My husband and I went in on Saturday 5/24/25 and we had the best customer service experience we've ever had. If i could give more than 5 stars I would, the staff is very professional, so friendly and they go above and beyond for their customers.Helpful beyond measure! Thank you AT&T for the awesome customer service and support! You deserve some recognition for sure!! read more

Worst customer service ever! Incompetent staff, Quik to rush you out. Don't know what they're doing.

Waiting..... Waiting...... Ordered online to pick up in store to avoid having to wait around. Almost an hour to just pick up an item, no need for help or service. Just want to pick up the ordered item and go home. Literally writing this as I'm in the store. Horrible service. Not one associate to acknowledge all the others waiting. It's almost like these associates purposely take forever to help people. Verizon has a way better service to pick up at the store. read more

Just the worst service. It's honestly hard to imagine it being any worse. Spent forever waiting. Then 45 min going through the process only to find out they don't have any phones. read more

Terrible customer service from Gio. Will not come back to this location again. He did not greet us, called a friend/coworker over during our appointment and discussed weekend plans in front of us, laughing, whilst ignoring our ongoing discussion with him. Did not seem knowledgeable of our case and offered very little support whilst also giving terrible customer service read more

Made an appointment for 7:30. Associate was locking door at 7:15. Told me that I should have never been able to get an appointment, because they don't have enough staff to serve the customers they already have waiting. Told me I was going to be there a while even though I had an appointment. I told him I would not be able to wait too long (have a disabled husband at home). He told me then I should come back another time. I asked him for his name and he ignored me and locked the door. I've never been treated so poorly ever. I will be filing a formal complaint with ATT. read more

AT&T Store - The rude associate with his back to me. - Mobile Phones Near Me - Turlock, California

Customer service across the board is garbage, BUT this AT&T joint took it to a whole new LOW!! Yes, LOWER, than the Mariana Trench!!! My wife had been experiencing difficulty reconnecting her WIFI service. She came to this SILLY joint expecting some basic tech answers and trouble shooting with RESOLVE by visits end!! NO such luck, The person suggested it was our PLAN's fault, naughty naughty grandfathered 20 yr old plan for our cell phones issues!! So we followed the BLIND leading the BLIND into a new UNLIMITED PLAN, that didn't RESOLVE JACK!! Oh yes, before I forget, while testing our phones with this NEW WIFI SAVIOR PLAN in the parking lot. We STILL had no WIFI Connection outside this joint! We returned, and joined our helper.. cough.. cough, and told her still no WIFI fan or WIFI!! She stated AT&T, doesn't use the WIFI fan icon anymore!! Do yourself a BIG FAVOR, AVOID this hole of incompetency, Save your brain cells!! read more

My daughter went into this location because her phone stopped working, she asked for help but instead of helping her Miguel tried to talk her into adding another line and phone. On top of that he was very rude to her and when I came in to find out why we needed a 3rd line, he was rude to me. avoid this location if you can and use the store on Fulkerth, VERY helpful. read more

Again, NOT against this store! I canceled AT&T in NOVEMBER! I am STILL being charged! Why is this "Final Bill" taking so long to be resolved. I am being charged $5. Not alot of $$$, but that's $60/ year if they continue to harass me and threaten me with Collection ‍‍ read more

I had the worst customer service experience at AT&T yesterday. I went in to buy a phone for my mother. The employee kept texting on his phone while talking to me, and after turning on the phone, he left without any goodbye or finishing the transaction. I waited, thinking he'd come back, but he didn't. When I asked another employee, she said he had an 'emergency' but never informed me. Then I waited for the manager, who was out to lunch. When the manager finally arrived, she was also texting while I was talking. I had to ask her to put her phone down. They didn't even know that changing iCloud wouldn't erase my data. In the end, this store showed zero professionalism, and I felt abandoned mid-process. wish I could give zero stars--this store isn't even worth one. read more

Went in with a broken phone. They tried to fix it, but the charging port was bent. They explained the insurance process to me. Damian was a huge help!! We were on our way out of town and showed me what I needed to get around the broken phone issue. read more

