I brought in a shrug that will be paired with a formal dress as the garment required pressing. The older gentleman was very kind and curious. My beautiful garment was ready to pick up the next day and it looks very nice. read more

I have brought my comforter here multiple times. The service is prompt, efficient, and it's usually always ready before the promised time, which is great! I love the fact that I get a text message now when my item is ready! Some might say it is more on the pricey side, but you get what you pay for. And I want the best for the items I bring in - it's the only place I will bring my items for dry cleaning! read more

Had my husbands dress shirts laundered and ironed. Superior Cleaners did a superb job in a quick turnaround. 43 out 43 would recommend.

Always a good job... friendly staff, and prompt service.. and yes extended hours... conveniently located for me at least

Good service, good value, waiting for quality review. Will update later. Left two dresses for dry cleaning. Update: Amazing service for the price! Left my dresses looking impeccable, had many compliments. Also was informed that they can also dry clean Air Force blues...they'll definitely be seeing me later then! read more

grossly overpriced. Also, why put on the receipt to pick up at 5:30 when the business closes at 4? what kind of hours are 9-4? Mose most people who need dry cleaning work during those hours read more

The woman who works here is always personable. Our clothes look like new! In addition, I had brought a pair of shoes here in hopes that they could be cleaned; I feel like they went above and beyond to make sure that my shoes could be cleaned without any damage to them. They took the extra effort and shipped them out to a professional. It turns out that they could not be cleaned without damage to the shoe, but I was kept in the loop and updated every step of the way. I feel like they could have easily just told me "we can clean them, but they might get damaged at no fault of our own", cleaned them and taken my money.. but they went above and beyond and I do so appreciate that! read more

Only place i take my things !! Super polite , amazing work , always on time ( and early ) and also very cool to go knowing they've been doing it for years I use to be a kid and had my parents take there laundry there to me grown up taking over my parents place . Thank you !!! read more

Love Superior Cleaners lol!! I've taken a few things like an UGG throw blanket that was very delicate a few times and recently a wedding dress that was filthy to be cleaned and they've done them to my exact expectations. Now I'll be taking a beautiful outfit I just wore to a wedding with bad stains on it. Can't go wrong with these people. read more

I spilled creamer all over my favorite suede coat and I thought I'd have to buy a new one, but William fixed it right up for me!!! It looked brand new. Wonderful customer service and very affordable for the fix. Will definitely be coming here again for other dry cleaning needs. read more

After tearing my queen size comforter in my home washer, I decided the next wash would be at a professional dry cleaners. So I googled what was nearby & Superior Cleaners II popped up. But the catch here is the owner didn't actually take my comforter in. I came already knowing that my comforter could possibly tear more from my not so great sow job, but the owner actually CARED about the integrity of my belongings versus just taking my money and running. He wanted to provide me with QUALITY and instead shared his knowledge & advice. So no I did not have my bedspread cleaned, but the customer service I received being here earned my respect that I will only use them for all my dry cleaning needs moving forward! Truly the best!!! read more

Fantastic Service, friendly and reliable!! Our new go to place for all of our laundry needs. Great quality!!

I came here after seeking out another local cleaner (who offered a lower quote, but works out of her home and has another full time job... I'll leave my thoughts on that page lol), and was impressed with the customer service! Seriously come here if you want to support a family business and be greeted with a smile and warm conversation. They review the alterations and confirm the measurements in front of you so you can confirm the work you're paying for. I've never experienced that. My only qualm is that I brought my clothing in on 2/1, was quoted to have the alterations done by 2/5, and didn't receive an email confirmation of completion until 2/8. The lead time seems to be a little long, but the work really is quality. I would probably give this place 4.5 starts due to the lead time but because I'll likely be back I'll bump it up. Hopefully the time isn't so long and the quote is accurate next time. read more

The man that helped me when I picked up my husbands dry clean was very kind, welcoming and took his time to show me the items I was picking up before payment. They do seem to be a little pricier than some other cleaners but they do an amazing job. You do get your moneys worth. My husband is really picky with his dry clean and we tried 2 or 3 other business prior to this one and this place is a winner! read more

Moved to Modesto in May 2015 and tried several cleaners. I went to Sav Mart on Oakdale one day and saw Superior cleaners next door; I had my clothes in the car so I thought I'd give them a try. I met the dad who was the original owner, he took my clothes and was really nice. Three days later when I got my clothes out, the son (who took over the family business from pops) gave me my clothes with a smile and an envelope with a $20 bill and some change in it! What!!!!! He found some I money in my pockets! I was surprised and happy! I have been going there ever since. Recently, a last minute business trip came up and I needed my clothes back in 2 days; I was surprised when I rec'd an email the next day telling me that my clothes were ready to be picked up. Great cleaners, great prices, and excellent service with a smile! read more

Superior Cleaners has more than earned their name! I trust them, and that's important to me when choosing who I do business with. No matter what challenge I've thrown their way they have consulted me through the process of how to get my garments and linens back to new. I called them on an emergency need after a giant mess threatened to destroy my favorite faux fur bed spread I've had for over 5 years. William walked me through what it would take to get it fixed, and I'm so happy with the results. In a world where customer service is severely lacking this place is a diamond in the rough, I would definitely refer all my family and friends in need to come here. read more

William has taken care of my dry cleaning the last couple years. I have always been happy with their work and they are always friendly. I recently took a white shirt I spilled red wine on! A lot of red wine (someone bumped into me) I was contemplating throwing it away. I decided to take it to Superior II Dry Cleaners. William is a miracle worker, I picked it up today and there is no stain whatsoever, not even a hint! I highly recommend them Thanks William! read more

Very good quality, extremely friendly and well priced. Its been hard to find a good cleaner so I'm happy I found this place.

