The woman who works here is always personable. Our clothes look like new! In addition, I had brought a pair of shoes here in hopes that they could be cleaned; I feel like they went above and beyond to make sure that my shoes could be cleaned without any damage to them. They took the extra effort and shipped them out to a professional. It turns out that they could not be cleaned without damage to the shoe, but I was kept in the loop and updated every step of the way. I feel like they could have easily just told me "we can clean them, but they might get damaged at no fault of our own", cleaned them and taken my money.. but they went above and beyond and I do so appreciate that! read more

After tearing my queen size comforter in my home washer, I decided the next wash would be at a professional dry cleaners. So I googled what was nearby & Superior Cleaners II popped up. But the catch here is the owner didn't actually take my comforter in. I came already knowing that my comforter could possibly tear more from my not so great sow job, but the owner actually CARED about the integrity of my belongings versus just taking my money and running. He wanted to provide me with QUALITY and instead shared his knowledge & advice. So no I did not have my bedspread cleaned, but the customer service I received being here earned my respect that I will only use them for all my dry cleaning needs moving forward! I came here after seeking out another local cleaner (who offered a lower quote, but works out of her home and has another full time job... I'll leave my thoughts on that page lol), and was impressed with the customer service! Seriously come here if you want to support a family business and be greeted with a smile and warm conversation. They review the alterations and confirm the measurements in front of you so you can confirm the work you're paying for. I've never experienced that. My only qualm is that I brought my clothing in on 2/1, was quoted to have the alterations done by 2/5, and didn't receive an email confirmation of completion until 2/8. The lead time seems to be a little long, but the work really is quality. I would probably give this place 4.5 starts due to the lead time but because I'll likely be back I'll bump it up. Three days later when I got my clothes out, the son (who took over the family business from pops) gave me my clothes with a smile and an envelope with a $20 bill and some change in it! What!!!!! Bought a baptism gown for my daughter off Amazon and it smelled horrible coming from the factory. There was no way I was allowing that garment to touch my babies skin even temporarily for the baptism ceremony, so I decided to get it cleaned. I brought it to Superior Cleaners and told them about the problem. I was worried under short notice it wouldn't be done in time. They addressed my concerns in a timely fashion and had it ready for pick up in time for the baptism! Not only that the smell was gone and they pressed it beautifully! I was so happy! William is extremely knowledgeable and very friendly. I went in on Friday and he checked my bridesmaid dress to see if it had to be dry cleaned or if it could be washed traditionally and pressed (which costs less). It definitely needed to be cleaned since I had worn it to a wedding a couple months ago. While I was there I asked him what was the drop dead deadline for me to drop off additional items for pick up the following Thursday, he told me Tuesday. I dropped off three more items on Monday morning. I was surprised because when I arrived William recognized me, then went about checking the items for their best cleaning method, and offered my dress I dropped off the previous Friday for pick up that day. WOW! I was fully expecting to wait until Thursday for pickup. I asked him to keep it so all the items would be together, which he gladly did. He is professional and upfront about a higher cost, my 4 year old sons' dress shirt would be the same price as his Dad's to press because it had to be done by hand due to its small size. When I came in to pick up all the items today (Thursday) William recognized me again, found all my items, and then, get this, asked if we were ready for the weekend AND wished us a good time at the wedding. William remembered what my event was without my mentioning it at pickup. I will definitely be back, this is truly the best customer service I've received in a long time, it is definitely a breath of fresh air. How much did all this cost me? $29 for: 1 short dress washed and pressed ($10), 1 short dress pressed ($9), 1 adult dress shirt dry cleaned and pressed ($5), 1 child dress shirt dry cleaned and pressed ($5). I think the one dress that just needed to be pressed was so much because it had pleats and folds in many directions, it was not a simple job like the dress shirts, this is my opinion, I'm not sure why it was only $1 less than the dress that was washed and pressed. read more

I called to see if I could take my dress for them to look at it and was helped by the owner, he was so nice and honest that I knew I was in great hands. When I took it in he remembered our conversation, he took a look at the dress and was confident he was able to spot clean it. When he showed me what he did I was amazed! Not only did it take him less than 5 minutes to complete it, he cleaned it as if nothing was ever there. He didn't even charge me for what he did and I am so grateful not for that but because he fixed my dress and made it look new! He also mentioned they do bridal dress preservations, something the bridal store I bought it from didn't even mention a thing about! William is absolutely awesome. He really puts so much care and effort in the clothes making it better than new. He literally saved my husband's Dress shirt removing a deep stain that 2 other dry Cleaners wasn't able to. Very social, always smiling and extremely knowledgeable in what he does. I don't think I'd be able to trust any other cleaners with any of my clothing than him.
