Went there to wash a large amount of clothes after my washer went down. Got there early so I could get them done before most ppl. The owner was extremely pushy. She demanded I give up my basket because I had two. She was constantly moving my basket across the room to sweep and would seem to intentionally leave it way across the room. Honestly like 2-4 times. The place was cleaner than most. But the washers made my clothes smell like a gym socks. I would not recommend this place for anything other than cruel and unusual punishment. read more

It has a kids corner for kids which is fun, and it has other TVs, and all the machines there worked, unlike other laundry mats I know, it also has a vending machines for snacks and drinks and a bathroom, I definitely recommend this place read more

Worst service ever !! And this is the second time I've been here the first time was awesome then today I get thrown out because a man (karen)) says the place is closing .it was 5 til 9 and this place only takes 40 minutes to do laughdry .if the laughdry express loses this man I think the people would start flooding the place. real star rating: -1000!! first of all it was extremely hot in 100 degree weather and I went there for the first time to do my laundry and I left feeling very uncomfortable and unwelcome by the owners, especially the lady. I went in at a reasonable time, around 7:45pm. After putting my load to wash, I noticed she opened one of the washers I had already started, she touched my clothes, and put the rest of my detergent into the washer and restarted the cycle AND THEN came up to my partner and slapped her back and said "you're too young to be loosing your memory" because she claimed we never started our washer. After that she came up to us about 6 times BEFORE 9pm rushing us because they were about to close, mind you they close at 10pm. After the 4th time, I noticed she wasn't telling anyone else that they were closing. And 45 Minutes before they close, they turned off their coin machine so no one can get change anymore. While I was taking out my clothes from the dryers (that don't dry the clothes properly) she came up to me one last time and told me to hurry up and fold my clothes cause they close in 20 MINUTES!! That's when I was even more annoyed and uncomfortable because there were multiple people still in there barely putting their clothes in the dryers and she didn't say anything to them. Best laundry mat in Merced (I know, I've been to all of them) the only one where I've seen attendants walking around almost constantly picking up and making sure everything is working well. Prices are a little bit higher here (their small washes are 2.25$ a load and I've seen it as low as 1.50$ at other places but their large machines are $5.50 and I've seen it only as low as 5$ at other places) they decorate well, they have excellent seating, TVs and wifi if it's not too crazy busy then it's always an enjoyable experience. read more

WORST LAUNDRY MAT EVER! THE MANAGER IS THE BIGGEST PRICK THERE IS!!!!!! I would call him something else but not sure if it's allowed here! The machines are dumps! They took my quarters and the manager says I'm lying and he can't do anything about it. Really??? I'm gonna lie about some freakin quarters? My husband works 40 hours a week $20 an hour and I work as well and I'm going to lie about a machine taking my money so I can get some quarters? No way you Moran!!! This wash house has a new owner and boy, what a change! They have put in new TV's, a kiddie area with cartoons playing, free wifi, and a complete facelift! The machines are working and best of all, there's an attendant on duty at all times! Also, they have comfy couches to sit on and they run the shady folks out promptly! The restroom is kept clean as well. I used to hate washing here but now that it's clean and in working order, I don't mind wash day at all:) I recommend this place to anyone read more

I came to visit my daughter here in Merced and needed to do laundry and I came to this laundry Matt and I was very pleased with my experience the place was super clean the washers and dryers worked well there where plenty of tv's to watch to keep you busy ......as I waited for my washer to get done and there was a nice play area for the kiddos and a little mini coffee bar to buy coffee a very clean restroom and plenty of counter space to fold laundry I would recommend it read more

Worst laundry mat i have ever been to! So many out of order signs! Machines take your money and they dont refund you! They have out of order signs on the soap machines and fabric softer machines which basically means they are too cheap to refill them, oh and dont get me start on poor management!!!! I wouldn't go to this laundry mat again if my life depended on it! I would advise anyone else not to go either unless you actually like poor service and to be taken for your money!!!!!!!. I've been to a few laundromats in my day, and this one is above standard. This place is clean and it's obvious that the management takes good care of this place. The air conditioning works well which is a must in this area in the summer. I have been to a few other places in the area and I will continue to use this one. read more

Terrible service and so disrespected! Worst laundry matt I have ever been too! Other people are right about half of them taking your quarters but not to mention my husband and I came here to wash our blankets and comforters because ot takes to much time and home and we walked in at 8:30pm and the lady said we close at 10:30pm and i said ok we won't be that long we will be done by 10 and 10 mins later she said again put your clothes in dryer immediately when you are done because we close at 10:30pm. Ok... by 9:15 she is telling us again along with other people hurry we close at 10:30pm. Ok im just waiting for my stuff to dry....9:25 we close at 10:30pm. 9:30 that's your last drying stuff right? Because we are closing at 10:30pm. 9:50 we are closing at 10:30pm ok? Alright! !!!!! 10:00pm hurry up! We are closing at 10:30pm. I was so annoyed I just took my stuff out (not even fully dried) and left. I told her i would write her a bad review, she's very rude and I'd never come back ans advise others not to either! This place is clean, they keep up with the cleanliness. However good luck trying to find machines, there are a group of women who goes in there with pallets and big cart of laundry. Seems like it's from a business somewhere in town. I have seen them use cheap dollar store bleach, gross and doesn't even seem sanitary. They take up all the washers and dryers, won't even leave any open for others. They'll be there all day, from morning to noon and take all the cart as well. Going here is a hit or miss with those people. They're so inconsiderate of others and would stare at you when they see you look for an open machine. I may have to look elsewhere to do laundry even if it means driving across town. Thanks to those people who ruin laundry for others, shouldn't a business take their stuff elsewhere to have it professionally cleaned or have their own machines? You also get these little kids running around inside and outside the facility barefooted sometimes, talk about ghetto. People don't watch their kids, I've seen a lady leave her infant in the car seat near the couch by the door while she's over by the dryer with here screaming kid. read more
