I usually visit the one near the old Save Mart, but it was too busy today, so I tried this one. This one took a whole lot more quarters to dry my clothes than one over by the old Save Mart. There was only approximately three rolling baskets, and other patrons were hanging onto them like it was their last meal, so I had to hand carry everything from the washer to the dryers, from the dryers to the folding tables. This place needs some major improvements.

The store is very clean, over 90% of the washers and dryers are in good condition and working! Very Spacious, more than enough counters to fold, tons of natural light, more than enough seating, and it's conveniently located right next to a convenience store. So it's easy to get smaller bills if necessary, and a snack or drink, without leaving clothes unattended too long. They also have 3 Huge Flatscreens playing, and since it's warming up they have set up copious box fans to keep everyone comfortable. You can conveniently pay online on the app for any machine. The only downside of the app is a minimum credit of $10, without the ability to edit it down lower than that, but above all it makes things simple and gives you updates on the machine you're using. If anything at all the app is great to see what machines are available and to calculate total price for your cycle. So no guess work! Also important to note that both Change machines are in service, give correct change, and can take at least $5 bills. Very nice atmosphere, mostly college students and little old ladies. It feels very safe and I'm not afraid to walk away from my clothes like at other laundromats, you know the ones I'm talking about. But from what I see any kinks/ wrongs have been righted! But the big and tall Mexican guy who was working there rudely approached my daughter and got confrontational with her because of the time. We were going to be finished 30 minutes before they closed. How disrespectful and unprofessional. I don't mind driving a few blocks to the other dryers from now on. This used to be my favorite place to do laundry but I'll never go back again after that experience. We felt very unwelcomed.

The only thing I would rate poorly about this place is that the A/C didn't work and it was soooooo humid inside due too the washers and dryers going. The business does have double doors, but only one propped open, but of course there wasn't a cross breeze. Especially during the summer there has to be A/C going for health safety purposes. My mom and I thought about leaving and coming back, but we didn't want to leave our personal item there without supervision since this was our first time at this business.
