I went in to drop off 2 phones that I needed to trade in. For whatever reason I didn't get the trade in kit with the phones so I looked up online that I can take them in to do it. It was quick and easy, I was in and out in about 5-7 minutes. I was emailed all the transactions of this process by entering in my email address on the screen and I was out. Yari was friendly and helpful answering all of our questions. We decided to go with the Apple Watch 10 46mm and they had a buy one get one $300 off. Also, we were able to get $3 off the cellular services due to autopay while the second watch was half off on the cellular services. It was nice to know there were promos and can do monthly payments. Yari helped with syncing and setting up my watch. That was very sweet of her. I really appreciate it. The Rose Gold Apple Watch is beautiful and my husband got the Black Apple Watch. For what ever reason the PIN#'s are being scratched off before the purchase and the cards are eventually being used. Then you take it back to the store and the Teenage employee tells you they CANNOT DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT AND YOUR AT YOUR OWN RISK FOR PURCHASING THE GIFT CARD!!! Then I reply with so I'm out on a $100 dollars and she replies with yes. (UNREAL) It has happened to me twice now, 1st with an American Express card and now with 2 NIKE cards. Now I have to contact Target card services and wait for the investigation to process.. NOT GOOD AND DEFINITELY NOT WORTH THE TIME!! I went here about a month ago to purchase a new cell phone for my stepson. We walked in and there were three people working, one greeted us the other two could not care less that we were there. The guy that greeted us helped us, but decided to argue with me when I told him what type of screen protector I wanted for the phone. The other two employees that were there at the time were laughing loudly with each other and joking around and it was just not a very professional environment. PAOLA was very eager to help me and immediately offered me a new SIM card rather than trying to extract the one from my old phone. I had never even turned on my new phone, so she gave me a brief tutorial and also offered to transfer my data to the new phone via as USB cable. All this would have taken me a very long time and she set this us very quickly. The transfer took a while, so she said that I can leave with the 2 phones still connected and not to worry about the cable she used, which belonged to the store. Also no charge for the SIM card. I came in on Saturday and needed to buy my sister a new cell phone. She is mentally challenged so I needed one that was not too high tech for her to operate. Two reps on the floor, who were helping other customers. I was greeted and acknowledged when I walked in even though I had to wait to be assisted but appreciated that I wasn't ignored. A 3rd rep by the name of Alex entered the floor and was able to help me with my purchase and setting up the transfer to the new phone. Alex apologized for the wait from the beginning and went straight to business. He made the visit a smooth one. I wasn't pressured by him to buy anything that I didn't need and he made it easy to communicate the details of the transfer to the new phone. I appreciated that he was straight to the point and made the visit a simple one, even with selecting a phone case cover for the new phone which were hidden in their cabinets since there was none out for display. I was in and out in under 30 mins and had no issues with the transfer for my sister's new phone. Keep up the great work! read more

The workers here are very nice which is why I always come to this location for all my tech needs. I've been told they're doing everything by appointment now by a worker when I tried walking in a couple months ago and I also saw this on their website. So, I made an appointment today for 11AM, knowing that's how they're operating now. I show up at 10:55 and there's someone being helped. Fast forward to 11:30 and this guy is still being helped. 11:40. Still being helped. It's about to be noon so I decide to just leave. My boyfriend was pretty upset as well and I'm sorry if anyone saw his finger. I understand you can't drop what you're doing to help someone else but if you're going to say that I need an appointment to do anything at a tmobile store then maybe actually mean that?? This was not the workers' fault at all, the customer was asking way too many stupid questions and just taking FOREVER. Another person with an appointment at 11:30 showed up as well and I let her know we had been waiting there for an hour and nothing. I'm just honestly really annoyed with the company for setting up new guidelines they aren't even following. Why didn't they let this customer know they have an appointment at 11? Dear T-mobile, Residents, Customers, I Have had really good experiences with T-Mobile, the only problem with t-mobile I have now is that last good experience was years and years ago, I had a phone stolen from me years ago, finally retrieved all my things from the theft, and went to go buy another phone at the exact same store I bought my last phone from, I needed a 500 dollar deposit, right before I was going to give him the 500 hundred someone came in and said something to him about a phone she has he looked over at me a few times during their conversation. After they were done talking, he walked over to me seen the money and after the credit check and everything bumped it up to 1000 for 1 phone, the first phone I had was paid off early. This isn't a first time I had an issue with this. Last time I made a phone call to a t-mobile to confirm a price, they confirmed and when I hung up I called right back before I started to head down there and someone else answered and said they could not confirm anything because they had to be sure my information fit the right ethnicity, so when I went down there for a phone and brought my I.D. and when I showed them my I.D. after the surprised look they had on there face they seemed to be upset that my ethnicity was different from who normally got phones in my name. The normal self was right in front of the cashier. So if the normal self was different on the PC that was probably the issue. read more