Came here on a whim because T-Mobile has been giving us major issues lately. We had Jose Lima help us and he was super attentive! Got us a great deal and was very helpful. He explained everything really well and even provided me his business card for any questions I may have when I try to do the SIM card myself on my mom and sisters phone. It just feels nice to go into a place. Get some good help and customer service and leave happy. Thanks Jose!! So much appreciated. read more

Got a line last week and closed it yesterday due too poor quality and unprofessional from a guy that works here by the name of Lima or jose very rude person he was getting loud he got me into the plan last week with lies so if this is the experience in the beginning as a new customer i don't want too know what its like continuing to do business with at&t asked them for their branch manager they didn't want to give me the name HORRIBLE management at this place read more

AT&T Store - This is the person in the orange jacket very unprofessional untrustworthy - Mobile Phones Near Me - Turlock, California

This review is not for the store or its employees, but rather for the service itself. They claim their service coverage is everywhere when in fact I couldn't even write this review there because the coverage alone the Turlock 99 corridor is trash. You'll have 3 bars and 5G but no data. Everyone knows that data is important on mobile devices today and AT&T can't even provide that in the most visited area of town. AT&T does have coverage most places even 5G but that doesn't mean you'll have data which is what most people require now. Do your research. read more

I'm so done with AT&T. We bought our daughter a new phone for her birthday on a trade program and when I tried to bring her old phone to the AT&T store on Monte Vista by Target, I was told by the clerk and a manager that I was not able to return it there even though the website stated that I was able to return it there. Don't do business with these people go through Sprint or somebody else but these people suck or actually just go to a different AT&T store. read more

AT&T Store - Mobile Phones Near Me - Turlock, California

The phone I purchased has a Bixley app/function built in that is a pain in the butt and I didn't ask for. The ATT Uverse service is poor, online support worse. Talk about what is wrong with the "too big to fail" philosophy of big business. Yesterday spend an HOUR and EIGHTEEN minutes trying to get an appointment ATT techs blew off straightened out. Terrible service and company. read more

Thanks Sierra for transferring my service to my new iphone 8! After several attempts of not being able to restore from my back up at home, and about an hour or more on the phone yesterday with Apple, 20 minutes and I was in and out of your store. Tried to open a new phone line with an existing number. After completing what was asked (becoming authorized on the account), taking 6+ hours in total across multiple visits and using their online accounts management support. I returned to the office and was told that the task they had first told me to complete was not what was needed. Very frustrating experience. read more

Worst customer service ever! I have been to this store multiple times and this is the first time I walk out disappointed. Visited the store to upgrade and change plans- the agent that "helped" us did not take the time of day to explain any plans other than the one we told him we heard about. Explained to him that I was still confused and things did not make sense, and he had the audacity to say "how does it not make sense?" After his remark, I got up to leave, but before doing so asked for his name- he provided "josh" but immediately corrected to Fidel. So, in other words save yourself some time and a headache. Go to another AT&T store. Horrible experience today! read more

The branch manager Eric, Terrible customer service! I thought I would show him some grace and did not leave a review after the last time we encountered him, I thought maybe he was just having a bad day, but now I'm convinced he is just a terrible person and should not be in customer service. read more

I've had wifi with this company for about 3-4 years now and anytime I have an issue they are so quick to fix it and make me happy. Today I finally switched my cell provider to att and got a new phone. Fidel helped me today with my new phone, service and trade in. My 5 year old incredibly hyper active daughter was with me and he handled it so professional making it easier on me and my anxiety. Usually I'd be rushing and irritated and have no idea what was even said because my child doesn't stop talking and moving. I'm so happy with my new phone and Fidel even let me blame him for the money I transferred out of my husbands account Great sense of humor and very professional. Thank you read more

I was convinced by my wife to switch to AT&T from Verizon. Boy do I regret it. They've been so so helpful at this store but when I decided to buy Apple Watches for both of us I was having issues with online ordering. I called the store and was told I would be given the same deal in store. I was not given the same deal so when I was charged 60 extra dollars I called the store. Manager told me their reps don't have access to see what the deals or charges in deals were so it wasn't her reps fault!!! I'm sorry then why would they say they could get me the same deal BEFORE looking at the deals online??? I worked retail years ago and would never offer a customer anything if I wasn't sure I could deliver. Needless to say after four calls to customer service, two calls to the store and a visit to the store I FINALLY got my credit. Worst experience ever. I wish I could zero stars. RESPONSE to business comment: instead of apologizing for my experience after I should have been helped and not ignored and given the "oh well, not our fault" read more

