Every time I go to this location, there is a problem that ends up costing me money! On a previous visit, I was talked into the "free" wifi trial. After returning it during the free trial, I discovered that not only did the employee not return it correctly, they gave it to another customer and continued to charge me! The "free trial" ended up costing me $150! My last encounter with this location was because I was trading in a phone. I had already traded in 3 of the 4 lines on my plan at a different location with no problems. The employee at the Patterson location who helped me told us that there was a FREE case and screen protector included as well as a FREE additional line "for being a loyal T-mobile customer." She assured me that there would never be any charges associated with the additional line. After finishing my transaction, I looked at my receipt to find that I had been charged $35 for the activation fee for the "free" line! At this point, the manager got involved. She informed me that there was no way to reverse the charge but that she would give me a $50 credit. I was upset, but since there was nothing else that could have been done, I accepted it and left. The following day, I discovered that I was actually charged over $80 for the "free" case and screen protector! I was in disbelief! I immediately called the store and spoke with the manager, who apologized and said she would talk to the employee. I went back to the T-mobile store and returned the case and screen protector. A few weeks later, I received my T-Mobile bill. Imagine my frustration when I discovered that I was being charged $70 for the "free" additional line! I was livid! I promptly called the store to speak with the manager, who told me that she would personally handle my issue. Upon arrival, I reminded her about our previous encounter and told her about the issue. She hastily tried to pass me off to another employee. I insisted that she honor her word to personally handle the situation. She still had the other employee call and have the line canceled while she just stood there! Meanwhile, there were other customers waiting to be helped that were being ignored. I was perplexed as to why it took 2 people to make one phone call. After it was done, the manager told me that the promotion with the free line was expired at the time that it was given to me! I asked her why she, as the manager, was not aware of that when she gave it to me? She had no answer. The aforementioned issues are not the only issues I've had at this location. Every time I try to give this location another chance, they continue to disappoint. I now have to drive 35 miles from my home in order to conduct my business with T-mobile if I want it done correctly! read more

This t-mobile has excellent service! They do have new people, which I did have to wait a while for everything to get set up but super nice people, not only do they explain things throughly they also made sure I left with more for my buck!! I've been with sprint for 14 years so migrating over was also challenging but this team made sure I was fully supported and gave me the best advise to make the transition easier. Customer service kept giving me the go around but overall store experience great!! read more

I was so disappointed with the customer service at this location. I have had T-mobile for the last 8 years, and this was the most blatant you're not with my time because I won't make money on you situation I've ever had. My grandmother went into the location for T-Mobile Tuesday and to get help with processing an insurance claim. She is 72. She has no idea how to look up device information or anything like that. All she needed was someone to help make the call and they wouldn't help her. I was on speaker phone as I live out of state and heard her talk to the rep and he said well I don't think they make that model anymore and the deductible will be between 50 and 80 dollars ( it's 10, actually) and you have to call yourself. I hearing this called care because I know they can help her and should help her and care calls the store. They tell care that she isn't the account holder so insurance won't help her, she is the authorized user so this is incorrect, and that they already called. They did not call. Customer care told them to help her make the call. They got off with care and then told her to make the call herself. I called the manager angry. Obviously. I told him what happened and he said they called and she didn't want to give her information over the phone, that's not what happened. 1. They never made that call 2. She was asking if she could pay in the store because she likes to do that, and if given the information would have paid over the phone no problem. Manager took the employees side, which I understand you need to support your team but he didn't apologize and I even asked him if he thought this was a coach able moment and he didn't even acknowledge that the situation could have been handled better. In the end she sat in the car, for longer than it should have taken and called in herself. T-Mobile is the uncarrier and is supposed to want to help their customers but this store failed. She wasn't worth any money so she wasn't worth the time and no one was even sorry about it. read more

I can't give 0 star so 1 it is, exaggerated coverage maps are a lure to get customers, their maps coverage and speed are not a warranty but the use it to lure you in. False advertising, when I cancelled they only returned $22 out of $180. Be careful with these scammers read more

first off these kids are amateurs! price online was way different in the store. they thought i was stupid when buying a phone haha. they thought i was gonna buy in when they tried throwing a phone case and screen protector for an extra 50 bucks. seller "you need to buy one just in case your phone breaks" people do not buy anyyyyy accessories from them! shop on amazon. way cheaper. also after all that they tried charging me $180 dollars when the down payment is only $80 plus tax comes out to $130. where did that 50 bucks come from?? still after all the when i said i did not want the accessories the price was $180!!!!! so then this other salesmen comes and tries talking to me about the charges which were bs! i call corporate and guess what got the phone for free. there a bunch of thieves. do not go there!!! i repeat do not go there! your welcome! p.s. i hope the salesmen read this! read more
