Poor quality press service. The requested service was for two men's shirts to be ironed. They told us they would press them. We dropped them off the day before Thanksgiving and they told us they would be ready the following Monday. This was absolutely no problem because we were in no rush to have this done. However, the end product left me disappointed. Undoubtedly, most of the wrinkles came out, but the shirts still looked sloppy. Although some of the major folds are gone, there are still many fine wrinkles, especially in the shoulders, sleeves, and pockets that they did not bother to get out. The way they packaged the shirts after was frustrating too. Both shirts were shoved into the same plastic bag. They only had the first button done, the rest were completely undone. This meant the shirts were loose and saggy, bunched up with all the other clothing items on their conveyor belt. Although the service was relatively cheap (just short of $10 for the two shirts), it seems they did not even complete the bare minimum of getting rid of wrinkles. The staff were relatively friendly but clearly disinterested. I don't believe I'll be back and will be on the lookout for another dry cleaner. read more

I hate writing bad reviews, especially for local businesses, but this one was pretty bad. They snagged and got an indigo looking dye on my cashmere sweater. I had only wore it once and took it to the dry cleaners so this wouldn't happen. I mentioned the issue to a young attendant who called the manger and was instructed to leave a note for him to call me back during the week, as he's not always in. A week later, they haven't called call me back and my sweater is ruined. Unfortunately, I would not recommend or go back there. read more

I'm going to miss coming here! The service has been impeccable and the cost is fair for my dress shirts. I never had an issue with damage nor missing items, accessories, or buttons. Iv been to this dry cleaner before for alterations and was happy with my service. I recently purchased a dress and it was to low cut so I asked to have the chest taken up higher and there was a quarter size hole in the bottom where the seam had come lose. I picked my dress up at 7am before taking my kids to school and looked at it after I came home to find that my dress I paid for was not repaired. I then called and Saira that works there suggest I wear the dress with a hole to my wedding I'm attending in two days and to bring it back for repairs after. Disappointing read more

This place here won't take stains out. If you have a stain on one of your shirts and you ask these people to remove it, they won't. When I dropped off my shirts I asked for help to remove a stain, they told me yea no problem it's just a regular stain, they said it wasn't to crazy. So they said it won't be a problem. So I get there today and ask the lady if they were able to get the stain out, she said I didn't see it. So then I looked at them, and the stains were clearly there. She obviously didn't look. This place even lost one of my shirts in the past. It's too bad because I live around the block, but I will Never go here again. Dry cleaners are supposed to help out with stains. I came home and took it out myself. The owner needs to be around more if he wants this place to make it. read more

Took my husbands work shirts here and there are faded spots on the collars and seams which completely made them unwearable. Now we will have to buy 10 new work shirts because the ones we dropped off here for dry cleaning are completely ruined and unwearable. Save your money! Find another dry cleaner. read more

a decent dry cleaner in this area is difficult to find. a good dry cleaner is a near impossible feat. and yet, i think i have stumbled upon the impossible! granted, i have only taken 5 garments in so far, but all have come out perfect. no stains, no mystery specks, no lost clothing, no rips, no smells, no random last names written on the inside of my slacks, no lost buttons, no tardiness, no excessive prices, no excuses, no attitude. sure, my expectations may be low due to the abuse i've been through with various dry cleaners in the area, but im pretty sure i can recognize quality when i see it. the counter help has been courteous and pleasant, and the timeliness of their service is fantastic. they can even remove mystery goo! read more

We used to live in Modesto and hanging on to a cleaners 35 minutes away from your new home in Stockton does speak volumes (although DH still works in Modesto and the location is convenient for drop off on the way into work and pick up on the way home from work...but i digress.) aside from their convenient hours catering to those who work (open early with same day turn around time as well as open past 5 for pick up) prices are fair (waaaaaaay less than any cleaners we scouted in Stockton) but the reason for my yelp....read on. an unfortunate accident did occur. the casualty? my adorable (and rather pricey) silk ruffle tank from Nordstrom with cute little rhinestone button detail. The launder directions specifically stated 'dry clean only' and dry clean only i did. However, the cute little rhinestone buttons couldn't seem to stand the test...ultimately facing an untimely death in the dry clean-er....or whatever its called. while i don't know if it was an over site on the part of the shirt designer for their poor choice in buttons..or if it was a slip up on the part of the dry cleaning empolyee...that i will never know. BUT i DO know that they did their very best to rectify the issue. My shirt was held at the cleaners for a few weeks and they found similar-ish (pearls aren't rhinestones people) buttons to reattach. not the same, but a nice gesture..although i would have liked to 'approve' what they re-attached. They also mailed me a letter (only after calling and speaking to the owner) which i will show to nordstrom (stating that the buttons were not heat safe for dry cleaning..blabbity blah...) overall they were very sincere and apologetic. a fluke accident that will not deter us from continuing to use the cleaners... from what I've heard..there will be the occasionally casualty when it comes to dry cleaning.... i watch People's Court. this is how I know. My clothing always comes back perfect and I've never had a problem. They don't do on-site measurment for alterations so you need to know your inseam, but I'd rather use Sewing and More for alterations anyhow. Overall, I'm definitely a fan. read more
