    as a new tmobile customer i recently posted a not so stellar review with regards to this store. my new razr + 2023 developed a flaw on the main screen within the 14 day return period and whilst the store did not initially handle my concerns the store manager cesar rodriguez followed up with me and replaced my phone with another one he had in stock. another store assoc christian facilitated the return and activated my same line in a very quick and professional manner. the customer service was spot on so much so that i made a point of telling cesar that even if the return process was not accepted and i had to live with the screen flaw, i appreciated the follow up and the effort to take care of the issue. everything worked out perfectly. a big shout out to these guys. i will shortly activate a 2nd line on the esim located within the phone.

    Here we have our new phones that Oscar helped us set and transfer everything. He also helped us put on our screen protectors and cases.

    I just had to visit the T-Mobile on Ming to get my issue sorted out…read more Came in yesterday to see if I could get my phone replaced because I dropped it and the screen is now malfunctioning. Girl with pokemon nails barely looked at my phone, just gave me her tablet and made me fill out the online Assurant insurance form. I did so and towards the end it showed a balance of ~$100 if i got approved. Got the email today of the approval but it says phone upgrade, I did not want an upgrade I just wanted an equal replacement. The link on the email i got didnt even work, so i headed over to the California branch and doors were locked past 11am, sat in my car for a bit to see if they would open it but they didn't so I went to the location on Ming. I was unable to reverse the Upgraded insurance claim, and I had to pay the ~$100 difference. The girl at the California location did not inform me about anything, did not look at my phone at all, just gave me a form I could've done at home with the WRONG information. Incredibly frustrated. Wasted my time and the other t-mobile representative who used his personal phone to let me call Assurant to figure out what the hell I signed up for and what kind of "upgrade" I got, which seems to be just the exact same phone I'm trying to replace. It's obvious this locations workers don't care at all.

    Chris right away helped us out. He didn't keep doing what he was doing without acknowledging that…read morewe walked in. He was the most efficient employee that has ever helped us in my history with T-mobile. Quick and to the point and with a smile. We need more customer service like his!
