It was a nice clean laundry mat, the coin machine worked perfect, so did all of the washer and dryers. Everyone there was very polite and respected our personal items. The only thing I would rate poorly about this place is that the A/C didn't work and it was soooooo humid inside due too the washers and dryers going. The business does have double doors, but only one propped open, but of course there wasn't a cross breeze. Especially during the summer there has to be A/C going for health safety purposes. My mom and I thought about leaving and coming back, but we didn't want to leave our personal item there without supervision since this was our first time at this business. My advise - the business opens at 6am - do your laundry first thing in the morning so you're not sweating like crazy like my mom and I were.

I understand people come and use the business and dont have manners and or common sense but I think a person should always be on site to attend to what needs are needed, the customers and the business.

The only annoying thing is the occasional homeless lady who walks in talking loudly and swearing to herself. She was harmless and I think she "resides" at the lot across the street. I usually visit the one near the old Save Mart, but it was too busy today, so I tried this one. This one took a whole lot more quarters to dry my clothes than one over by the old Save Mart. There was only approximately three rolling baskets, and other patrons were hanging onto them like it was their last meal, so I had to hand carry everything from the washer to the dryers, from the dryers to the folding tables. Something the owner failed to mention when I went up to pull out cash to reload the payment cards. His solution was to transfer the clothes already loaded to the upgraded machines to the older ones.
