If you want to buy a brand new, well packaged cell phone, avoid this store!!! I bought a Samsung S5 as gift for my girlfriend. I found the packaged was unsealed, and I am sure it was opened before. I went back to the store within 3 mins and ask for exchange. The manager Will.V told me the cellphone is brand new, it just be opened by their employee to show other consumers. He told me that I was buying the cell phone, not package, and the cellphone is more important than the package. He said 99% of their consumers will accept an opened package. I tried to ask for help from other employees, but was told that Will.V is the top manger in the store, they totally understand but cannot do anything for me. I had been there for 2 hours, Will.V kept teaching me how to be a consumer. He said he doesn't care about the package at all when he shops and I should not be picky. If I want to return or exchange the cell phone, I have to pay $50, because it is purchased and opened already. He blamed me why didn't I check before pay if it is so important. He even did not say a "Sorry" to me. Finally I walked out the store with the unsealed Samsung S5. How do you guys feel if you have the same situation? What is the meaning of a brand new cell phone? Will V told me Apple also does the same thing for the consumers, no people would care about the package issue, is it true? He also told me if he does exchange for me, everyone will ask for exchange, it will break their business policy, am I really a bad guy make them in trouble? I showed enough respect in the store, now I have to give an opened "brand new" cellphone to my girlfriend for a gift. I want to say this is my worst shopping experience, you own me a "Sorry"!!! read more

I have been here many times. I've always gotten really personal service. Today Julian went above and beyond. It means a lot when someone actually cares. I am so happy with the service I received today.#minoremergency read more

First time I came in there was a line out the door and parking was not on my side either. So I left. I came a second time, in the evening and parking was easy and the store was completely empty. I got help right away and my questions were answered, maybe not the best or most informed because their system was experiencing some kind of trouble or something, but I felt that I knew what I had to do to proceed with my billing questions. read more

I've been going to this location for years because I have received exceptional customer service from all of the sales associates but particularly, Judy. When new promotions or devices I may be interested in or coming out I will be contacted. I never get bothered with unnecessary promotions or information they know wouldnt interest me. The customer service is very personalized to the individual which is why I am a loyal customer. read more

JUDY IS THE BEST!!! I've been coming to this location for YEARS with my family and it's all thanks to Judy! She's super knowledgable and so helpful. I always leave feeling like I had all my questions answered and explained PLUS with the best deal that fits my budget! I would encourage anyone who's looking for a new phone/upgrade or even if you just have questions to go see JUDY at this T-Mobile location! read more

I've come to this store a couple times and every time the employees have been extremely rude. Phone services are getting more complicated by the day and just because I asked a simple question does not mean I need yo be treated with an attitude. I work in the customer service industry and if I had ever treated a customer so disrespectfully like they have I would be written up numerous times or fired. It is unacceptable to be treated in such a fashion only because I did not understand a simple policy. If I come here again and I am treated this way again I will probably be speaking to corporate about these employees. It is the same employees every time and its frustrating when I don't understand something and I am treated like an idiot for not knowing. read more

Horrendous customer service. I don't even want to waste a yelp review let alone yelp stars on this Tmobile store... Too bad their manager wasn't around more often to see the kind of crappy customer service their reps give (not that their manager is anymore helpful)... definitely not a good image for tmobile... less than helpful in every way. Never will I step foot into this store again...unless they rid of everyone on their staff, for...real... Corporate... I hope you're reading. read more

I purchase a 1000 minutes contract with a one-year contract on August 30, 2012. After 3 weeks of use and probably no more than 50 min. use the phone number stop working. Once I returned to the store that I had purchase the minutes I was informed that the phone number no longer belong to me and it is owned by another party. I was not given an understandable explanation and the same sales person who eagerly help me buy the $100. worth of minutes practically told me that nothing can be done. Almost 6 months later preparing my documents for my CPA last week I found the contract and proof of payment. With that in my hand I returned to the same store located at 4545 Pacific Coast HWY, Long Beach, CA 99804. After explaining the situation to a sales rep. I was referred to a Manger name Lawrence A.. His accusatory inquisitions were degrading and he had made his mind that nothing can be done and it is all my fault for waiting for almost 6 months. Once I explain that the phone was purchased for my brother who was suffering from Cancer and dealing with this issue was not a priority and I knew it was a one year contract and demanded from him to stop accusations and start doing his job and act like a manager, he asked me to leave the store. I refused and ask for a supervisor. He said it was him and I was suppose to leave the store or he will call the Police. On My return to my office I stop payment on my credit card. However I still have not stopped being upset about he way this whole transaction was performed and handled. I have requested a review of the contract and the transaction from their executive customer service. I like to be assured that this is not a scheme by T-Mobil or the particular store. In the meantime I am sorry that I even stopped at that store. read more

