She was patient, friendly, and interested in getting to know me as a person as she situated me with my new phone and phone plan. Me and my mom walked into T-Mobile 20 minutes before closing (yes, we were THOSE people) to sign up. The woman who helped us is named Jessica. She could have easily had an attitude with us, or given us sub par customer service considering how late we showed up, but she definitely did not. Her service was the best I've ever experience at any phone place, she got to the point, didn't try to sell us a bunch of stuff we don't need, was clear and precise when answering questions and was way more patient than she needed to be. We didn't leave until close to 7:00 pm and the store closed at 6:00 pm and she even insisted we wait for my phone to finish backing up so that I could be sure I didn't loose any of my contacts or photos. We came to the store with a thousand and one questions as my mother and I, who are one the least phone-tech savy people, entered the store. Honestly, THANK the Lord for this customer service rep Judy. She completely understood and emphasized with the experience of having a parent who does not understand the lingo in addition to being faced with a language barrier. Judy and I teamed up together to assist my mother in having her phone data transferred, backed up, and all around just be ready to go for when she is traveling internationally. We returned with Judy specifically because we so appreciated the patience and kindness she showed us on our initial encounter. We want to say thank you for your kindness and empathy and I do especially. As I cannot be in-person to assist my elderly mother at all times and at times, she goes on her errands on her own, as her daughter I appreciate the kindness one shows her because she has experienced by far way worse (being dismissed, ignored or treated unkindly). Visiting T-Mobile stores at 6521 E Spring St in Long Beach and 6777 Westminster Bl in Westminster the staff were idiots. Uninformed on products specs and unable to answer questions. The Spring St location only had 11 smartphones on display. Staff was very unprofessional. 4 fat chicks chatting about who knows. I felt like I was back in jr. high. I was looking to buy two smartphones. Anyway I googled a Mobile location at 4545 PCH in Long Beach, gave them a call, they pulled my two phones from stock and I drove down. How refreshing. Pongs Am , a retail store associate, went above and beyond. Knowledgeable, professional and friendly. Very experienced. Handled my purchase in no time. Fire those employees at the other two locations for incompetency. They're hurting your brand. read more

