Being able to go into this store and see Judy, each and every time, is the Bestest, She knows what I need for all My phone needs, always greeted with a Smile and the Bestest Customer Service ever. I called around a few places and being that this place was super closed to my house along with they actually had the phone in silver ( or white which some people call it ) I went here . I was literally in here maybe about 20 min at it's best . She has great customer service skill . STEPH JUDGEMENT: Outstanding customer service makes up for the sucky parking. The bf and I decided to come to this store because it was the closest to us and we figured it would be the most expedient way to get our services hooked up and whatnot. Neither of us was looking forward to going to a cell phone store--we hadn't been to one in ages and they don't always have the best rep for great service. When we got there, we were exasperated to find that it's one of those little corner strip malls with like 8 parking spaces. We just parked across the street and walked over. Not the most auspicious introduction to this store, but little did we realize that this was where Judy Huang, the superstar T-Mobile associate worked! We lucked out and just happened to get her by chance; now that I look at all the Yelp reviews I realize just how lucky we were. She walked us through the whole process, which turned out to be a bit more complicated and drawn-out than expected (not T-Mobile's fault, btw). The whole thing ended up taking a few days but she made her cell # available to us so we could text/call with any questions and it was all resolved to our satisfaction. Simply put, Judy Huang is absolutely amazing! My mom has been with T-Mobile for 15+ years. I have been with AT&T all my life (paying triple what my mom was paying). Finally my mom said, "you're coming to T-Mobile!" We walked in and Judy made the transition so incredibly easy and flawless I could not have been happier. My mom and I upgraded, prepared for my transfer and left so happy! Judy even checked in on us the day after on her day off. We went there to get a new phone for my husband. We had been working with Sprint for 3 years and were happy with their prices and staff. Now that Sprint was bought out, we need to conduct our business with T-Mobile. Well, this T-Mobile didn't disappoint. They were wonderful and helpful and so knowledgeable. We were assisted by Denisse G. She was great. She answered all our questions, and were able to get a very nice phone for just an extra $21/month. Of course, we paid the tax but that is standard. After 10 years with another carrier, I finally made the switch to T-Mobile. While my first visit making the actual switch was *good* and seamless, it was my second experience that really BLEW me away. After a couple months with T-Mobile, I decided I was going to stay. Recently I decided I wanted to upgrade from my old iPhone 6 to an iPhone 8. It was JUDY who really made this customer experience for me. I really can't believe how patient, knowledgable, and understanding she is. I couldn't decided between the iPhone X and iPhone 8 or about phone insurance. I came to the store because it was time to upgrade my phone and I also wanted a smart watch. I was debating on making the switch from iOS to Android as well, and overall I had a lot of questions. Judy was quick to help me, and from the beginning she was incredibly knowledgeable and professional. She was an Android user (S9+ I believe) and had answers to all of my questions regarding the ecosystem, integrations, functionalities, and features of the Galaxy Note 9 that I was interested in. My decision ultimately came down to which smart watch was more comfortable and feature packed. This led me to purchase an Apple Watch with Judy on that day I came in. I made an online appointment to detach myself from my parent's family plan and start my own plan with my Fiancé. Judy called & texted me the very next day with information on how to make the process easier before coming into the t-mobile store. She is very kind, extremely helpful, and attentive. When we came in for our appointment she noticed that in my voicemail I go by a different name and asked me if I preferred that name to my legal name. She also suggested that I could change my caller ID to my preferred name and that made me feel seen. As a non-binary person(they/them) it feels good when people acknowledge you. My fiancé had trouble cancelling with his previous provider so we agreed to come back another day. She went out of her way to text & check in on us to see if we needed any advice or help. For Judy, you aren't just some "random" forgotten about after you've swiped your credit card & signed paper work. She also followed up with us to make sure we had set up our T-mobile online account & our Netflix subscription. She's got an amazing work ethic with amazing customer service. Purchased an AirPods and a few others things at this location. To be honest staff don't look to friendly and approachable you are pretty much there to get what you need. My AirPod were defective but I travel for work so I came on the 15th day to exchange or return and they would not do it for me, because there policy is 14 days LOL . Ok I missed it by one day So sorry! Nope can't do anything for you , you will have to waste your time with Apple store for replacement. Where's the customer service?!?!? You sold me a defective item it would be easier for me to work things out there and you return it back to Apple. That's how customer service work and it's not always sell sell sell. I