Been a T-Mobile Customer since the early 2000's, Been a Die Hard Customer of Judy at this store for upwards of 5 years. It's definitely a Huge Plus ro be able to call One Person and have all My crazy questions answered. Being able to go into this store and see Judy, each and every time, is the Bestest, She knows what I need for all My phone needs, always greeted with a Smile and the Bestest Customer Service ever. The Bestest part are the follow up texts asking how the New Goodies are working and if I need anything. Customer Service like this is Sooooo Very hard to come by now a days. Thank You T-Mobile & Thank You Judy for all the years of Having My back with My Personal and Business Cell Phone Lines. read more

There's a reason why I only come see Judy. She's so professional and you walk away knowing more than what you came in with. She's an expert in whatever she does and I recommend asking for her. read more

Shout out to Kelsey ( hope I'm spelling her name correct) I wanted the new iPhone Xmax in silver . I called around a few places and being that this place was super closed to my house along with they actually had the phone in silver ( or white which some people call it ) I went here . I was literally in here maybe about 20 min at it's best . She has great customer service skill . Synced my phone , did my trade in ( iPhone 7 Plus ) , was able to get a case and screen protector with my bundle . In and out . And gave me some tips on how to work the phone . Thanks again ;) read more

STEPH JUDGEMENT: Outstanding customer service makes up for the sucky parking. The bf and I decided to come to this store because it was the closest to us and we figured it would be the most expedient way to get our services hooked up and whatnot. Neither of us was looking forward to going to a cell phone store--we hadn't been to one in ages and they don't always have the best rep for great service. When we got there, we were exasperated to find that it's one of those little corner strip malls with like 8 parking spaces. We just parked across the street and walked over. Not the most auspicious introduction to this store, but little did we realize that this was where Judy Huang, the superstar T-Mobile associate worked! We lucked out and just happened to get her by chance; now that I look at all the Yelp reviews I realize just how lucky we were. She walked us through the whole process, which turned out to be a bit more complicated and drawn-out than expected (not T-Mobile's fault, btw). The whole thing ended up taking a few days but she made her cell # available to us so we could text/call with any questions and it was all resolved to our satisfaction. Judy is very friendly and knowledgeable, and really does go above and beyond. I recommend her very highly. read more

I had my iphone in hand and only needed to change service provider. They were prompt, polite, friendly and professional. Nothing bad and everything good with my experience. No wonder why they got so many good reviews. read more

Simply put, Judy Huang is absolutely amazing! My mom has been with T-Mobile for 15+ years. I have been with AT&T all my life (paying triple what my mom was paying). Finally my mom said, "you're coming to T-Mobile!" We walked in and Judy made the transition so incredibly easy and flawless I could not have been happier. My mom and I upgraded, prepared for my transfer and left so happy! Judy even checked in on us the day after on her day off. Mom is going back now to upgrade her phone and we plan on referring anyone we can. Way to go T-Mobile for caring for your employees so they can be their best and taking care of Judy! You all are lucky to have her! read more

Came to port my phone number. Had some issues with the transfer and had to come back a few hours later. Staff was on top of it immediately. Jessica went above and beyond, super patient with the customer service line while multitasking. Lolly says thank you for your kind helpfulness. read more

We went there to get a new phone for my husband. We had been working with Sprint for 3 years and were happy with their prices and staff. Now that Sprint was bought out, we need to conduct our business with T-Mobile. Well, this T-Mobile didn't disappoint. They were wonderful and helpful and so knowledgeable. We were assisted by Denisse G. She was great. She answered all our questions, and were able to get a very nice phone for just an extra $21/month. Of course, we paid the tax but that is standard. All the apps were transferred. It was a great experience and it was even better because of Denisse G. Thank you!! read more

By far the best customer service agent in the wireless field!! The first person I saw when I walked thru the door she was quick to greet and did not show any hesitation--JUDY was kind, quick and through. She answered all my questions! And drew up a whole map explaining all the different type of plans that were being offered. She took the time to find out what would be the best plan and even presented customizable options. She was very knowledgeable and professional and made me feel confident in my choice and made switching seamless! I give Judy 5 stars ***** Due to the parking situation I'd give the place 4 stars. read more

After 10 years with another carrier, I finally made the switch to T-Mobile. While my first visit making the actual switch was *good* and seamless, it was my second experience that really BLEW me away. After a couple months with T-Mobile, I decided I was going to stay. Recently I decided I wanted to upgrade from my old iPhone 6 to an iPhone 8. It was JUDY who really made this customer experience for me. I really can't believe how patient, knowledgable, and understanding she is. I couldn't decided between the iPhone X and iPhone 8 or about phone insurance. Judy made this a no-pressure situation and really listened to my needs. She also answered my texts/questions on her day off! Wow. Needless to say, I will be coming back to this store long after I move away from Long Beach. I also want to mention Vien. When I came back a day or two later to restore my phone, she helped me and couldn't be sweeter. Another great asset to the team. I appreciate all the help and I'm actually looking forward to when I need their help again! read more