The service on a whole, I haven't had to much problem with. The people in the store, have been iffy at best. We have had quite a few instances where we were told one thing and later were told by AT&T on the phone it was not correct. This came to a head a few months ago when we went to get our U-Verse internet/home phone upgraded with TV service. We were quoted a deal based on our account in the store, given a price and a 2 year term. It was done on a weekend so someone Monday in the back had to verify everything and get back to us to tell us we were a go for install. Number 1 we never got a call from the local store, my wife had to call and ask about it. Then after playing phone tag for a few hours she had to call corporate because they were telling the local store no, we don't qualify for the offer. So after playing let me talk to the next person up for over an hour, she was told they could give us a year deal, and it was more expensive than we first were quoted and what we were willing to pay to begin with. She told them we would cancel our service if they did not honor the deal we were told in store, according to their computers, our account was qualified for. She had to leave a message for 2 different "Managers at Corporate" . She was never contacted back either. We decided when she hung up to go to Charter. Funny thing is 2 months later we get a letter from them saying we were now considered a new customer again and they could honor the same deal we wanted to begin with. (I want to clarify in this instance this IS NOT the local stores fault, but AT&T Corporate.) We have had nothing but positive things in terms of dealing with the local people on our Wireless account. read more

This store is not nice and have bad service.i was in there for 30min and no one said hi then I want up to someone and they said there to busy but there were 6 of them and only 3 ppl in there needing help and then she said that the manager was to busy to come out the worst service every read more

Worst place to call or go to in person. I've never dealt with such lazy people before. I've had to go in person twice just to get my In Home Expert's phone number because she had forgotten to leave me her card. ATT refused to give me the number because I had to have an issue with my internet in order to even get someone to come to my house. I told them the IHE had nothing to do with my internet. I contacted the store where she mentioned she used to work out of and no one knew who I was talking about and no one knew the IHE hotline. When I asked the Assistant Mgr if he could find out, he put me on hold and then told me he asked around and no one knew. I went to the store within 20 minutes later and the same guy I had spoken to before who knows my IHE gave me her number right away. Mind you, a day after purchasing my phone (two weeks before this) I had to go in to get my case and screen protector because my IHE came to my home to check that our internet and everything else was ok and she happened to convince me to buy my first iPhone. When I went in with my 6 yr old son, not even 2 minutes had passed and these two black men walked in. I didn't think anything of it but all the associates started acting weird and the ones who were in the back came out to the floor. One of the managers made some dialogue with the men and I was assuming it was all business as usual but in less than 10 minutes these men walked out the door with a bunch of headphones and speakers and one male associate followed them. They basically knew they wouldn't be stopped. I asked the manager what had just happened and she said they were just robbed and it happens all the time but can't do anything about it. I was in shock for days. read more

I want to thank Vince for going on and beyond to resolve my Internet issues and making our visit easy.

Sera flat out lied about direct TV service and sold me a package that the installer wouldn't install. You must have all of your Tv's on site or they will not hook up service. Also if you want wireless boxes, it is an additional $100. Absolutely horrible customer service! I went in to see if they could help manage my devices to see how much I owe on a device and the worker Eric told me he did not know how to work the my AT&T app.... So I bought an iPhone 7 here after about 1 week ago camera is not working and it's black screen . They try to reset but it's not working . Thankfully it's less than 14 days when I returned it to the store . The lady who was helping me was very professional givie my new iPhone 7 and new screen protector to my phone . With no extra cost . The only thing I would say is when they have to yank the case off to the defective iPhone so they could put it on my new iPhone .. they scratch the case and there is a smudge and fingerprints inside all over the case. Maybe they could take a little time to be more carefully when they putting the case on the new iPhone 7 . read more
