I asked for a quote and an estimated time on how long it would take, and I was amazed! He did a very wonderful quick job and NOT expensive at all!! Thank you Downtown Mobile! The second screen was delayed via shipping and I would have been out a phone for over a week. He did lend me a phone until then which was nice, but still very inconvenient because I had none of my stuff on there (contacts, photos, apps). Upon receiving the phone with the new screen, the next day I noticed the color of the screen when outside would get all inverted, but neon. Photos attached. I believe this was an installation issue rather than a screen issue. It only happens when I'm outside, with a colder temperature change. When I explained this to him, he said that there was "no warranty" despite paying $200. And that the only step offered was to send the screen back to the manufacturer, which would take 7-10 business days - once again leaving me without a phone. Also, if the screen broke when they took it off, I would be out of luck. So why would I risk that? He also insinuated I dropped the phone for that to happen, which was kind of insulting, especially reporting the issue within 24 hours? I am now stuck with a screen that does not work, and a useless phone. I wish I would have just kept my shattered screen because at least I could actually use the phone. One inconvenience after another and while I understand a lot of this was out of his control, it still does not negate my very negative experience here. I now have to upgrade and get a new phone. I am beyond upset.

Customer service experience here was terrible, seems like they just do the bare minimum and don't…read morego out of their way to help their customers. Ordered a new phone and I needed assistance in getting it sent to a new address since my phone was returned to the sender. All I was told from one of the employees is I need to call 611 since they couldn't help me in store and "sorry we just have stupid policies" and left me to pretty much figure it out on my own. Afterwards I came back to the store to cancel my service due to the poor customer service experience and I was lucky enough to have EDDIE help me out and he went above and beyond the rest of his coworkers and was able to assist me in creating a new PIN, giving me the customer service number, providing me my account number and giving me guidance as to what to say the the customer service representative. Honestly had I been helped by Eddie from the start I probably would have kept my service with T mobile since he was much more helpful in helping me find a solution. Big shout out to Eddie for understanding how to properly service his customers.

The employee with the (PINK) hair, would not take my old phone . Reason for exchange is phone screen is black has been this way since 7/2 . The phone has a warranty and insurance. Have only had phone since 9/12/2024 (Samsung A15) . Phone has NO psychical damage. PINK haired employee went in backroom to talk to manager , returned and said her manager said they cant take the old phone becuz it doesn't come on . I wouldn't be there if it would come on . WTF is wrong with these people? I ask to speak to the manager. The PINK haired girl tells me I can't the manager is not there . She had just came out of the back room where she had gone to speak to her manager . So WTF I said , now she is saying she talked to the manager on the phone OK B_ _ _H get the manager on the phone so I can talk to her . PINK haired girl says she can't do that becuz the manager is busy . WTF , to busy to talk to a customer. What the F_ _ _ is wrong with this picture ? I am going to report the PINK haired girl to the BBB and file a complaint . The PINK haired girl should not have that job . We were told by Summer that we would gain trade in value on both our newer IPhones & receive a virtual visa gift card to pay off the remaining balance for AT&T. The trade in amount was lowered after corporate received the phone although there was nothing wrong with them. We were told by the in store staff it would adjust just "keep an eye on it". Same thing for the visa gift card. We called Turlock and got the run around call corporate, go to Modesto over and over again. We finally went into the store and needed to call corporate again. The staff is so unprofessional and we are being penalized due to their negligence. I've worked in the commission sales field before as well so trust me I get it when you're wanting to make a deal to make commission but lying about promotions that you're not supposed to do at the same time and think that corporate is just gonna figure it out later is absolutely unprofessional. If I could get out of this contract, I would. The service isn't even that great either. So again for me zero out of 10.

Spectrum refused to reimburse me for months of service slower than I paid for due to their technical problem's. The in person store has the slowest service. Waited 60 minutes just to return equipment. On top of that they helped people out of order from the list posted in the store. Helping others that came in after me before I was even helped! I'd like to avoid spectrum forever if at all possible...

Phone lines vs coaxial cables is why the speed is superior (our neighborhood doesn't have fiber optic option). I didn't know this vast difference until one of their salesman explained it to me and I did some simple online research. We tried out their TV option, but decided to keep our DirecTV since the cost wasn't much different and the family is more familiar with DirecTV's operating system. Have had a great experience from installation to having to return equipment at the local Spectrum store. Of course they have tried upselling along the journey, but what company doesn't? So far so good with Spectrum.

They won't try to just sell you anything if the gadget isn't right for you they will be honest. If there is something you want they will try to get it. They are informative, honest and fairly priced. Not only that but they are not greedy if your maybe a few dollars short, they will give a discount to help. I keep going back because I know they are fair.
