We had been traveling for two hours coming back from a mini vacation out of state, so we were thrilled to hear that my husband's cracked iPhone screen could get replaced and repaired in about 15 minutes. It was fixed in 10 minutes, if that. The storefront is clean and well organized. There is also music playing which was a nice touch. I would totally recommend coming here if you need any iPhone repairs. I think they offer additional services as well, (see my pictures). The two people working there (I didn't catch their names) were personable and very friendly. A real pleasure to do service with. Go on their website and enter your email prior to coming, you can get 10% off an iPhone repair with it. If we have any issues with either of our phones in the future, we will totally be back.

Worst experience I ever had, if I could give 0 stars I would…read more Dropped off laptop on June 26th, was charged 40 bucks for a "diagnostic fee" which was actually the ex employee Danny signing us up for a warranty for a broken machine. Lying about what we were paying for. For the next 5 weeks we were there multiple times asking what's being done, what's wrong, what needs to be fixed. Was told just a battery needs to be replaced, told any other damage was fixable. Told that it was being worked on. Danny said they had a scrap machine to take parts out of, that since it had been several weeks and was taking so long cause they were understaffed we wouldn't have to pay for parts being taken from this machine to fix our computer. We got a voice message on July 10th saying it was fixed. Get there the next day, told that was premature, that it's not done, but testing is being performed, it will be soon. We go there again and again multiple times over the next several weeks trying to find out what's going on. Always reassured it's being worked on, got my best person working on it, it will be fixed. That it boots up, that it's working just need to make sure it will be able to run and handle what you need to do. That they are performing stress tests. We get there August 3rd, see a different guy there. Was told that Danny and everyone in the store was fired for scamming and defrauding customers. He goes into our account, there was a $700 dollar repair quote we were never told. (Find out only then it needed a total motherboard replacement and battery.) Our computer was marked as "fixed" on July 22nd in their system, it was not fixed, no work was ever done beyond initial diagnostic. I had to call escalations twice to get just the $40 dollars refunded. Initially they didn't even want to refund me the 40 dollars saying we paid for a warranty and that it was covering any new damages. Theoretical New damages on a machine in their possession that was not operable. What could it even cover? Nothing. Had to talk to escalations again and again. Today told by Escalations that they weren't going to compensate us for the lost time, weren't going to do anything for us, that any promises their ex employee made, anything we were told is on him. It's our fault for believing that the store was working on the machine and if we want it fixed we will have to pay full price for everything. Full price for a computer we were told by the ex employee that it was being taken care of and fixed. Never go to this franchise. If anything ever happens, any promises are made by any employees, corporate will wipe their hands of anything and everything. Your fault for believing the employee, your fault for trusting the business to take care of you.

Man Frick AT&T! Don't believe me? How about some advice from Pop/R&B star, Drake... "If you're…read morereading this it's too late". No seriously, I'm guessing if your taking the time to read this review then you probably also got scammed by this establishment. Their scam goes as follows: First they make it incredibly easy to sign up for a new contract. So I went in looking to get a new phone in Late August because I had an outdated iPhone 6s that was barely functioning. I was willing to spend the primo dinero and I had one goal in mind. To get a phone that worked. I asked the eager salesperson who's eyes lit up with dollar signs as I told him my interest in another plan. He showed me right to the iPhones saying I have one and they've improved them so much, I love it. He goes on to tell me about how it's better than my current phone in the following ways.... eventually he makes the sale. I leave the store satisfied that I can open apps without having to wait actually 30 seconds. Fast forward to now... My phone has limited reception in places it once worked perfectly. I get on the phone with UI (electric company) after waiting an hour on hold only for the person on the other end to get frustrated about my connection (in downtown new haven mind you) and hang up. Frustrated I called myself from another phone to see if my connection was really the issue; it was, there was no microphone activity at all. I figure, Why should I be paying for a phone that really doesn't work? So I take it to the AT&T store. The one that I'm writing this review about. I go in and he tells me there's absolute nothing they could do. He proceeds to patronize me by telling me if there was an issue with the phone I should have know by the 14 day trial period. He proceeds to count the days from when I bought the phone to the present calendar day IN FRONT OF ME. Eventually I get the point, but it was just straight up rude how he was counting. He then tells me my options with insurance but I still can't get past the fact that he literally counted the days in front of me like I was the biggest bonehead to walk into the store that day. Feeling defeated I told him I wasn't interested in filing with insurance because I got a lemon last time I went thru that. As if to cover his own ass he says "we have no control over the insurance phones it's a different company". I'm thinking, well why am I paying you guys... I leave with my problem completely unresolved Bottom line: this store takes advantage of people and the fact that they don't have any part in the phone business. IMO you're better off just going to Apple if you want an IPhone at least they have some control over the product. AT&T are just sneaky middlemen. ps. Everything they sell in there as phone accessories is about 300% overpriced. Buy literally anywhere else but there.
