When I picked up for the second time, The lady who was helping me called her supervisor or manager to see what solution they had or options to repair the damage and clearly told me that the only thing they could do was to give me a credit for 20 dollars and I told her that if that was the only solution that is a piece of more than 10 years and this one is new, I only used it once, she screamed at me, telling me what else she wanted her to do and I told her to calm down, that I only wanted a solution and she told me that there was no more, I asked her if. They could pay for the damage and she told me that if they paid for the damage, they would keep my piece I decided better to tell her that thank you for your help and I left the place, it is one of few bad experiences, but they should try to help a little more, one seeks professionals, not to damage things, but to take care of them.

Took a dress here that needed to get altered. It was $30 for alterations which is great price. The…read morealteration was minimal as it was only adjusting shoulder straps to a bridesmaid dress. It took 4 days but since we had time it wasn't a big deal. The only reason I'm giving it 3 stars is because though the alteration was simple it was not done correctly. We only needed about an inch of the straps to be taken in and when we received it, it was as if there was no adjustments made. The workers were nice and took it back, but did mention to us that they send out all alterations to someone else so had to resend it out to their seamstress. If you have alterations that are more major and need to try on to ensure it is done and fits correctly I would go to where there is a in-house seamstress just to be on the safe side. I would go back for small alterations such as hems and do you plan on going there to get dry cleaning to give that a shot.

I also asked if they could make a high slit in my dress, which had three layers. They said they'd check and have it ready. The clothes came out perfect, but the real standout was the people. Brian communicated with me throughout the entire process. He was kind, quick, and efficient. I appreciated the updates; first about the dress alteration, and then when it would be ready. The communication truly made this an exceptional experience. The cost for the alteration was $25, and I believe the cost for cleaning the three-piece suit and wedding dress was around $125 (maybe $150).

It is huge has a nice clean and new Washers and dryers lots of places to sit and hang out while you're waiting for your laundry. There are other places in Bishop, but they're not as nice as this so I would highly recommend Stopping by the Mann of Lakes laundromat for all your washing and drying needs. They also have drop off and pick up service so they can do your laundry for you if you'd rather not do it yourself.

It came with very old looking bindings and they claimed that it was all they had. Day 2 on the slopes, front binding became loose and back binding ankle strap couldn't click in. My friend was stuck on the mountain without safe equipment to get down, so she had to call ski patrol to get her down with downhill lifts. A fun blue bird day was cut short for her. When returning the gear and asking for a refund for the second day, the shop had the audacity to deny responsibility and claim that the gear was working when it was rented out and that my friend should've brought the gear back while being stuck on the mountain. They ended up offering a 5 dollar discount, when the old equipment they rented out wasn't even worth the 2 days demo price was that was charged. This shop does not belong in the ski industry. It showed zero concerns about the safety of their patrons and zero responsibility for the garbage equipment that they rented out.
