I will warn that if you're going for alterations or repairs on clothing to please be sure you get the correct price from the seamstress because I was quoted a price much lower when I brought my dress in than what I ended up paying when I picked it up. Also they had my dress for a week and I came in to pick up and the dress wasn't ready and upon inspection the repair looked rushed. Service is ok. But they don't honor the time they say to pick it up. I'm not sure how many other customers this has happened to but it was my first time here and I don't think I'll be coming back. They knew I was in a rush and still had to take another hour and a half to with my clothes. read more

False advertising. They have a giant sign on their window that says fast alteration, same day on request. But yet when I went in there she stated they don't have a sewing machine. Very impressed. When I first took my heavy duty blanket on a Thursday, they told me it would be ready by Monday, which it wasn't. I called then they said it would be ready on Tuesday. I called again and it wasn't ready till Thursday. On Thursday, the county decided to rip up the street and I drove from work as fast as I could to pick up my blanket. The location closes at 6pm but I arrived at 6:10 and met the owner at the back of the store because the front street had been closed because of the construction. The owner kept the store open for me. Brought my kids FFA jackets and ties to be cleaned. Received one of the pre-tied ties back safety pinned and ruined. Not only did they not notify me of the problem, they charged me the cleaning fee. When I transferred the jackets to their Cedar hangers, I found dirty spots in two sleeve cuffs and candy wrappers still in the pocket. Upon return to show ruined tie and receipt for the purchase of it replacement, all they would offer was refund of the cleaning fee for the tie, $3. My cleaning was done just fine it's just the horrible customer service that I received. The lady that runs the place is such a sourpuss if she smiled I believe her face would crack. I don't HAVE to come to your store. There are a lot of other cleaners to choose from. At least act like you care about the business I'm giving you. ~~~ Warning ~~~ Stay away from this cleaner! One of the worst service from owner Kumar. I brought my shirt in to be clean. When I return to pick it up, it had a hold in it and Kumar refuse to fix it. He just denied it was his fault and now I am stuck with a ruined shirt. I will never come back to this place again. Kumar was the worst owner I have ever meet. I live in Turlock and I take my husband work shirts and they do a fabulous job. Staff are always pleasant and won't change my cleaners.

This place is the best! My husband drops off uniforms every week and they always look amazing. Yesterday my son also wanted to drop off his "uniform" (Halloween costume) when he went with his dad. Today he got his "uniform" back from the cleaners on its own hanger, in a bag, and pressed with the creases just like dad's. He was so excited.
