i would normally say i love this laundromat but the more i come in recently the worst it gets. the great things about top notch are i can come in at any time of day and night. i assumed it was somewhat safe with the locked doors at night yet very time i'm here customer allow random ppl to come inside... most of the machines (washers and dryers) are out of service and the dryers that don't have a "out of service" sign don't dry shit. over priced machines that barley work and are dirty af. one of the dryers took my money and didn't dry a thing!! i could see it spinning from car in the parking lot and when i went inside to get my things all my clothes where still wet. save ur money go to a better cleaner and safer place read more

When my washer went out I had to load up my clothes and find a laundromat. I hadn't done that in years since my daughter still lived at home and we lived in an apartment. I came here since it was close to home. I walked into a clean and not too busy place. Okay ok I can do this. I reviewed the various machines and honestly felt lost. I'm used to my regular machine and there were so many options. Machines that seemed the same size as mine, I'm guessing they were actually bigger? That one cost $4.50, another obviously larger machine cost $6.00 and another HUGE machine cost $7or $9!!! I think I might be able to fit a few comforters in that one! Each visit I only brought in a big sized lawn garbage sized black bag of towels and clothes and 2 clean baskets to take my clothes home in. The dryers were $2.00 for 30 minutes. Most times my clothes were dry but if not, I didn't care about it since my dryer is fine for the few things I took home that needed a few more minutes. Monday through Friday 7am to 1pm there is an attendant. She's very helpful, I only seen her once since I usually went on weekends except once. There I'd a # on the washing machines that indicate how many loads they hold! I didn't know that until she told me. There is a restroom there, I never opened that door so I don't know what it's like in there. Again I live close enough by and didn't need to go. read more

Been coming here for a few yrs , used to love it but now the prices are high, they have roaches, never anyone here all throughout the day hrs. If I need to buy an extra bag or run out of Detergent, dryersheets . I can't buy any here and the vending machine is also gone. a lot of washers n dryers have little notes on them because they're not running properly. Had an issue with a washer did not rinse and spin load properly and theyre response to me is they're not reliable . Definitely not as good as it used to be . Used to be affordable, ran smoothly always had someone available to help during the day. Not anymore. read more

if I could give negative stars I would. I did laundry there few days ago and put clothes in one of the large washers. After taking my clothes out I noticed that they smelled really bad like very bad stagnant water!!! I told the laundry attendant to smell them but he claimed he didn't smell anything!!! I brought them home to wash in my own washer, I've had to wash them four times and I can't get rid of the smell!!! I'm almost to the point of having to throw them all away!! Yesterday was the worst experience yet, the very first time I went a roach crawled on me from the counter, but the machines were not that bad. yesterday I heard people complaining that the clothes came out soaked from the washers and the dryers were not drying. I told them they always worked pretty good for me. then the slap in the face, my clothes came out soaked. I really don't know where to begin with this review. But here we go! I have used Top Not in the past for their fluff and fold for by business laundry needs. They have always been pretty professional in the past. I decided about a year ago to to my own (business) laundry at home do to cost factor. However today I decided to go into Top Notch to do my my laundry. I spoke with Chad the owner and was friendly.. I preceded to start several loads where at that point Chad was showing me how to use the equipment. I didn't mind since I haven't used a coin operated machine in years! This is we're things got ugly real fast!!! I came back from my car and noticed my mat & rug 4x6. Sitting on the top of the lid? I opened the lid and saw the machine spinning? I was confused? Chad came over yelled at me WHY WOULD YOU PUT A RUG IN THAT MACHINE it clearly states out of order? AND YOU BROKE IT.. He slam the lid shut and took off yelling you broke it! He proceeded to say I did it on purpose, because there was a tag on the machine saying it was out of order. First of all, I would never do anything intentional like that (really) I did see the tag but didn't really pay attention to what it said I was trying to get my clothes loaded and because it was getting busy and I wanted to get the load started. I was busy trying to get a change and Downey to even know really notice all the out of order signs which was pretty much every other washer? And further more how can I break something that was already broken according to the tag as he stated. I proceeded to get very upset and yelled back at him that he was being very unprofessional yelling at me, and slamming the lid on the washer, so hard, my ear rang. I told him he was being verbally abusive. I felt like a child being scolded for doing something wrong? Newsflash Chad when something breaks down and I'm sure those machines breakdown often. It is the responsibility of the business owner to provide equipment that is in good running condition. I was so upset about what had transpired. My washer and dryer broke and the repair guy said the new parts wouldn't come in for at least 3 weeks. Typically, in this situation I would do my laundry on my own at a nearby laundromat, but the ones in my area are unkept and the machines don't work well. I also have a busy week ahead of me and didn't want to spend hours washing and folding my own clothes. I searched Yelp for nearby wash n' folds and I found Top Notch Laundry. They had great reviews so I decided to give them a try. Upon entering, I noticed the signage they had everywhere for COVID precautionary measures. The folks who work there greeted me and helped me immediately. I let them know it was my first time and they were very kind and informative. I had about 4 big loads of laundry that came out to around $40 ($1 per lb.) which isn't too bad IMO. They're even careful enough to ask if you have preference/allergies to certain detergents. (NOTE: laundry must be sorted & all clothes must be right-side out upon drop off) My laundry was ready for pickup in around 3-4 hours. Everything was washed, folded, and even sorted (by size and clothing type). All I had to do was put it away when I got home. Saved me so much time! Love this place & their service. I had just returned from camping and wanted to wash my sleeping bags. I went to a different laundromat and started washing them. I had all sorts of problems. It was awful. Went in to get quarters so I could do laundry. I left my laundry in the trunk until I got all my quarters. When I went inside the smell was absolutely terrible! I continued to get my quarters because I still needed to do laundry. After standing there long enough to get all the quarters I needed I had a headache from the smell. I went back to my car after deciding to go somewhere else (because of the smell) the owner runs out to my car and starts yelling at me that I took his quarters and I'm stealing from him and I mean yelling. There has been several occasions where my husband has felt harassed by the management using their washers . Not sure if it's because of our skin color the reason we felt mistreated , often we would come to wash In peace but nevertheless always we felt judged and humiliated by management. They have different size washers to fit your needs. The cost I feel is good. The place is clean and kept up. Nice folding counters. While I was there I was greeted by Chad, the on-site attendent with the best customer service skills. He made sure my experience and needs were met. I felt safe there by myself. I was also surprised to see that they offer personal laundry services. They'll wash, dry and fold your clothes for you.