The representatives were all helping clients board their devices so I figured I would have to wait. However, the store manager I think - Lexie - was amazing. Not only did she assist in expediting the line, but she made sure everyone knew they would be helped - multi tasking the whole time. I didn't even feel disregarded as my process was lengthy too. We had added a phone & a line to our plan for our son, but that added $150 more dollars to our bill even after we signed up for autopay to knock $20 off or else it'd be more. We had gone to a different location to add our new phone & line, and they totally screwed us over & lied to us about the cost & what we were paying for. They didn't even respect our wishes about what we wanted for our plan. Andrea took the time to sit down with us & explain everything & reversed most of the charges for us. After posting a review regarding the awful experience I had at the T mobile store in Pomona, I was contacted by the management at T mobile who transferred me over to this store in La Verne instead. My family and I were very frustrated with T mobile when we were trying to transfer our phone carrier because we ran into multiple errors, delays, and wrongful billing or payments. Alex and Carlos at this La Verne store were very helpful, and ultimately helped us be back on track and fully running with T mobile as our carrier. AVOID the T mobile store in Pomona on Garey, and go with these guys instead! They're helpful and kind. I'll be back if I ever have troubles or have questions. Thanks Alex! read more

The easy kind that comes with someone going out of their way to help you and make your busy life a little easier. So a BIG Thank You goes out to the assistant manager Alex at the T-Mobile location in Laverne. Alex the assistant Manager was attentive, calm, and took the time to do not only a good job, but do what was needed, not just hurry up and get to the next customer, so he did the right job. Im actually really impressed because I have had nothing but bad luck at other T-mobile stores. I canceled my service it was so bad and please stay away from the T-Mobile store on Azusa close to Covina. (Nightmare location, with 1 worker that makes the whole company look shady and untrustworthy.) The right T-Mobile store location to go was a little it of a drive for me, but defiantly worth it because everything was handled well and in a timely, easy manor. Even though I had some difficult questions he figured them out quickly and we was done in the way I had expected. Positive and complete is the way you should feel after leaving a business. *This is not as common as it should be, I can attest, but it is very much appreciated and I recommend this T-Mobile location to everyone that just wants to be treated with respect and get the job done right the first time. I know this all comes from corporate, but I recently went to my local T-mobile store to cancel my Senior plan (two phones for a reasonable monthly price) because my Mom had passed away. T-mobile has nothing to offer for a single cell phone plan without adding all sorts of streaming or other add-ons. So I switched over to Mint for my plan. Then I went back to the Foothill location to officially cancel my account (while leaving my Wi-Fi with t-mobile). No, they couldn't cancel my phones in the store. What!? Sometimes customers want a real person to deal with billing and cancelling. I was told I must do that on-line. Well, I called t-mobile to cancel and they screwed it up. The usual monthly auto-payment deducted from my checking account yesterday. The person I spoke to didn't follow through. I spent another 30 minutes or so talking to Ina, who assured me that those two phones would be cancelled as of last month and that I'd get a refund. Well, instead of the $60 or so promised, I just got a text that $30 was refunded. I will be back on the phone tomorrow trying to reconcile that. But why can't the long-time loyal customer simply go to the local neighborhood store and have those employees do the cancellation in person? I truly believe it's a corporate thing where they try their best to make it very difficult in hopes that the customer will give up. Although I've been fairly happy with t-Mobile and the service and pricing, I absolutely would not recommend this company to any of my friends or family simply because of the lack of personal service, even though the employees are young and energetic. They apparently rigidly follow corporate policy, which is to NOT help the customer when there is a need to cancel a plan, even if there is a death in the family. read more
