She sent me the invoice without sending any pictures of the final product. I continuously asked for pictures before paying, and she went completely silent and ghosted me. I had been told the staff & intake process had been changed not for the better; previously accepted items are now rejected. I did not believe it. But today i learned it was true. I took a bag in and a person there told me first, the donations were only accepted until 2pm. I neither heard of nor saw a notice stating that. Then the person asked what I was donating! I will be joining the growing group of donaters supporting businesses that treat us with respect, courtesy and thanks. May i suggest the SPCA Thrift store in Oakhurst.
