Richie should not work with people in customer service.
I went to the store two months ago in regards to changing my screensaver, and the two people that were working at the time ( after I asked more info) suggested that I get a new internet box. They said that if I return my old box within the two week free trial, i wouldn't be charged for both. My bill each month is usually around 158 and last month i paid $224. When I called 611, the first time, the lady said that I would be credited the next month because I was double charged.
Well, this month's bill comes and it was at around $190. I call 611 again. And the lady on the phone this time, credited me fifty dollars and she said that she couldn't credit anymore that I had to go in store and ask the people that helped me.
That brings me to today's horrible, interaction with Richie. I was speaking to Ari, the girl who helped me the first time, and was explaining to ger how i was being charged more. As Richie is helping someone else he turns around to look at me to see what me and ari are talking about. As he's working with someone else, he butts into our conversation and says that I need to call 611. I said okay im going to call now and he makes a comment that I couldnt hear but his energy and vibe was very negative and unfriendly.
I call 611 and as I explain to Dylan from Fresno ( amazing customer service 5 start to him, give Dylan a raise) everything that happened, Richie keeps trying to interupt and get involved when i was already being helped by Ari and on the phone. I asked him if he could stop and leave me alone and what he does is come closer to me and is literally, just staring me down with such a negative energy. I looked at him as im on the phone with 611 and said bro can you stop staring at me. He said, " im just doing my job" and i said no your not your just staring at me and your making me uncomfortable. I dont know what hood mentality he comes from but thats exactly the energy he was giving off. IT WAS ALL ON A RECORDED LINE which is the funny part and you can hear my frustration and uncomfortability. I left the store and continued the call. Here it sounds very blank but it was such an unwelcoming experience.
This guy didnt know anything of the stress I have been dealing with and my tmobile experience for the past months has not been good.
To recap, from the begining I was given wrong information the first time that I wouldn't be double charged, I was, 611 gave me wrong information that I would be recredited, I wasn't, I call 611 again they said to go to store to get the rest of MY money, go to the store and they said they cant credit me (being told one thing from one party and another thing from another party)
The question here to me is, what could improve ? Well first make sure all employees communicate correctly information to customers IN STORE and ON THE PHONE when calling 611 and get rid of this guy.
Today Richie was dismissive and didn't want to help me and after multiple times of asking him to stop looking, STARING me down... he continued and seemed like he wanted to fight me and was judging me the whole time. The WORST customer service I have EVER gotten IN MY LIFE from Richie. -10 stars. read more
