This laundromat used to be very clean and the staff was really friendly. As of recently all of the top loafers have stopped working and the dryers don't produce heat. They have one sign for the dryers for low setting only however it is not clear that it's meant for at least 3/4 of them. They are new owners I believe. read more

I travel quite a bit for work so I've seen my share of laundry options. Sudz is not only clean and welcoming but they clearly aim to cater to their clientele. I've yet to see an out of order machine which is quite rare! They provide anything you would possibly need including free WiFi! It's always über clean and well maintained. Currently it's quite festive for Christmas and Christmas music fills the air. The location is convenient and safe. Last was is at 8pm which is super helpful. read more

I wondered why no one was wearing a mask (two folks had them hanging from their pockets) then saw the maskless employee coughing into her hand while she wiped down the top loaders. I got my laundry in as quickly as possible and was then unable to wash my hands because of the woman washing the blood out of her panties in the only sink. I have my own sanitiser and gloves, and will wait the load out in my car. The new floor is great, but the money would be better spent on an employee who actually protects your customers and your business. What's wrong with you guys?? read more

Well, fellow yelpers, you let me down...again. Renting a house in a nearby city that has a small run-down laundromat, I made a special trip out here - 20 minutes out of my way - only to find another small, run down laundromat. And, what's the deal out here? The reason that I made the trip (besides the 5 reviews with 5 stars) was that I was hopeful for air conditioning. No luck there. Yes, they at least have front load machines, which is a step up from the laundromat is my town, but the prices are outrageous, and I had to walk through a cloud of cigarette smoke to get in. Bummer. I'm headed home with my dirty laundry. At least I don't have to fight the smokers there. read more

What a difference! The new owner really fixed this place up and he continues to make it better! The bathroom has been fixed up and there is even a combination on the door, which is great and keeps people from just wondering in and making a mess. He has a ring doorbell, and it's really convenient, a washer wasn't taking my quarters and I popped over to the ring, not more than 10minutes passed and someone was there to fix it! read more

Been coming here for quite some time. Was recently harassed by the oriental lady that manages the place about filling the top loader too full. My laundry didn't even fill 1/2 full but to her it was "too full". I don't appreciate the rudeness and I told her I wouldn't be back ever again. read more

Looks like they really upgraded from what was mentioned before. Reviews seems to be hit or miss nowadays, but I could trust pictures right? Well it did prevail. This place was clean and convenient, with Starbucks around the corner. Wish they had more carts, but this was cool. Will come back again. read more

I give this place 0 stars. The dryers I used a buck and a half before taking them out and left with 2 loads of damp clothes because I refused to put anymore money in it. I washed a thin twin spread nothing else and it came out with residue on it. And I had to throw a sheet away because after picking long black hairs off from the dryer I couldn't do it anymore I just threw it away! Terrible terrible! Do not recommend this place AT ALL. read more

I haven't had to go to a laundromat in a long time, so when my washer broke I heard this was the best place to go in modesto. Holy crap were they right! It's always clean and quiet, and has plenty of seating, tables, and coin-op games to keep you busy. The guy who runs it is so frickin cool. Even though they say they're not responsible if you leave stuff or it gets stolen, my husband accidentally left an entire load of towels, and the next day went back to find the owner had taken them out and put them in the back so nothing would happen to them. The machines are about as powerful as Bruce Lee on steroids and get our crap way cleaner than our machine ever did. And being able to do it all at once while we play video games has made laundry fun again and made us reconsider getting a new washer. So yeah, go here, unless you're a crackhead. I like doing laundry away from crackheads. read more

Do not go here, The young guy that works during the weekend is very rude and acts like your business isn't needed. Came in and got my change first(haf a car load of clothes and needed a basket) he drilled me for getting my change without clothes in my hands. Then when i told him my clothes were in the car he called me a liar. Of course after a few choice words were exchanged. There's other laundry mats out there that would love your business. It was quiet when we came, there was seating. TVs too. A little too warm in here. Wish there free Wi-Fi or something. It was clean too.They charge for single load washers $1.50, double load washers $2.00 & triple load washers $2.50. To dry it's $0.25 for every 6 minutes. They have arcades & vending machines. read more
