This place is awesome. I decided to try and buy local and not support big corporations anymore. I called this company for a washer/dryer. Within an hour they were here setting them up. Awesome service. Nice products. Thank you.

Very bad experience from the boss. Bought my first washer and dryer for my first apartment from them the dryer worked great was just the washer that was COMPLETE GARBAGE then when we talked to them about the washer not working they tried to fix but idk why it wasn't fixable but THE BOSS insisted it get fixed but it wouldn't work long story short he tried to stick us with garbage and told us he wasn't picking up the Garbage Washer that we had to take it back and pick our other one up the boss is rude and when we tried to talk to him he'd take off knowing we were on our way to Talk to him THE BOSS is very rude but the employees tried helping us thru it all they are very great and helpful wish I could give more stars but besides the employees being awesome THE BOSS gave us a bad experience I'm sure he hoped we wouldn't return his garbage before the 90 days ran out he made us struggle so much but we finally returned it still waiting on the "new" washer. I tried buying locally and this is what happened unfortunately UPDATE: He is still yet to give us another washer but if you watch the video of the washer you can see it makes clanking sounds and wobbles around he still insists it is good! UPDATE: ..... After about a week we got store credit hoping it will be honored but still leaving it as one star because of how the situation was handled.

Santiago was a great guy. Fixed my washer quick. He was honest and showed me how to fix it in the future. Highly recommend SAS appliance.

So update on the flooring issue: months later (6 months to be exact), we had the flooring…read moreinstallation scheduled and on the day of the install, their contracting company (Romanoff) was not organized and the job was not completed. It was painful but I went to the store in person to talk to the front desk and they were really friendly and helpful. I don't fault Home Depot because after visiting the store, I realized that all of the issues are with the Romanoff folks and less so Home Depot themselves -- well, other than them partnering with a really crappy contractor. We managed to get a refund though at times, it was not a given because they wanted all of their materials back; the install guy brought some of it to our job site but some of it was missing (Aka the vinyl flooring) so he was released from the job. After many calls back and forth, it thankfully worked out for me. But I've read on the Romanoff Yelp page that this isn't always the case so be warned because any flooring installation you pick is going to be completed by them. I gave 4 stars this follow up because the Home Depot staff was helpful and they were able to come up with a resolution that didn't leave me stranded and out of my full payment. I appreciated that.

The one star is for the very nice man who helped me order a KitchenAid Dishwasher. He made the…read moredelivery, install and take away sound like it would be easy. A couple men from Fresno showed up late today on the scheduled afternoon. The driver greeted me at the door with"where does it go"-it was all down hill from there. Even when we told him where the elec. plug was ( under the kitchen sink) he insisted it had to be under the bar sink. 20 minutes later he finally realized we actually know where the plug is! He came up with multiple excuses and when we solved each one, including our retired (electrician) neighbor coming over, the delivery man said they had spent too much time! He was here about 30 minutes and very clueless. NOW,We will shop ONLY with independent businesses. Big box stores have no service and even worse employees with no manners or pride in their "work". Now we have to find a plumber-and we have a celebration this weekend (2days). Disgusting service and attitude. Likely everyone at the celebration will know why our new dishwasher is sitting in the middle of our kitchen and uninstalled-all of us washing the dishes by hand. Great ad for Home Depot!

For the past couple of month, I've been going to Lowe's and Home Depot for house projects. And so…read morethis is my overall review of how Lowe's is. Products: 3/5 So the products they offer in terms of appliances and small DIY projects are good. Though, anything in regards to landscaping, it is pricey. So I would recommend going to Home Depot as they offer better deals. This Lowe's is pretty misleading. For instance, there is a gazebo inside the store that I inquired about because there was a $200 reduction fee; and customer service tells me it hasn't been available for 3 months. That is misleading. Because why would you have the gazebo with the product listing as if it is still in stock? And for 3 months. This is the same issue we had with their sheds. Customer Service: 2/5 It varies. When I go to gardening or even at self checkout it is good. I will say that it is pretty messed up that Lowe's lets their elderly employees work in the cold while the younger employees are inside. Just saying. Other than that, the customer service center could use some work. There are a couple of employees who are very nice and helpful. But the ones that could use extra training, it is memorable and should be noted. I'll give you an example. There was a girl in customer service who I was returning the Bissell Carpet Cleaner rental. She noted that the bottom of the rental was dirty. I didn't know you were supposed to clean that spot. She offered me a broom to clean it, but I declined and said I'd pay the extra cleaning fee. [I had other errands to run and didn't have all the time in the world to clean it.] Immediately, she was annoyed and quickly tried to get rid of me. However, I had another transaction which I had to bring up. Please note. I am 7 months pregnant and 5ft tall. I ordered two 6' tables and 8 chairs. They brought out my order. And she didn't even allow me to bring my car up to the front so I wouldn't have a hard time. In fact, I hauled my order to my car. What have I learned? Even though I'm pregnant, I'm less lazy than some of the girls in customer service. To Lowe's, I had to point this out because if you keep hiring more people like this girl, I am certain you will lose more customers. Website/App: 4/5 The app is pretty nifty. It keeps track of your receipts and so on. I think that's clever, because I lose my receipts quite easily. The app is nice in that it can help me locate the items I need if I go to the store or if I order online it lets me know when my order is ready. The main issue I have is when there is a high volume that the Lowe's employees don't immediately set aside when you place the order. Because the app will charge your card/bank account. And when they are out of stock, they force cancel it. And it takes awhile. So, that is something Lowe's needs to work on.

She denied having business cards. An Assistant Store Manager was dismissive 'I don't see it going anywhere'. Lowe's doesn't answer calls! (209) 385-5000. Complained to Corporate.
