Great customer service and my clothes were perfectly clean and folded. Their turn around time was fast too!

This Fluff and Fold is clean and well lit and there are plenty of machines. It gets busy but I've never had to wait for a machine to be available. They have four sizes of washing machines which helps us save money by consolidating loads. You can pay using coins or download the app and pay by credit card through your phone. The staff is great; One time the manager and his son passed out donuts. Another visit the staff backed up a customer who was being yelled at by another customer because there was urine on the blanket she was putting into the washing machine. Apparently he has never had to care for an infant, elderly person, or animal. Anyway the staff on site totally backed and supported her. They are super customer friendly. They also offer by the pound laundry services and specialty cleaning for large items like comforters. They have a play area with toys for the kids and benches and a desk to sit and read or work. read more

Ok, these girls know how to crank out some laundry!! They were VERY busy but were still so friendly and gave great customer service. Super upbeat attitudes! Who could be so cheerful doing laundry all day, right?! I need to dry a load of clothes, so I looked on Yelp & decided to come here. As I was walking in I see they offer laundry services here. You can drop off your laundry & they will wash/dry it for you. This probably is one of the cleanest laundromat I have been in. Floors clean as well as the washers & dryers. The baskets seemed to work good & there was plenty available. I paid $2.00 for 30 minutes for the dryer. You can either use coins or download an app & pay through it.. There are plenty of washing machines & they do have the super big washers available also. There are benches you can sit on while you're waiting & a TV, there are 4 change machines located in the back & s as n ATM machine. read more

Two staff members helped me figure out how to wash a large comforter - they helped me pick the right size washing machine, helped me figure out where to put the soap (!) and helped me download the pay app and get a free wash, worth $10! Charity (who was actually off the clock at the time) and Mary were really helpful and kind! Actual angels work here! Recently life has been life-ing and quite frankly I haven't had time to stay on top of my laundry. We're a family of four and I feel like I'm forever under a mountain of clothes! One Monday I separated all my clothes, packed it up and headed to the laundry mat with every intention of using the self-service machines, but by the time I got all that sorted it was 12:40 and I felt like I wasn't going to finish before school pick ups. I was so ashamed of how much clothes had accumulated, but I inquired about their drop off service and the ladies helping me were super kind, assuring and encouraging. I almost kept one basket in my car because I didn't want them to know there was more . The team at fluff and fold does not know how much they blessed me. At pickup, I was embarrassed again because here I came for all my bags, but they were so excited to see me. It's like they knew this busy mamma was blessed! I love this place except there's an employee and older woman Caucasian with white hair ... she got mad at my boyfriend and then yelled at him A SECOND TIME because she had to do laundry and he needed to get his clothes out the machine ... it was not even our laundry ... she kept giving us crap and we didn't do anything .. but another woman mentioned of something broken and she didn't get yelled at ... we come here all the time ... practically know every one that works here ... I don't appreciate getting the attitude like we were idiots or a burden ... if we had the money to buy our own machines we would so we are sorry if we are such a hassle to your workers read more

Excellent place. Had to wash our car cover and found this place online with good reviews. I love the fact that there's attendants that work there, don't like going to a laundry mat that doesn't, and they have a bathroom. They have various sizes of machines, both washers and dryers. Very clean and friendly staff. They have benches and a TV so it's not boring or uncomfortable and time went fast. I needed help with a dryer that wasn't taking the coins, the attendant took care of it for me, the machine wasn't registering the coins, she knew what the issue was and, viola, we were back in business. I call the them lady's mom. I work so hard often don't have time to wash and fold clothes. Literally I went to wash clothes and my apartment is 8-8. I leave to work by 6:30am sometimes 5:30am don't get home until 7pm if I skip the gym. And when it first got cold I had did a big wash of winter clothes, all got stolen out the dryer. I literally had only 2 pairs of underwear for a week. But the fluff & fold is such a relief of my time and stress. They proof that money can buy happiness. I was in shock that they really guna wash and fold my clothes and even pick up and deliver. I paid $40 bucks at night picked up my clothes after work. Barely spent 2 mins total in there and customers all happy telling me they the best. Saw a young couple eating ice cream on a lil laundry date. Super awesome. When I picked up my clothes was overwhelmed with admiration. I literally did a happy dance. They put a freaking smarties candy on top of my folded clothes, come on!!! I'm bring everything to them. I finally popped into use the self serve washers and dryers and I was not disappointed! It was nice and clean and the attendant Charity was very sweet and didn't hover or make us feel like we needed to hurry up even though we went close to closing. The washers are huge! And I was able to wash 3 large tall laundry baskets of clothes in two loads, under 30 mins! And my first load ($10) was free! I love the app that you can use to pay as well as get notified when your stuff is done. Then drying was just as easy and quick. I'll for sure be back as well as continue to use the drop off/pick up and delivery service! read more

Wasted my gas to go all the way over there at 9:15pm because google says their business is open till 11pm. Manager told me they were already closed last wash at 9pm. I own a hair salon and I inquired about their pricing for wash and fold service for our salon towels. The owner Mike emailed me on a holiday weekend information about how their services work and pricing. He offered me a free trial service to see if I liked it for my salon. Mike seems very hands on and it shows in how well his business runs. His staff was friendly, the laundromat was clean and felt very safe and like a good place to do business.
