Another visit the staff backed up a customer who was being yelled at by another customer because there was urine on the blanket she was putting into the washing machine. Apparently he has never had to care for an infant, elderly person, or animal. Anyway the staff on site totally backed and supported her. They are super customer friendly. They also offer by the pound laundry services and specialty cleaning for large items like comforters. They have a play area with toys for the kids and benches and a desk to sit and read or work.

I'm used to my regular machine and there were so many options. Machines that seemed the same size as mine, I'm guessing they were actually bigger? That one cost $4.50, another obviously larger machine cost $6.00 and another HUGE machine cost $7or $9!!! I think I might be able to fit a few comforters in that one! Each visit I only brought in a big sized lawn garbage sized black bag of towels and clothes and 2 clean baskets to take my clothes home in. The dryers were $2.00 for 30 minutes. Most times my clothes were dry but if not, I didn't care about it since my dryer is fine for the few things I took home that needed a few more minutes. Monday through Friday 7am to 1pm there is an attendant. She's very helpful, I only seen her once since I usually went on weekends except once. There I'd a # on the washing machines that indicate how many loads they hold! I didn't know that until she told me. There is a restroom there, I never opened that door so I don't know what it's like in there. Again I live close enough by and didn't need to go.

The cleaning lady is Priscilla, and she's more helpful, but she can't actually check the cameras because she doesn't have access to them. So she had me write down my name and number along with what was stolen, and she put it in the office for the manager to see. She said he would call me, but no one ever did. I waited an entire month. Then Priscilla's husband said the pictures were most likely gone by the time I came back. Comforter was stolen on 12/15/19 around 1:37pm from the second dryer on the left at the top. I know how to clear pictures up and have been successful with that in the past. That's how I find out where my father was when he died, but they never bothered to give me the pictures.

The washer for my blanket also didn't use a lot of water. All of the dryers suck here too. I only dry my clothes on low setting and I set them all to 40 mins. Still not dry. My best sheets ended up getting mold on them on areas I didn't notice. I miss the laundromats in Sacramento. The laundromat was also dirty af and no one to tending to the place.
