I came here since it was close to home. I walked into a clean and not too busy place. Okay ok I can do this. I reviewed the various machines and honestly felt lost. I'm used to my regular machine and there were so many options. Machines that seemed the same size as mine, I'm guessing they were actually bigger? That one cost $4.50, another obviously larger machine cost $6.00 and another HUGE machine cost $7or $9!!! I think I might be able to fit a few comforters in that one! Each visit I only brought in a big sized lawn garbage sized black bag of towels and clothes and 2 clean baskets to take my clothes home in. The dryers were $2.00 for 30 minutes. Most times my clothes were dry but if not, I didn't care about it since my dryer is fine for the few things I took home that needed a few more minutes. Monday through Friday 7am to 1pm there is an attendant. She's very helpful, I only seen her once since I usually went on weekends except once. There I'd a # on the washing machines that indicate how many loads they hold! I didn't know that until she told me. There is a restroom there, I never opened that door so I don't know what it's like in there. Again I live close enough by and didn't need to go.

I went to use the bigger machines, which are $10 a wash, and one of them ate my money. I got to $9 before quarters got jammed in there and the machines don't have a push button to eject any quarters. The staff is great; One time the manager and his son passed out donuts. Another visit the staff backed up a customer who was being yelled at by another customer because there was urine on the blanket she was putting into the washing machine. Apparently he has never had to care for an infant, elderly person, or animal. Anyway the staff on site totally backed and supported her. They are super customer friendly. They also offer by the pound laundry services and specialty cleaning for large items like comforters. They have a play area with toys for the kids and benches and a desk to sit and read or work.

The dryers on the other side numbered 18-21 are .25 cents for 2 minutes. To me the both look the same size, so I was confused on the price difference but I guess they aren't. In comparison, the place I normally go the regular size dryer you get 7 minutes for .25 and the huge dryers are about 5 minutes for .25. Typically dryers are suppose to be the cheap part of washing clothes but I basically spent the same amount to wash them. The washer that can carry 4 loads are $9 The washer that can carry 6 loads are $11 Regular size washer is $3.50 In comparison, the place I normally go washers are $2.50, $5.50, $7 and $10. 1 quarter machine was broken. The 2nd quarter machine took my $5. So I have to write my name down for a call back for whenever whoever has a key to give me my $5 back. Luckily they came before I left so I did get it. The 3rd quarter machine had moments where it would stop making noise and I was scared it was also gonna eat my money, but it thankfully didn't. For comparison, at the laundromat I go to for the same 2 baskets of clothes, using the same size washer and dryers I would spend about $20. Here, I spent $35+, because of course my clothes didn't dry the first round and I had to keep adding quarters. I brought $40 with me, so I know I didn't spend the whole $40 since I have change left in my purse I probably won't come here again but at least they were open for Xmas eve
