I've been to this T-Mobile twice now. The first time was to have my new phone diagnosed. I had some issues with it shortly after getting it from another T-Mobile store out of state. Although they weren't able to pinpoint the problem, they were able to help me reduce the amount of times it acted up moving forward. I also had my screen protector replaced while I was there. My plan includes unlimited screen protector replacements. My second visit almost a year later was for another screen protector replacement. Apparently, I'm rough with my phone and tend to scratch or crack my screen protector... but at least I know it's doing its job! The store is clean and organized. The team members are always warm, welcoming, and helpful. The wait is never long, even when there are other customers. I will continue to come here for any T-Mobile needs! read more

Tmobile had been giving me the run around on getting a phone ported over to Verison. I spent countless hours on the phone trying TJ get them to release it. I finally went in to this store and Corey and Bella helped me right away. Although I was extremely frustrated with the entire situation these two reps made it a lot better. I have had T-Mobile for more than five years until recently, when I switched to Verizon to be on my husbands plan. I had such a great experience with them my entire plan life up until recently. Prior to switching, I asked their online agent a question and it turned out that person misspoke and told me incorrect information. I called the customer care team and they were unable to help me and suggested I call a store. I ended up calling this location and spoke with the manager, Carolina. Carolina could not have been more helpful! I must have called her three times because I couldn't get help from other people. She was so helpful and amazing! I was able to have my problem resolved and dropped my phone off at her store. Both her and Matthew were so helpful! read more

Power Road, Gilbert are courteous, kind, patient, and very helpful in assisting us transfer from Verizon to T-Mobile, and help us to setup everything that are needed on our phones. Melanie of the Customer Service had the biggest heart, and the incredible patience in teaching and guiding us to install the T-Mobile Wifi modem. She understood how intimidated we were being tech-challenged. We have great experiences associating with T-Mobile so far. read more

This store was helpful getting my phone and service upgraded. However, they were misleading as to how much my trade in would be based on their current promotion and they charged me for a phone charger and old school air pods (full price) though said they were free also as part of the promotion. Be careful what you sign up for and get everything they promise IN WRITING. read more

I was my go to T Mobile store because it was close by. But recently with their change in staff it has been a bad experience. When I went in their to buy my daughter a new IPhone 11 max, they were all over you and gave you full attention. But recently went there to service my screen protector that was under my protection 360 plan. They said my old IPhone 10 didn't exist in their system. To make the long story short and painful. Had to call corporate and they sent me to another store to service my screen protector. read more

Not even one star! The employee names Katie is awful she asked for my ID and I have it to her. She put my ID on the counter and then continued on the computer (for a long time) in the mean time another employee came up and asked who was next and Katie replied the guy in the black shirt staring at you. I then asked her if she was done with my ID and she shoved it to my on the counter abs said "yea". Then I asked if something was wrong with my account...she replied "no I'm looking at your offers"...continued looking...in the mean while nothing is being said to me. It ended up that we are in a sucky situation because we are technically sprint customers and we are locked into sprint due to contracts. Let me know I am screwed because when the merge was done we basically got screwed on the sprint side. No problem solving or helping me understand what I can do to merge with T-Mobile so I don't have to deal with "two" companies under one umbrella. I then began to leave, looking at her badge I asked her I and abs she told me Katie. I told her I'm very sorry she had to work and hates her job and I was calling corporate when she replied "okay bye". Horrible customer service. Even if you have to help a sprint customer stuck in a contract due to a really shitty merge you can at least smile and help with some problem solving. You are of no help and your attitude is less than desirable. Get out of the customer service business! read more

All three gentleman who helped us did such a wonderful job in not only showing us the works but going over all possibilities for the best deals that they had. So I've been wanting to get an Apple Watch for a while. I have an iPhone so I thought why not get the matching watch. I was in the shopping center so I decided to go to the T-Mobile store to look at it and try it on. It was the worst experience ever. I walked in and was greeted nicely, and walked to where the watches were and started looking at them. As I was doing this I was approached by an employee and that's when the nightmare started. I asked him if the watch that didn't require data was available and he was like oh yeah they're all the same. I had read differently but he was the expert. He goes to the back and he is like yeah we have it in stock. I asked what was the price and he said "oh I don't know I haven't sold any watches" so I was like "are you sure this is not the one with the data because I don't want the data" he was like "well I really don't know" so we asked another guy and that guy told me that the Apple Watch 3 only exists with data. So he lied to me. The whole time I was there they made me feel like I was dumb. If I could give this place negative 5 stars I would. I've been a T-Mobile customer for years and to have this happen at one of their stores was disappointing. Needless to say I didn't get the watch..... read more

Try not to go here. I walked past the store to get to my car from the nearby Jamba Juice and one of their employees yelled at me from inside the store to try to get my attention. When I passed the store, the employee proceeded to come outside and walk toward me, and he said "Hey, where are you going? You got a boyfriend?" I have encountered sorting out an issue with my bill, went above and beyond. They are thoughtful, helpful, knowledgeable, kind and professional.