I suck at remembering names, but the few times I need help In Store, the staff at this location is always so awesome. Sometimes the wait is like 20 minutes, but hey; if the store is busy, it's busy. They're very friendly and always there to help. Always try to up-sell me on stuff, but I work in retail; and that's just part of the job. lol read more

I came to the store because it was time to upgrade my phone and I also wanted a smart watch. I was debating on making the switch from iOS to Android as well, and overall I had a lot of questions. Judy was quick to help me, and from the beginning she was incredibly knowledgeable and professional. She was an Android user (S9+ I believe) and had answers to all of my questions regarding the ecosystem, integrations, functionalities, and features of the Galaxy Note 9 that I was interested in. My decision ultimately came down to which smart watch was more comfortable and feature packed. This led me to purchase an Apple Watch with Judy on that day I came in. I will now also be coming back to Judy after the holidays to purchase myself an iPhone XS Max because she was an absolute pleasure to work with! read more

If you guys need a new plan or phone or whatever it may be, ask for Judy! She literally waited a month for me to give the okay to make the switch. What I appreciated the most was during that month wait period, she did not try to push the sale. What is also great is that she take the time to review all the promotion and sales they have to get you the best deal, because at the end, she wants to make sure the customer gets the best deal. When you are ready to make the switch, be sure to ask for Judy! She even went out of her way to recommend some great hiking spots! read more

Without a doubt go to JUDY! She has great customer service and really helped my husband and I understand what we were buying. She simplified the plan for us and helped us choose one that fit us best. When we received our visa gift card it was not the correct amount but Judy made sure it was handled and we got the correct amount!! She took care of us more than just once! Go to Judy! read more

I made an online appointment to detach myself from my parent's family plan and start my own plan with my Fiancé. Judy called & texted me the very next day with information on how to make the process easier before coming into the t-mobile store. She is very kind, extremely helpful, and attentive. When we came in for our appointment she noticed that in my voicemail I go by a different name and asked me if I preferred that name to my legal name. She also suggested that I could change my caller ID to my preferred name and that made me feel seen. As a non-binary person(they/them) it feels good when people acknowledge you. My fiancé had trouble cancelling with his previous provider so we agreed to come back another day. She went out of her way to text & check in on us to see if we needed any advice or help. For Judy, you aren't just some "random" forgotten about after you've swiped your credit card & signed paper work. She also followed up with us to make sure we had set up our T-mobile online account & our Netflix subscription. She's got an amazing work ethic with amazing customer service. She made this process a lot easier & pleasant than I thought it would be. I recommend Judy 100%. She's the sweetest. read more

Purchased an AirPods and a few others things at this location. To be honest staff don't look to friendly and approachable you are pretty much there to get what you need. My AirPod were defective but I travel for work so I came on the 15th day to exchange or return and they would not do it for me, because there policy is 14 days LOL . Ok I missed it by one day So sorry! Nope can't do anything for you , you will have to waste your time with Apple store for replacement. Where's the customer service?!?!? You sold me a defective item it would be easier for me to work things out there and you return it back to Apple. That's how customer service work and it's not always sell sell sell. Problem solving and be able to make tough discussion to make a customer happy should have been the number one priority. Horrible service!!! read more

I walked into the branch on ximeno and pch in Long Beach because was considering switching carriers. Judy was so welcoming and helpful. Just after a few min with her was I able to decide confidently on switching from Verizon. She really puts forth a tremendous effort in easing the transition and goes above and beyond for her customers. I highly recommend giving T-Mobile a chance, especially through Judy!! read more

I had called in to put the item on and Judy confirmed it was in hold for me. I drove from east LA to come and get it with knowing the item was on hold but the response was someone else must have too the label off and sold it. In fact that I drove and was confirmed it was on hold to come here and be told it was sold is the most disappointing feeling anyone can have. The customer service is ok but it's the liability of letting a customer know it's on hold for you and not having it. Just cause it's busy is no excuse of confirming it is on hold and mentioning it should have been on hold when should is not a for sure answer. It's either on hold or not. I am not sure how on top of the co-workers are and how the communication level is but communication is key especially in these situations. If you ever put something on hold here be sure to follow up before heading down because your item may not be here because someone didn't communicate that's it's on hold or someone took the label off and sold it. read more

I'm very glad I went to this T-Mobile store for the reason of having Andrew help me out with getting a new phone and transferring my plan from sprint to T-Mobile! Thanks again Andrew! read more

