Blackened, crusty, and still smelling like someone rage-toasted it before returning it. I stared at it for a solid minute, just trying to wrap my head around it. Did I just buy a "pre-seasoned" toaster? Was this some kind of Target loyalty program bonus I didn't sign up for? And let's talk about quality control -- because clearly, nobody bothered to even glance inside the box before tossing it back on the shelf. What else are we reselling over there? Half-used deodorant? He provided a workaround instead and he would test it out overnight. My tv came back alive, not perfect as he explained before. Ordered a new phone and I needed assistance in getting it sent to a new address since my phone was returned to the sender. All I was told from one of the employees is I need to call 611 since they couldn't help me in store and "sorry we just have stupid policies" and left me to pretty much figure it out on my own. Afterwards I came back to the store to cancel my service due to the poor customer service experience and I was lucky enough to have EDDIE help me out and he went above and beyond the rest of his coworkers and was able to assist me in creating a new PIN, giving me the customer service number, providing me my account number and giving me guidance as to what to say the the customer service representative. Honestly had I been helped by Eddie from the start I probably would have kept my service with T mobile since he was much more helpful in helping me find a solution. Big shout out to Eddie for understanding how to properly service his customers.

They took a $203 deposit initially for the phone. I was told would go towards my first payment. Long story short I waited 3 1/2 weeks before I got the phone that they promised me would be in in a week. When I picked up my phone they apologized and said they would give me free accessories for my inconvenience, which was nice. I thought it was all good. Well when I got home a few days later I found out they never put my deposit towards my phone and charged my card again for my first payment and took my $203!!
