barrier. Judy and I teamed up together to assist my mother in having her phone data transferred, backed up, and all around just be ready to go for when she is traveling internationally. We returned with Judy specifically because we so appreciated the patience and kindness she showed us on our initial encounter. We want to say thank you for your kindness and empathy and I do especially. As I cannot be in-person to assist my elderly mother at all times and at times, she goes on her errands on her own, as her daughter I appreciate the kindness one shows her because she has experienced by far way worse (being dismissed, ignored or treated unkindly). Her thoughtfulness and friendly personality does make the T-Mobile experience more enjoyable and worth returning if we have further questions or concerns. read more

Hi my name is Dey, I made the switch of having my own account and separating from my brothers plan. I thought everything was going to be a hassle but my friend Gio referred me to the lovely young lady who helped him. Her name is Judy, and she was very kind and sweet and answered ALL my questions. I definitely recommend any future customers to go see Judy at this location. She helped me set up my own account, and set up my auto pay and everything! She will take the time out of her day to answer any questions or concerns. Just give her store a call and she'll be ready to help!!! Thank you so much Judy!!! read more

Visiting T-Mobile stores at 6521 E Spring St in Long Beach and 6777 Westminster Bl in Westminster the staff were idiots. Uninformed on products specs and unable to answer questions. The Spring St location only had 11 smartphones on display. Staff was very unprofessional. 4 fat chicks chatting about who knows. I felt like I was back in jr. high. I was looking to buy two smartphones. Anyway I googled a Mobile location at 4545 PCH in Long Beach, gave them a call, they pulled my two phones from stock and I drove down. How refreshing. Pongs Am , a retail store associate, went above and beyond. Knowledgeable, professional and friendly. Very experienced. Handled my purchase in no time. Fire those employees at the other two locations for incompetency. They're hurting your brand. read more

Zee T. was very knowledgeable and helpful. Russel is no longer with the company. I am LOVING my new phone the google GX2 .

What can I say - Mike promised and delivered - he did all the paperwork for me.

Judy was a big help with my concerns about my devices. I was definitely satisfied with the way she addressed my problems in regards to what I needed to do with the issues I had. Her recommendations were beyond my expectation. Visit T-Mobile at the corner of Ximino and PCH in Long Beach and ask for Judy Huang. I'm sure she'll take good care of you and honestly advise you of your needs. read more

Walked in to add a secondline to my account, and first girl I spoke to pissed me off so bad I walked out (1 star). Went back in and asked for the manager to complain. Michael talked to me while waiting for the manager, and between he and the manager they really turned my experience around. Good job folks. read more

AVOID THIS STORE!! THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER SEEN! I just bought an HTC Radar Phone from here the day before Thanksgiving. Was told by Veronica and Joe (the store manager) that I could not stay on my current Family and Friends Plan; that I had to choose a new plan if I wanted to get a new phone. Was told there was no other choice and that I had to pay a $150.00 conversion fee to change my plan. Was told that I was going to save a bunch of money with the new plan and get a rebate for the $150. Was told that I was not going to lose anything from my old plan, pay $99 for the phone, and get unlimited text instead of 300 on my old plan. The next day my wife went online to find that T-Mobile was about to bill us $450.00!! The FULL PRICE OF THE PHONE PLUS THE $150 CONVERSION FEE!!!! We called T-Mobile and spoke to Samantha who began to tell us that we did not have to change our plan, that we can stay on Family and Friends even though they do not offer it anymore. She then told us that the VALUE PLAN they put us on was a BARE BONES PLAN with no ability to upgrade my phone so we would have to pay full price for this phone and any future phones!! Our old plan had upgrades so we would never have to pay full price for a phone! When we asked Samantha (T-Mobile savings advocate) why this store would do this to a loyal customer, she was astonished and said there would be no reason (other than trying to make the store more money) and apologized profusely. She told us to return the phone to the store and repurchase it under the old plan. She put us back on our old plan and said she would call us at the store to help us through it. We got to the store and told Joe and Veronica how upset we were with their dishonest business practices and that we had Samantha from T-Mobile on the phone to straiten things out. At this point, most people in customer service would apologize and try to make things right; not Joe and Veronica! They both proceeded to DEFEND THEIR ACTIONS and started pulling out bar graphs to show me that I would save more money on the new plan! Then they began to BLAME THE T-MOBILE COMPUTER SYSTEM; to which Samantha at T-Mobile had an answer proving them WRONG!! Joe (the store manager) then began to explain that T-Mobile Corporate had the ability to do things that they could not That Samantha was a "Savings Advocate" and could make anything happen for a customer that is upset. I thought, why didn't Joe or Veronica call T-Mobile to get help? If Samantha is a "Savings Advocate" what is Joe? Well at this point I found out exactly what Joe is....a JERK! When it was clear that I was not going along with his program he said "you are going to have to surrender your phone and corporate will have to ship you one". WHAT!! I had just spent Thanksgiving loading apps and getting my new Windows Phone setup and now Joe was going to try to TAKE MY NEW PHONE FROM ME!! WHAT!?!? He gave me some excuse (which later turned out to be a lie)...what a shocker. We immediately told Samantha what Joe was trying to pull and she quickly set him straight. When all was said and done I got to keep my new phone (and only wound up paying $149 for it). I also got to stay on my old plan and Samantha even found a way for us to save $10 per month. Thank you Samantha at T-Mobile Corporate for looking out for us! As for this store....it is the closest one to our house and we had good experiences there before. However it is clear that the new changes in staff and the store are for the worse and I am WARNING anyone thinking of buying a phone or making changes to their plan to GO ELSEWHERE!! read more

