The nasty fella who works in this location informed me that it could not be done and that's something they can't do. A cleaners that can't press, who would've thought that. I never write bad reviews, especially to local businesses, because they are what help the community, but this time I will take one of my collection jersey to clean it up. And they damaged one of the prints, I took it back to clean it and what they could do, but the damage was irreparable. When I picked up for the second time, The lady who was helping me called her supervisor or manager to see what solution they had or options to repair the damage and clearly told me that the only thing they could do was to give me a credit for 20 dollars and I told her that if that was the only solution that is a piece of more than 10 years and this one is new, I only used it once, she screamed at me, telling me what else she wanted her to do and I told her to calm down, that I only wanted a solution and she told me that there was no more, I asked her if. They could pay for the damage and she told me that if they paid for the damage, they would keep my piece I decided better to tell her that thank you for your help and I left the place, it is one of few bad experiences, but they should try to help a little more, one seeks professionals, not to damage things, but to take care of them. read more

I took 3 dresses to have them iron and a light starch. The price was sky high!!! I asked the lady if they had put starch and she said they did. They did NOT put starch! If you the touch the dresses one can tell there is NO starch on these dresses. read more

Horrible just horrible, brought my suit in for dry cleaning. Came back to pick up for a wedding. When I got there a button was missing! So I literately wore it without one button at wedding! Brought it back so they came find the button and what did they do, sewed on a different button like wow!!! Atleast just tell me you couldn't find but now the suit has mixed matched button what the hell! They need to be retrained to on checking clothes before returning it to customers! If your looking for a dry cleaning place.. this place is not the place to go to. The young woman that receives the clothes(she's Asian) is very rude! I go often due to work. Every morning she receives us with a very gross look on her face and hurries us out the door as if our business isn't good enough.. I wish they would get rid of her she makes it very unpleasant. My coat was stolen by one of the employees in the store. When I called their Fresno people (Dawn) she stated that my coat was there, and she was calling the Merced Manager to get her people to find it. She also stated that she had not purged clothing fror donation at the Merced Store for about a year, and that she was the only person who purged clothing. I waited for one day for the Merced Manger to call me, and no call. When I called the Fresno Manager Dawn, she changed her story and said that they were not resposible for clothing left after one year. My coat had not been at their facility for one year. I told her that my $599.00 coat was irreplaceabe and that I demanded it back, or I was going to file a police report and take them to court. She replied, "you do what you have to do." The Fresno Manager realized that she had not gone to the Merced Martinizing to purge any clothing, and was the only person authorized to do so. She realized that an employee had taken my coat home without her permission to do so. Their are thieves at that store and do not take your clothing there or you will loose it. Due to the cutbacks in law enforcement, I waited from 1:30 to 6:30 P.M. for an officer to arrive, and he never did. I love that coat and it was the best coast I have ever owned. Shame on the Bear Creek Dry Cleaning business who stole my expensive coat. Someone there took my coat and the Fresno Manager knew it!!! They are also extremely expensive. I now take my clothes to Bonded Clearners in Modesto, and they only charge $2.50 PER ITEM!!!! And their prices just went up. Martinzining was charging me $15.00 to dry clean my coat. Okay, so this just happened... Literally. I had dropped off my Husband's suits (3) of them... Didn't think much of it since I have Never had a problem with this company. They have been pretty good for the most part... But today it just all went wrong... I came to pick up the suits... she brought me one... Yes one! I preceded to tell her... "umm....I brought in 3" ... I distinctly recalled. She looks at me and plainly says "well, that was all that was in the bag sorry" so I replied "but I brought in 2 more of my Husband's suits...? She again looked my way and replied" I'm telling you that's all that was in the bag" ...so here we were arguing over how many suits I had brought in, fast forward... They ended up accidentally switching the names!! So they called me and apologized about the whole situation and that they are ready for pick up. Wow. Like I mentioned, this has never happened to me before, I wouldnt be so bothered if it was a shirt or pair of pants... But this was 2 full suits! Anyway, I'm not sure I will be coming back here.