The rhetoric between customer care and the stores is far from consistent. I switched to Verizon, I own my iPhone and i am trying to sell it privately because they were trying to tell me it was only worth $75. In a very condescending manner, the manager first said that they do not unlock phones and instead a new sim just needs to be put in. They had me call customer care so they could do it. Now CC is telling me I cannot unlock my phone for 7-10 days even though they sent me to the store to unlock it. They also said it won't work with another network and sim proving the manager wrong when he was so adamant about regurgitating what he "knew". So I'm essentially trapped until they take their sweet time unlocking my phone. Why wasn't it unlocked when I switched my service? You'd think logically that would make sense, but no, everything has to be extremely complicated and I'm supposed to know that I need to request an unlock before canceling my account. You'd think it would be common sense that a person would want their phone unlocked when changing carriers and they would just do it automatically. Anyways common sense is no longer common especially when it comes to customer service. People used to appreciate customers, now we are a dime a dozen and no one gives quality service to anyone anymore. Especially men who love to man-splane everything to a woman. So glad I don't have to deal with T-Mobile anymore!! read more

Hands down JUDY is the best at what she does! She knows her stuff, listens to what you are saying, and comes up with solutions. Like seriously? She made my horrible day into the happiest. Who can make someone who couldn't afford a new phone and just had her's stolen, walk out of a store smiling that she just spent $700 more dollars! how is this even possible? Lol she's goooood! No but seriously she has the best personality and it shines. She is super friendly, energetic, and just has this way of making you feel better. Top notch customer service is hard to come by these days too. I give this woman 10 stars! Thank you Judy :) read more

This store has great customer service. My HTC sensation has had several bugs with it. I have warranted my phone, twice, both times the service desk never asked me questions about it or suspected that I was trying to warranty just for a new phone.. They were polite, approachable, friendly, and FAST. What more could I ask from a cell phone provider store? With that being said, buying phone service and phones from walmart is a much better deal. read more

I love T-Mobile and have been a long time customer but the customer service at this specific location is HORRIBLE. I came in awhile ago inquiring about my cell phone payments & how much it would cost to pay it off in order to get a new one. First off, I understand that they're a super busy store or, at least they were extremely busy when I had come in. But I find it incredibly rude when associates avoid eye contact and look past me while I'm asking them a question and then I have to repeat myself because they aren't paying attention. read more

JUDY! Planning to come to T-Mobile? Call ahead and see when Judy is working. She was the absolute best T-Mobile sales woman. I bought my boyfriend an iPhone XS Max, but of course it wasn't enough GB. Judy was able to exchange and help us switch over a number from AT&T. There aren't many people who would be patient throughout, but Judy was and even helped my bfs dad with some questions. Yonathan is also great and helped us get a $50 credit to our account! Thank you Ximeno T-Mobile. read more

I recently came in following canceling my service with another provider after 6years. I was greeted by the wonderful Judy Huang. What can I say..... she's absolutely a sweetheart! Great customer service and professionalism! I even had to leave to change my daughter's diaper in the middle of our conversation. Lol However, she was very understanding and polite. She shaved my bill in half! Also, I initially had technical problems due to changing providers (dual #s)but was reassured by Judy, they would be resolved within 24hours. She kept her word! All good! 5 stars! read more

Love this Location Steven and Marsha are Very helpful , Knowledgeable. Customer service is A1 . Highly Recommend this Location !!!

Why can't AT&T be this great?!?! My intention was never to switch accounts from AT&T to T-Mobile. I've been a loyal AT&T customer since my Cingular years! My son wanted an unlimited data plan so I visited this T-Mobile location and to my surprise my experience was very pleasant. The salesman was extremely knowledgeable with the devices and gave me pointers on how to cut costs off my bill. I thought WOW - aren't sales-folks supposed to up-sell you?? This particular store had tons of phones to choose from (way more than any AT&T corp stores I can remember), very clean, and the manager even came out to thank me for my business. I walked out with 4 phones for my family and saved $60 off my monthly bill. Great experience, 5 out of 5 stars! Highly recommended.... read more

Woohoo! So excited to join the T Mobile family after years of being abused by AT&T! Seriously, such amazing service signing up, terrific plans, and fabulous stir staff. Kudos to Dave who is a super guy, as well as the manager of this PCH store. They rock and we recommend that you visit this office to switch! We are business customers, and are now getting twice as much for half the price! Go see Dave! read more