Bought a baptism gown for my daughter off Amazon and it smelled horrible coming from the factory. There was no way I was allowing that garment to touch my babies skin even temporarily for the baptism ceremony, so I decided to get it cleaned. I brought it to Superior Cleaners and told them about the problem. I was worried under short notice it wouldn't be done in time. They addressed my concerns in a timely fashion and had it ready for pick up in time for the baptism! Not only that the smell was gone and they pressed it beautifully! I was so happy! My daughter looked like an angel on her special baptism day! read more

Very good place, I've traveled all over the country and this is one of the best dry cleaning services I've used and it's reasonably priced

Excellent work dry cleaning my suits and replacing a button. I was worried that Superior Cleaners would not be able to get the multiple nasty stains off my two silk ties but I was wrong. PERFECT DRY CLEANING JOB ON MY TIES!!!! read more

1st time here and will be a faithful customer from here on!!! Bought in 40 button up shirts yesterday and the very nice owner asked me when I would need them, I told him I'm in no rush... Next week after New Years weekend would be fine. He offered next Tuesday which was great for me!!! He asked for my info and said if he can get it done early he would email me, well only 1 day later I got an email and said my clothes were done and ready to pick up.... Wow that was more than fast that was unexpected!!! Went to go pick it up and I tried to give him a tip but he denied it and just asked me to come to him more often if need be. Well, thank you sir and may you have a great 2016!!! read more

William is extremely knowledgeable and very friendly. I went in on Friday and he checked my bridesmaid dress to see if it had to be dry cleaned or if it could be washed traditionally and pressed (which costs less). It definitely needed to be cleaned since I had worn it to a wedding a couple months ago. While I was there I asked him what was the drop dead deadline for me to drop off additional items for pick up the following Thursday, he told me Tuesday. I dropped off three more items on Monday morning. I was surprised because when I arrived William recognized me, then went about checking the items for their best cleaning method, and offered my dress I dropped off the previous Friday for pick up that day. WOW! I was fully expecting to wait until Thursday for pickup. I asked him to keep it so all the items would be together, which he gladly did. He is professional and upfront about a higher cost, my 4 year old sons' dress shirt would be the same price as his Dad's to press because it had to be done by hand due to its small size. When I came in to pick up all the items today (Thursday) William recognized me again, found all my items, and then, get this, asked if we were ready for the weekend AND wished us a good time at the wedding. William remembered what my event was without my mentioning it at pickup. I will definitely be back, this is truly the best customer service I've received in a long time, it is definitely a breath of fresh air. How much did all this cost me? $29 for: 1 short dress washed and pressed ($10), 1 short dress pressed ($9), 1 adult dress shirt dry cleaned and pressed ($5), 1 child dress shirt dry cleaned and pressed ($5). I think the one dress that just needed to be pressed was so much because it had pleats and folds in many directions, it was not a simple job like the dress shirts, this is my opinion, I'm not sure why it was only $1 less than the dress that was washed and pressed. read more

William is absolutely awesome. He really puts so much care and effort in the clothes making it better than new. He literally saved my husband's Dress shirt removing a deep stain that 2 other dry Cleaners wasn't able to. Very social, always smiling and extremely knowledgeable in what he does. I don't think I'd be able to trust any other cleaners with any of my clothing than him. Always remember you get what you pay for & he has only one flat rate unlike others changing their prices all the time. Thank you William and I'll definitely be coming to you weekly. UPDATE: William Continues to amaze me with his service by far. If only all Dry Cleaners were as great as him. Brought in 12 dress shirts and wasn't expecting them for a few days since he was majorly busy this week. Received an email a day later & it was ready for pick...ALL 12, yes. As always, over delivers with what he says. Thank you William, your services are so worth the drive. read more

William is amazing! All of my clothes come back like they are new! Highly highly recommend!

If you're looking for someone to clean a bridal dress look no further! I called to see if I could take my dress for them to look at it and was helped by the owner, he was so nice and honest that I knew I was in great hands. When I took it in he remembered our conversation, he took a look at the dress and was confident he was able to spot clean it. When he showed me what he did I was amazed! Not only did it take him less than 5 minutes to complete it, he cleaned it as if nothing was ever there. He didn't even charge me for what he did and I am so grateful not for that but because he fixed my dress and made it look new! He also mentioned they do bridal dress preservations, something the bridal store I bought it from didn't even mention a thing about! If you need anything cleaned whether it be clothes or dress/bridal dresses, take it here and give the man your business you will not be disappointed! I had such a great experience! 5 stars all around read more
