They had punched those plastic barbs directly into the lining inside. I was furious. My biggest mistake was giving them a second chance. I thought that this time I would mention what they did wrong and if they could do me the favor of not punching any tags ANYWHERE on my garments. The woman agreed, yet when I got my garments, the same thing had happened. How are you in the business of caring for someones garments and yet destroying them in the process? This isnt accidental either, they could use another means of identifying pieces that arent damaging. Like those skinny tags that get fed through existing button-holes and stapled directly to themselves. As far as the customer service goes...its not spectacular. Its not difficult to look someone in the eyes when they're talking, its not difficult to say "Hello, How are you?" when they walk in. Hey, its not even THAT difficult to respond when someone asks "Hey, How are you?" and even ask the same. In the meantime, i'll be searching for another Dry Cleaner in town that cares.
