    GO SOMEWHERE ELSE FOR SCREEN REPAIR…read more One star because the screen now does not work at all. The first they ordered cracked while they were putting it on the phone. The second screen was delayed via shipping and I would have been out a phone for over a week. He did lend me a phone until then which was nice, but still very inconvenient because I had none of my stuff on there (contacts, photos, apps). Upon receiving the phone with the new screen, the next day I noticed the color of the screen when outside would get all inverted, but neon. Photos attached. I believe this was an installation issue rather than a screen issue. It only happens when I'm outside, with a colder temperature change. When I explained this to him, he said that there was "no warranty" despite paying $200. And that the only step offered was to send the screen back to the manufacturer, which would take 7-10 business days - once again leaving me without a phone. Also, if the screen broke when they took it off, I would be out of luck. So why would I risk that? He also insinuated I dropped the phone for that to happen, which was kind of insulting, especially reporting the issue within 24 hours? I am now stuck with a screen that does not work, and a useless phone. I wish I would have just kept my shattered screen because at least I could actually use the phone. One inconvenience after another and while I understand a lot of this was out of his control, it still does not negate my very negative experience here. I now have to upgrade and get a new phone. I am beyond upset.

Do not trust this place, DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE. My iPhone 11 wouldn't turn on, I assumed the board had a short so I brought it to "I fix" on hatch rd. I explained to the employee at "I fix" that Apple recommended to buy a new phone, I cannot afford to do that, so can they diagnose the phone and quote me . The owner said "no problem I can fix it, apple always says buy a new phone I use to work at apple but I can fix it no problem let me check it out" I'm told specifically the ONLY thing wrong is the board is shorted so they need to replace it, it cost $120 but they need one hour. I come back, phone is on, but suddenly I'm being charged +$40 for the new NON GENUINE display they decided to put on. Mind you my screen was genuine, had no damage to it so WHY, owners answer is that my connectors weren't working. Um ok One hour into using my phone it glitches and shuts off, totally unresponsive. I brought my phone here 4 times back to back, 3 of those visits were AFTER the initial "fix" because it would only work for an hour and go unresponsive. The 3rd visit I'm told he needs to take it to another store. At pick up time I find out this dude gave my phone to a friend and it's at that friends house being fixed??? NOT COOL DUDE. Once again just one hour into using my phone, it's unresponsive. The 4th time I bring my phone in I bring my dad with me because this is bullshit, I mention to my dad this is the 4th time I've visited and the owner rudely objects and proceeds to get weirdly snappy with me and call me a liar by stating I've only been here TWICE, we kind of go back and forth until the dude who runs the front counter came out to confirm this is indeed the FOURTH time I've brought my phone in. anyways, they need one hour to look at it and they bring out my phone it's on but I'm cautious because they've bullshitted me 3 other times and here's the kicker, there was SUDDENLY ANOTHER issue they had to fix so they want ANOTHER $50. Can you guess what happens next? PHONE GOES UNRESPONSIVE AGAIN after one hour, I refuse to give them my phone again because they might do some weird spiteful shyt to it. idk what they did all the times I brought my phone in,, they could've been stealing and switching my parts who knows. so I've been totally taken advantage of and I'm in debt $210, my iphone still doesn't work, at this point it's been broken for more than 30 days now. Not only have they caused me so much stress that it makes me want to rip my hair out, but I've even missed financial opportunities due to the fact that I was waiting for call backs from jobs I had recently applied to. I wouldn't recommend IFIX to anyone not even my enemy and I advise anyone reading this review do not do business here.

    Overall, I had a pretty good experience with RepairALL. My computer went to sleep one day and then…read morenever woke back up. Being short on time, and patience, to figure it out myself I decided to reach out and RepairALL was quick to offer their services. The good - They offered a free diagnostic and there was no wait time for me to bring in my PC. They had friendly and helpful staff. Their building was easy to locate and their fees were reasonable. Areas for improvement - It took a while for them to properly diagnose and repair my PC. Thankfully, I was not in a rush as I was traveling for work and had a backup PC to meet my needs. If one was in a hurry to get their PC back due to having no other options, I could see where a customer might get upset or impatient. I, personally, am not knocking them down on my review for this as it was not an urgent matter for me and I told them so. It's possible the lengthier timeline for me was due to the fact that I told them it was no rush. I would rather them take their time and do it right than a shoddy rush job. Overall, they did a solid job repairing my PC (typing my review from it right now) and really the only thing I'd suggest for improvement is maybe more proactive communication with the customer. I had to call in for status updates until the PC was fixed and ready for pickup at which point they sent me a text to let me know. I think a few more texts just letting the customer what's going on would likely improve the overall customer experience. I would bring my device(s) back to RepairALL since they repaired my PC and were friendly. If they improve on those little things it could easily be a 5-star experience.

    I have come here a few times and it's been fine. My daughter and I bought new phones at AT&T. They…read moredidn't have screen protectors so we decided to go next door to buy some and have them put on our phones. The worker seemed nice and worked quickly. BUT what he was watching on the tv was inappropriate for a place of business. I did not catch the first line of the show that was on the TV but the next line (that was repeated several times) was, "I'm gonna eat your a**." Luckily the daughter that was with me is an adult, but that really doesn't matter. I am in a place of business that is not catering to strip joint clients. I am in a business that is catering to people of all ages. It was highly inappropriate to be hearing this on the TV that was accessible to everybody in the store. I will say that when I looked at the TV, everybody was fully clothed, but that is still inexcusable for the type of language that was being said on this particular TV program. I will not be back because I do not want to hear that. What you do in the privacy of your own home is your business but not in a place of business. I will be letting all of my families and friends know not to go there. I am just glad that my younger daughter was not with me. oh, and by the way, the employee apologized for what was on the TV. As if that made it OK.
