They have four sizes of washing machines which helps us save money by consolidating loads. You can pay using coins or download the app and pay by credit card through your phone. The staff is great; One time the manager and his son passed out donuts. Another visit the staff backed up a customer who was being yelled at by another customer because there was urine on the blanket she was putting into the washing machine. Apparently he has never had to care for an infant, elderly person, or animal. Anyway the staff on site totally backed and supported her. They are super customer friendly. They also offer by the pound laundry services and specialty cleaning for large items like comforters. They have a play area with toys for the kids and benches and a desk to sit and read or work.

I usually visit the one near the old Save Mart, but it was too busy today, so I tried this one. This one took a whole lot more quarters to dry my clothes than one over by the old Save Mart. There was only approximately three rolling baskets, and other patrons were hanging onto them like it was their last meal, so I had to hand carry everything from the washer to the dryers, from the dryers to the folding tables. This place needs some major improvements.

When my washer went out I had to load up my clothes and find a laundromat. I hadn't done that in…read moreyears since my daughter still lived at home and we lived in an apartment. I came here since it was close to home. I walked into a clean and not too busy place. Okay ok I can do this. I reviewed the various machines and honestly felt lost. I'm used to my regular machine and there were so many options. Machines that seemed the same size as mine, I'm guessing they were actually bigger? That one cost $4.50, another obviously larger machine cost $6.00 and another HUGE machine cost $7or $9!!! I think I might be able to fit a few comforters in that one! Each visit I only brought in a big sized lawn garbage sized black bag of towels and clothes and 2 clean baskets to take my clothes home in. The dryers were $2.00 for 30 minutes. Most times my clothes were dry but if not, I didn't care about it since my dryer is fine for the few things I took home that needed a few more minutes. Monday through Friday 7am to 1pm there is an attendant. She's very helpful, I only seen her once since I usually went on weekends except once. There I'd a # on the washing machines that indicate how many loads they hold! I didn't know that until she told me. There is a restroom there, I never opened that door so I don't know what it's like in there. Again I live close enough by and didn't need to go.

The last wash is at 11:30 to ensure they can close the store on time. There's at least one employee always on the floor to assist and answer questions, unlike other laundromats. An she literally slammed one of the doors shut and locked it on an older man at only 11:16pm saying it's to late for him to come in(all he had was clothes that needed drying!) You would only hope that we would get treated with kindness on the simple principal of how much money we have to spend just to wash and dry there!!! I RECOMMEND ONLY GOING DURING EARLY HOURS WHEN THAT WOMAN IS NOT WORKING!

The staff is always welcoming, and their prices are very competitive. What impresses me the most, however, is the exceptional quality of their work. Those experiences were often marred by damaged or poorly cleaned items, and a general lack of professionalism. This service, on the other hand, has demonstrated a genuine commitment to excellence.
