After I got home from work and took a look my goose feather comforter I paid to get cleaned I noticed my comforter was untouched, still dirty and still smelt like it hadn't been cleaned. Turlock dry cleaners dry cleaned my wedding dress. I haven't opened it since the cleaning, but I really appreciated their patience. It took me two months to pick up my dress (we were on our honeymoon and they are 30 minutes from where we live). They never made a big deal of how long it took me to pick up, there was no extra fee. MY experience here has all been very positive. Only have 4 or 5 nice shirts so I gave them a try. Asked for heavy starch and my shirts came back done very nicely. We have no cleaners in Gustine so have to come to Turlock. Next visit needed a button and they matched it and fixed it for free. Very pleasant and good customer service. AMAZING! I ran into a little problem, my dress had come in for a wedding and it was WAY too long. Problem was that I needed it back in 2 days! I called Turlock dry cleaners and the gentleman answered so fast and I let him know about my situation. He said he would do his absolute best to have it done by the time I needed it. I went in ONE hour before he closed on a Monday, he did his sizing and I handed him my dress. I got a text message Wednesday morning saying it was done. I didn't catch the name of the gentleman who helped me but he was so kind and made me feel like he truly cared about my wedding dress being perfect for my wedding. I had a wedding emergency and had torn my original dress and had to search the internet to find a new one with only a few days left until my wedding!!! Thankfully I found one that someone on facebook was selling, however it had dirt and mud stains on the bottom from an outdoor wedding. If I could give this a cleaners a no star I would. We just brought 4 pairs of men's trousers to be hemmed and so my husband had to try in each pair and THEY pinned them. When we got them back they had hemmed them too short. Ridiculous! Now when we called they said there is nothing they can do about it. That they cut it to where it was pinned. Obviously the person who pinned it was having an off day. Don't take your things there. They do not know what they are doing. Save yourself the pain. Now we are out not only the hemming cost but also 4 brand new pants. Very terrible sewing and even worse customer service. read more

Just called down to get some pricing on dry cleaning two queen down comforters and the gentleman actually told me to save my money and not spend $50-60 because I can wash them myself. Wow! This place is unreal. The guy was rude and the place is overpriced. If you come here, don't lose your ticket because they have no way of checking any other way.