had called in to put the item on and Judy confirmed it was in hold for me. I drove from east LA to come and get it with knowing the item was on hold but the response was someone else must have too the label off and sold it. In fact that I drove and was confirmed it was on hold to come here and be told it was sold is the most disappointing feeling anyone can have. The customer service is ok but it's the liability of letting a customer know it's on hold for you and not having it. Just cause it's busy is no excuse of confirming it is on hold and mentioning it should have been on hold when should is not a for sure answer. It's either on hold or not. I am not sure how on top of the co-workers are and how the communication level is but communication is key especially in these situations. If you ever put something on hold here be sure to follow up before heading down because your item may not be here because someone didn't communicate that's it's on hold or someone took the label off and sold it. read more

A friend needed a new phone plan and since (in the past) I've experienced some phone locations with horrible representatives, I decided to look on Yelp for the best rated location nearest to us. I found this T-Mobile (that's the phone service they wanted) and I couldn't be happier about our choice to come here. This location was very busy, but looked well staffed. We were greeted with hellos on our entry and in less than 5 minutes a busy representative said, "we will be with you shortly". We walked around the store, looked at some phones and Brooke came and greeted to assist us. She was kind, patient, extremely professional, explained options quickly and to the point as well as asked questions to better assist us in what we were specifically looking for. She made great suggestions and went over things as if she were explaining things to a family member (since you only need this and this; this is the cheapest and best plan for you). My friend and I were both very impressed with Brooke. I really wish more people like Brooke worked in customer service jobs in this world. If there is anything I can do more to get her recognized for her great customer service, please let me know. I am hoping a manager sees this. Brooke, thank you for your time and help. I decided to go back to T-Mobile after years of being in AT&T. Luckily, I met Daysha W. who was EXTREMELY knowledgeable and helpful. I had gone to another T-Mobile location and was not convinced that I wanted to make the change. Daysha was able to explain the services much better and I was pleased to find out that I would not only save money on my monthly bill, but I was also able to get a new phone and still pay much less than AT&T than if I would have upgraded there. Yessss! 5 stars cause my account got suspended but my balance was zero and I was on the phone with operators all day telling me I had to pay a zero balance and I even got a text saying my phone was restored. I couldn't even call 611 which is what I kept getting directed to do. Finally rushed over after work and poor BEN spent over 20 min on hold. But yay my phone is up and running again! The rhetoric between customer care and the stores is far from consistent. I switched to Verizon, I own my iPhone and i am trying to sell it privately because they were trying to tell me it was only worth $75. In a very condescending manner, the manager first said that they do not unlock phones and instead a new sim just needs to be put in. They had me call customer care so they could do it. Now CC is telling me I cannot unlock my phone for 7-10 days even though they sent me to the store to unlock it. They also said it won't work with another network and sim proving the manager wrong when he was so adamant about regurgitating what he "knew". So I'm essentially trapped until they take their sweet time unlocking my phone. Why wasn't it unlocked when I switched my service? You'd think logically that would make sense, but no, everything has to be extremely complicated and I'm supposed to know that I need to request an unlock before canceling my account. You'd think it would be common sense that a person would want their phone unlocked when changing carriers and they would just do it automatically. Anyways common sense is no longer common especially when it comes to customer service. People used to appreciate customers, now we are a dime a dozen and no one gives quality service to anyone anymore. Especially men who love to man-splane everything to a woman. So glad I don't have to deal with T-Mobile anymore!! read more

T-Mobile retail stores are a COMPLETE 180 over "Authorized Dealers". This is an official store that I have never had a problem at. However, as a customer of T-Mobile forever, I have been grandfathered with many discontinued features. All of the stores do not understand some of these features if their computer does not say what it is, which is the common place. For instance, under the old Jump! program, customers were/are able to upgrade their phone twice in a 12-month period. That was changed to once every 6 months. Now it is once half of the previous phone is paid off. I didn't know any of that, yet a friendly sales associate at this location broke it down for me, and that unfortunately, they couldn't help me because they were set-up to only allow upgrades once half the previous phone is paid off. They told me to call t-mobile because they would help me better. Also, this is the only location that has high demand phones when other locations are sold-out (at least every time I've been in). read more