THE REVIEWS ARE IN! Judy again! 5 stars on YELP and 10 stars with T-MOBILE!!! We were in last week and got setup with TWO Brand New iPhone XRs Blue and Orange. Judy walked us through the entire process and was very patient and organized. She knows her job extremely well and is the subject matter expert when it comes to all things T-Mobile. In addition, she has a really customer friendly personality and business acumen. This cannot be taught anywhere: Knowing how to work with people and treat your customers with respect and integrity all with an extreme positivity. She could have sold us a Rolls Royce and we would have gladly paid double! :-) Judy follows up with her customers on text and instantly responds to our inquiries. Highly recommend A+++. We also saved about $40 on our bill *(we got away from ugly SPRINT) in addition, T-Mobile will be crediting $300 to Sprint bill, lastly T-Mobile is paying for our NETFLIX bill. BOOM! Done deal. AVOID THIS STORE!! THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER SEEN! I just bought an HTC Radar Phone from here the day before Thanksgiving. Was told by Veronica and Joe (the store manager) that I could not stay on my current Family and Friends Plan; that I had to choose a new plan if I wanted to get a new phone. Was told there was no other choice and that I had to pay a $150.00 conversion fee to change my plan. Was told that I was going to save a bunch of money with the new plan and get a rebate for the $150. Was told that I was not going to lose anything from my old plan, pay $99 for the phone, and get unlimited text instead of 300 on my old plan. The next day my wife went online to find that T-Mobile was about to bill us $450.00!! The FULL PRICE OF THE PHONE PLUS THE $150 CONVERSION FEE!!!! We called T-Mobile and spoke to Samantha who began to tell us that we did not have to change our plan, that we can stay on Family and Friends even though they do not offer it anymore. She then told us that the VALUE PLAN they put us on was a BARE BONES PLAN with no ability to upgrade my phone so we would have to pay full price for this phone and any future phones!! Our old plan had upgrades so we would never have to pay full price for a phone! When we asked Samantha (T-Mobile savings advocate) why this store would do this to a loyal customer, she was astonished and said there would be no reason (other than trying to make the store more money) and apologized profusely. She told us to return the phone to the store and repurchase it under the old plan. She put us back on our old plan and said she would call us at the store to help us through it. We got to the store and told Joe and Veronica how upset we were with their dishonest business practices and that we had Samantha from T-Mobile on the phone to straiten things out. At this point, most people in customer service would apologize and try to make things right; not Joe and Veronica! They both proceeded to DEFEND THEIR ACTIONS and started pulling out bar graphs to show me that I would save more money on the new plan! Then they began to BLAME THE T-MOBILE COMPUTER SYSTEM; to which Samantha at T-Mobile had an answer proving them WRONG!! Joe (the store manager) then began to explain that T-Mobile Corporate had the ability to do things that they could not That Samantha was a "Savings Advocate" and could make anything happen for a customer that is upset. I thought, why didn't Joe or Veronica call T-Mobile to get help? If Samantha is a "Savings Advocate" what is Joe? Well at this point I found out exactly what Joe is....a JERK! When it was clear that I was not going along with his program he said "you are going to have to surrender your phone and corporate will have to ship you one". WHAT!! I had just spent Thanksgiving loading apps and getting my new Windows Phone setup and now Joe was going to try to TAKE MY NEW PHONE FROM ME!! WHAT!?!? He gave me some excuse (which later turned out to be a lie)...what a shocker. We immediately told Samantha what Joe was trying to pull and she quickly set him straight. When all was said and done I got to keep my new phone (and only wound up paying $149 for it). I also got to stay on my old plan and Samantha even found a way for us to save $10 per month. Thank you Samantha at T-Mobile Corporate for looking out for us! As for this store....it is the closest one to our house and we had good experiences there before. However it is clear that the new changes in staff and the store are for the worse and I am WARNING anyone thinking of buying a phone or making changes to their plan to GO ELSEWHERE!! read more

I had been thinking about switching to T-Mobile for a while but was undecided until a co worker switched and I saw what good service she had while I had none! She started telling me that I should switch and after my service not working at all while we were able to watch Hulu on her phone I decided to make the switch. I had talked to my husband about switching to their family plan but he said for me to try it out first then we'd decide after my experience if everyone would switch. So I came here looking for a store near me. Unfortunately my local one had the worst reviews so I scrolled to see which was the best store and I noticed this store and what good reviews were being given so gave it a shot. Man we were not disappointed. We get there about 20 mins before they opened and decided to wait. They opened right on time if not a few mins early. We were greeted and Jonatan was the one that came to help us. He asked what kind of phone I was looking for and I told him what I was interested in. He helped with everything from what phones, what we qualified for and even helped me convince my husband to switch after all! LOL! The whole while he was getting us set up we were having some pretty great conversation and good laughs. He even went as far as giving his number to my husband to text him if we had any issues with the transfer of the phone numbers from our old company and even said he would come in on his day off to fix it if they weren't transfered within the 24 hours. They didn't transfer but we realized it was because of the way the other company had the accounts set up which was pretty frustrating because the person I had to get the accounts from got very rude after telling him why we needed the accounts and tried to bribe me each time I called into staying. After that experience I know with even more certainty that we made the right decision and T-Mobile reps are friendly and helpful and you can actually talk to a live person and not have to jump through hoops to talk to an actual person like our old company. Thank you T-Mobile but even bigger thanks to Jonatan for being so awesome! Keep up the great customer service! Definitely agree with everyone that this is the store to go to. read more

Lisette was patient, helpful and efficient. I was exhausted and indecisive and she walked me through each option regarding my broken phone. There were tons of other customers and they were handled politely and quickly by Lisette and Judy. I watched one customer be incredibly rude to Judy.