T-Mobile - Mobile Phones Near Me - Long Beach, California

My significant other and I took advantage of T-Mobile's current special, 2 lines, unlimited data/text, for $100 (on auto-pay, taxes and fees INCLUDED) by ordering the service online a few days ago. We received the SIM cards in the mail and went to this T-Mobile location with our new T-Mobile SIM cards and own devices in hand. I guess they call it the BYOP ;-). We were fortunate to be greeted and helped by Darlene P. a few minutes before the store's official opening time of 11am. Our situation was probably not the typical customer situation where a new phone and service is initiated. In our case, my boyfriend and I had our own existing accounts with AT&T and our own devices. We wanted to activate our phones by porting over our phone numbers under their respective AT&T accounts. Darlene expertly handled the complete process of obtaining the information she needed (current carrier account information including security PIN) and everything went without a hitch! In addition, Darlene also noticed that the account information which was created online when I first ordered the SIM cards had my first name incorrectly spelled and she corrected it for me. After we returned home from the store, pleased as punch that all was working, Darlene texted me that she saw my account had been charged for service several days before today's activation. She informed me she had credited my account for the prior days' charges so that I wasn't being billed before the actual start of service. How often do you receive this kind of customer service where the representative takes initiative to find an error and to rectify it immediately? In my case, rarely! Darlene is the best. We appreciated the fact she was very cordial but focused on efficiently taking care of our phone activation without getting distracted. We were out of there within half an hour. Thank you, Darlene. We hope T-Mobile recognizes how valuable you are to them because you truly represent T-Mobile in the best possible light. read more

This was the best phone purchasing experience I have ever had! Judy assisted me. She had good energy, was very patient with all of questions and waiting for information, and only made recommendations based on her personal experience. Judy wrote everything down so that I saw what I was paying for and all of my options. It was a very transparent process. I returned to the store the next day because I was having problems setting things up and Judy (and two other friendly staff members) solved all of my problems. This was a great experience and if you need something from T-Mobile, ask for Judy! read more

I was helped by Ms. Judy Huang, a spunky and well spoken young lady who works here. She provided me with all of the necessary information I requested, plus more! I went in knowing almost nothing about my options with T-Mobile and left knowing (almost) exactly what I wanted. Luckily, Judy was accommodating enough to follow up with me a few days later scheduling another day for us to go- through signing up with My new plan. She was patient, friendly, and interested in getting to know me as a person as she situated me with my new phone and phone plan. I had been a Sprint customer for about 9 years before my switch and I will honestly say that I am enjoying my partnership with T-Mobile so much more now than ever! read more

Best phone customer experience ever! Hands down!! Victor was able to answer our questions about switching our phone service from AT&T to T-Mobile without a problem. Really wanted to help from the start and helped us understand the process. Way better then two other places we have been. When we started to really get into the thick of things with breakdowns. He was able to call over Judy for some extra help. With her top notch experience and very welcoming approach with speaking to us. She was able to write down a breakdown of our options with how we would trade in our AT&T phones and get new phones right away with the switch. It was fantastic and she kept with it even when we had trouble understanding all the numbers. After going over things we fully understood all the numbers and were able to make the full switch! So happy with the help from both Judy and Victor and would recommend this store and team over any place hands down. Make the drive out here and you will be taken care of! :) read more

My go to location! I'm always greeted when I walk in. This location has great customer service. I love how they take down your name so they can help people who came in order. I decided to get the new IPhone 8 plus. I didn't feel upsold or wasn't talked into buying this and that. The associate I dealt with was Judy. So pretty with such a great attitude. Answered all my questions. Even if she didn't know an answer to my question she didn't front. She was very honest. She even copied my phone from the 7 to the 8 plus and literally all my apps and stuff were the same which was super awesome. I was in and out within the hour. Not really sure why t-Mobil exists.. I have been to so many different locations and not one seems to understand customer service. All they want is your money. They will tell you whatever you need to hear head to get what they want and once you step out of that t-Mobil store your on your own. I mean come on!!!! You bill people a month ahead why? I'm sure it's so they can benefit from some kind of loop hole they created in the contract. If I could give them no starts I would. I have called and wrote to there district manager explaining my issues I have with them but it seems as tho the only thing this company cares about is you making your monthly payment because they are quick to turn your service off but not as quick to care about what's on with your phone/service! So if your reading this to figure out if you should go with t-mobil, I say run! Run as far away as you can. read more