Switched over from AT&T to T-Mobile, Judy (PCH& Ximeno store) was there from start to finish, she is very knowledgeable and was able to explain and lay out a plan for us that we were comfortable with. Judy contacted all 5 members of our family and was able to port them over without a problem. My husband and I really appreciate all she did for us, she is AMAZING read more

A friend needed a new phone plan and since (in the past) I've experienced some phone locations with horrible representatives, I decided to look on Yelp for the best rated location nearest to us. I found this T-Mobile (that's the phone service they wanted) and I couldn't be happier about our choice to come here. This location was very busy, but looked well staffed. We were greeted with hellos on our entry and in less than 5 minutes a busy representative said, "we will be with you shortly". We walked around the store, looked at some phones and Brooke came and greeted to assist us. She was kind, patient, extremely professional, explained options quickly and to the point as well as asked questions to better assist us in what we were specifically looking for. She made great suggestions and went over things as if she were explaining things to a family member (since you only need this and this; this is the cheapest and best plan for you). My friend and I were both very impressed with Brooke. I really wish more people like Brooke worked in customer service jobs in this world. If there is anything I can do more to get her recognized for her great customer service, please let me know. I am hoping a manager sees this. Brooke, thank you for your time and help. My dear friend is still talking about the great experience we had at T-Mobile. read more

I decided to go back to T-Mobile after years of being in AT&T. Luckily, I met Daysha W. who was EXTREMELY knowledgeable and helpful. I had gone to another T-Mobile location and was not convinced that I wanted to make the change. Daysha was able to explain the services much better and I was pleased to find out that I would not only save money on my monthly bill, but I was also able to get a new phone and still pay much less than AT&T than if I would have upgraded there. Ask for her if you when you're there, you won't regret it. read more

T-Mobile Judy Huang is very customer centric. She knows her products and can recommend the right phone for you. If you're a business person and don't have a lot of time, Judy is a pros pro. My wife and I have purchased our phones through Judy for years. Thanks Judy! read more

Manny M. Was a tremendous help in transferring my mom over to my account! Excellent customer service!

I went to this store for an upgrade- service was good. But the interaction I witnessed was so special I had to review. An extremely elderly gentlemen came in for help with his service. The old man was confused and the dialog was difficult- but the agent (Nick) was so patient and helpful to him. It was wonderful to witness- it was clear there would be no sale, commission or nothing that would benefit Sprint but it didn't stop Nick from treating him with high respect and totally professional. read more

I had every question concerning my account and phones answered very clearly and with the best attitude I couldn't thank Judy enough for all her help I'm new to all the hip technology and phones she was more than willing to help me get set up and started making the whole process so easy I actually felt good spending my money here is that a thing? i will definitely be recommending this store and Judy to all my friends and family that hate dealing with phone providers! I definitely had the best experience here in all the years being a T-Mobile customer thanks again to Judy for all her patience and great customer service! read more

Yessss! 5 stars cause my account got suspended but my balance was zero and I was on the phone with operators all day telling me I had to pay a zero balance and I even got a text saying my phone was restored. I couldn't even call 611 which is what I kept getting directed to do. Finally rushed over after work and poor BEN spent over 20 min on hold. But yay my phone is up and running again! BEN's the only reason I'm still with T-Mobile I was ready to switch over if I couldn't get my phone working by the end of the day! read more

I don't recommend this place. Go to a different T-Mobile. I was threatened by one of the employees while. They are quick to sell you everything and tell you it's lifetime warranty. T-Mobile retail stores are a COMPLETE 180 over "Authorized Dealers". This is an official store that I have never had a problem at. However, as a customer of T-Mobile forever, I have been grandfathered with many discontinued features. All of the stores do not understand some of these features if their computer does not say what it is, which is the common place. For instance, under the old Jump! program, customers were/are able to upgrade their phone twice in a 12-month period. That was changed to once every 6 months. Now it is once half of the previous phone is paid off. I didn't know any of that, yet a friendly sales associate at this location broke it down for me, and that unfortunately, they couldn't help me because they were set-up to only allow upgrades once half the previous phone is paid off. They told me to call t-mobile because they would help me better. Also, this is the only location that has high demand phones when other locations are sold-out (at least every time I've been in). read more

I saw all the great reviews for this T-Mobile store on Yelp and decided to pay a visit since I was thinking about switching over to one of their family plans from another carrier. I quickly saw why other customers have had such great comments about this store. The staff are energetic, friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. They answered questions well and were prepared to help customers consider a variety of options rather than simply pushing them in one direction. Overall, I had a very pleasant experience here and left the store with a new phone and family plan. read more
