They have four sizes of washing machines which helps us save money by consolidating loads. You can pay using coins or download the app and pay by credit card through your phone. The staff is great; One time the manager and his son passed out donuts. Another visit the staff backed up a customer who was being yelled at by another customer because there was urine on the blanket she was putting into the washing machine. Apparently he has never had to care for an infant, elderly person, or animal. Anyway the staff on site totally backed and supported her. They are super customer friendly. They also offer by the pound laundry services and specialty cleaning for large items like comforters. They have a play area with toys for the kids and benches and a desk to sit and read or work.

Plenty of seating, 3 long folding tables and a handful of carts. They have a Quarter machine game, and secured restrooms door has a code. The gentleman working there the most keeps the homeless out the store and away from around the store which makes the laundry mat feel safer at night. He understands mostly Hindi, I used my phone to translate English to Hindi, it only took about 30 seconds and he was very helpful.

Typically, in this situation I would do my laundry on my own at a nearby laundromat, but the ones in my area are unkept and the machines don't work well. I also have a busy week ahead of me and didn't want to spend hours washing and folding my own clothes. I searched Yelp for nearby wash n' folds and I found Top Notch Laundry. They had great reviews so I decided to give them a try. Upon entering, I noticed the signage they had everywhere for COVID precautionary measures. The folks who work there greeted me and helped me immediately. I let them know it was my first time and they were very kind and informative. I had about 4 big loads of laundry that came out to around $40 ($1 per lb.) which isn't too bad IMO. They're even careful enough to ask if you have preference/allergies to certain detergents. (NOTE: laundry must be sorted & all clothes must be right-side out upon drop off) My laundry was ready for pickup in around 3-4 hours. Everything was washed, folded, and even sorted (by size and clothing type). All I had to do was put it away when I got home. Saved me so much time! Love this place & their service. Will definitely be returning soon!

Use one of the huge machines, seriously. I think I fit all my clothes into one huge machine that would have cost me like over $13 (for multiple machines) at the other place And they always had an attendant there each time I went. He was super nice and very helpful. He must have seen my bewildered face as I looked at the various machines. He was cleaning up but stopped and came to offer help. Super cool. The only thing I didn't like was the quarter dryer machines. I still paid like the same amount but the machines go for like 7 minutes per quarter. But I can live with that and honestly it's probably cheaper since a load of lighter items will cost you less.

Although I am not giving it a 5 star rating, I feel like I will definitely come back here. The place isn't very big, but the machines look pretty new and like they work. There are two really strange-looking alienlike ones (see photo) but also 4 very large ones (28 quarters) and a lot of smaller -to-mid-sized ones for roughly $2.50-$4 a load. There are plenty of dryers for $.25/6 minutes. Cons: there is no restroom FYI and minimal counter space for folding. Also, there are only 4 seats for waiting so I can imagine people standing around a lot if it got busy. Luckily when I got here around 2 PM on a Saturday, it was relatively empty and no screaming kids running around. At the time of writing this, I just checked the status of the dryer after minute 7. I put one load of bedsheets and bath towels in for 18 minutes, and although I've got 7 minutes left, I feel like everything will be thoroughly dry by the end. I'm impressed. I've been to laundromats where the washers work and the dryers suck, so you end up spending your money on that or line-drying at home. Not here. Yay!

The business does have double doors, but only one propped open, but of course there wasn't a cross breeze. Especially during the summer there has to be A/C going for health safety purposes. My mom and I thought about leaving and coming back, but we didn't want to leave our personal item there without supervision since this was our first time at this business.
