These folks are not professionals. They mis-diagnosed my dryer saying it had a bad motor. Came to replace it but said it now has a bad circuit board. They wanted to charge extra now. I asked just to order me a new unit instead and they won't without me walking into store saying there is fraud everywhere. This is 2026 for god sakes. I just have a feel this is a money grabby place. If I could give them a 0 or less then that I would .I purchased a speed queen dryer and washer. If you're familiar with speed queen, you know that they're extremely pricey. I decided to go with the best because I do laundry basically every day. On the third day of receiving my washer and dryer the dryer went out. I called pro appliance they sent someone out. The person that came out to address the dryer issue could not figure out what was wrong with the dryer. The main issue with the dryer is that it would not turn off on its own one day when I woke up at 4 AM it was still running. Pro appliance again sent someone out again they couldn't figure it out. I called the manager and asked her if she could replace it since it only been three days that I had it. She said no, but she called the manufacturer to ask if that was possible they said no. So I ended up calling the manufacturer explained everything they wanted to send out a different service person but this time they wanted to charge me for the service, obviously I said no why am I paying for something that I just bought? I just wanted to exchange it for another dryer. They said no needless to say this is a fire hazard and I could not continue to use it . At this point no one was willing to help me. I decided to take them to court It was totally ridiculous that having a dryer for just three days that has such a big issue that no one was able to exchange it for me or help me out. So when we get to court the mediator tries to get pro appliance to work with me , the mediator asked the owner if he was willing to work with me and work something out. To my surprise, he said no in a very cold manner. We aren't talking about a cheap dryer. We're talking about a $1500 dryer. So obviously, we had to go in front of the judge because he wasn't interested in coming to an agreement. We went before the judge . I WON the case got my money back. Beware!!Retaliation from business if you question their punctuality.My fridge ice maker stopped working so I used my home warranty and Pro Appliance inc. was the business which came out to give me a diagnostic. My scheduled time frame for a technician to come to my house was from 9:00 am to 10:00am. Well, 10:00 came around and no one had showed up. So I decided to call the business and asked if technician was coming, I was told by them that he was in Clovis which is a town 40 minutes away from where I live. When I asked why would they schedule an appointment frame time if they weren't going to show up the lady was defensive and said the technician was on his way. Finally technician showed up and said that a few things were wrong with my fridge. Later on the day I get a call from my home warranty stating that my fridge wasn't going to be covered because it was still under manufacture warranty . Weird because my fridge is 9 yr plus older model. Mind you this is on a Friday. So now I have call whirlpool trying to figure out if my fridge was under manufacture warranty. Well they are on eastern time and their department was closed. I had to wait until Monday to call. On Monday I called whirlpool and I was told by a representative that indeed my fridge was Not covered because is an older model. So now I'm scrambling to find answers because my food is in ice chests. I called my home warranty and explained that I called whirlpool and was told that my fridge wasn't under manufacture warranty. I was told by my home warranty that the service provider (Pro Appliance Inc)is the one in charge of finding out that information. So I called Pro Appliance Inc and spoke to Linda, I explained to her that I had called whirlpool and was told that it wasn't under manufacture warranty. Linda proceeded to tell me that My home warranty was the one that told them that my fridge was under warranty. So now I'm extremely upset because both parties are shifting responsibility to one to another. I then Again, call my home warranty and once again they told me that Pro Appliance is responsible for finding out if my unit is under manufacture warranty. They proceeded to call pro appliance and guess what? I get a call from Tiffany from pro appliance saying that indeed my fridge was Not under manufacture warranty. No explanation as to why they lied about the warranty and no apology.She just proceeded to tell me that they were going to order the parts for my fridge and that it was going to take 5-10 business days to get the parts. All this time Tiffany and Linda lied about my fridge having extended warranty which caused a delay of my fridge being repaired and by now some of my food has spoiled. On 3/23/26 one of their technician came out to do the repairs, hopefully my fridge is fixed and will not have to deal with this poor unprofessional business. Cody always delivers on-time with a good attitude. Always pleasant, friendly and professional! I got my Speed Queen washer, deep freezer, and a cute Electrolux rechargeable vacuum. Yes they have vacuums too! It so cool I can vacuums not only my rug, but also my kitchen floor, patios, and my cars. The small detachable piece stays charged on the base and can go to my driveway to vacuums my cars. Best of all it's lightweight. Best purchase in a long time, I even got these washer tablets that clean i eternal components of the stench that accumulated after long use. I will definitely be keeping this company's business card. I was also very impressed with the office staff and their efficiency and willingness to exceed customer expectations. That never happens in this day and age! I have been absolutely delighted. The technicians that came to my home clearly knew what they were doing and got to work right away and were very hands-on with their examination and installation of new parts. I had three other companies come out, none of which helped resolve the problem. But it took All Pro no time at all to identify the issue with my ice machine and replace it in my LG fridge! The diagnostic technician, Kevin, was clearly very knowledgeable and listened to me explain my issue. The install tech, Cameron, is a highly capable and highly professional technician. He had great communication today regarding his arrival time and even recommendations for a new refrigerator for our rental property. I had someone come out to do diagnostic on my stove which is vintage. 2 burners were not working and 1 only works if you turn it on along with the other burner. The electrician told me only 1 needed to be replaced and he would call the next day after researching parts. Over a week later I received a call and informed them that indeed 3 are not working and I was told they would send out another repair man to do a diagnostic free of charge and would call back later that day. 5 days passed and they finally called to close out the work order and informed me I would need to pay another $140 for diagnostic even though it was not properly done the first time. I do not recommend this company at all. read more

They fixed our washer on the second visit. Their company policy is to charge you for the first visit and they reiterate that policy on the phone before they send their mechanic out. Personally, it felt that we were getting gauged for that first visit. A reputable company would have credited the amount paid to our bill. After all, the JOB was not completed. Secondly, I asked the two mechanics if I could clean under the washer before they reassembled the dryer back on top. We are senior citizens and doing that for ourselves is difficult. The one mechanic said he couldn't because it was too heavy. A little kindness goes a long way. read more