This is the ONLY T-Mobile store I go to, because of JUDY. She helped me years ago and I was so impressed, I've been sticking with her since; I will actually wait for her if she's with another customer. Her customer service is unmatched by others. She makes me feel like I am the only customer in the world. She even remembers the names of any friends I may say. She is very professional, and is always wearing a smile. THE REVIEWS ARE IN! Judy again! 5 stars on YELP and 10 stars with T-MOBILE!!! We were in last week and got setup with TWO Brand New iPhone XRs Blue and Orange. Judy walked us through the entire process and was very patient and organized. She knows her job extremely well and is the subject matter expert when it comes to all things T-Mobile. In addition, she has a really customer friendly personality and business acumen. This cannot be taught anywhere: Knowing how to work with people and treat your customers with respect and integrity all with an extreme positivity. She could have sold us a Rolls Royce and we would have gladly paid double! :-) Judy follows up with her customers on text and instantly responds to our inquiries. Highly recommend A+++. We also saved about $40 on our bill *(we got away from ugly SPRINT) in addition, T-Mobile will be crediting $300 to Sprint bill, lastly T-Mobile is paying for our NETFLIX bill. BOOM! Done deal. Best Customer Experience this year so far was with Judy and T-MOBILE. We will refer our friends and family! ;-) read more

I truly regret switching over to T-mobile. I have only been with T-mobile for about 2/3 months and I have had such horrible customer service. The representative at this store, Javier I think, explained my bill when we first signed up and it has not been broken up the way he said it would. My bill progressively increased and now this is the "set amount." He had also told me that I could contact him and set up an appointment so we could discuss these odd charges that I was going to receive but he has been unresponsive. I have received nothing but horrible service from the in store employees, and the online and phone representatives. All the employees tell me different things, then they tell me that our conversations have been recorded but when I speak to a different representative I'm asked to explain myself all over again. Also, I got the Note 3 and it has been the worst phone I have ever had. I've had 2 replacement phones already in the last 2 months that I've been with T-mobile. I tried to get another phone but they will not allow me to do that unless I pay off half of the defective phone. When I spoke to the Problem Resolution people they said I have no other option. They also said I could leave T-mobile if I wanted but they would pretty much continue billing me until the phones are paid off. Do NOT sign up for this plan. AT&T may be more expensive but it is worth it. You get better customer service, they don't charge you over stupid fees and any time I have had issues they have resolved it. If I could walk away from T-mobile right now, I would. But unfortunately they have my tied down and now I pretty much have to stick with a defective phone or pay for the defective phone so I can get a reliable phone. read more

I have been a T-Mobile customer for over 2 years, having purchased from this store at the start. I recently transferred my wife to T-Mobile. This store did a FANTASTIC job of getting everything set up. Van, one of the staff members, provided excellent customer service! Very professional and made sure everything was in order. He even took the extra step of helping my wife sync up her Bluetooth in her car. This store does a fantastic job.
