Had to move my business, short notice from the property owner, and no clue what to do…read more A smart individual doing his job at Cal-Bennetts, saw I was about to move locations, and called me out of the blue! I gave the man the info and details of what I wanted moved and where, and he gave me an estimate over the phone. The crew showed up on time, were more than professional and honest. I misplaced my overly expensive knife I was using while helping them, and one of the crew made sure I got it back. It took a little longer to move all my stuff and I figured the estimate was going to have an additional charge....heck, I expected it!! Well low and behold the price do not change from the original estimate.....Think people when does that ever happen!? Basically, this review is to let folks know there are actually Professional Movers who really are professionals. Cal-Bennetts is one such business. My name is Ellwood.....and I approve the message!

It makes me sad to read the negative reviews, so I decided to share some insight…read more First, this spot is not your average chain-type place. There's FedEx in town if you want the cookie-cutter service. Go there if you're looking for 'predictable' service. Second, don't be a shithead and leave a negative review for a Ma-n-Pop shop after ONE damn visit. These indie businesses are slowly becoming overrun by Big Box shops with ZERO personality and no heart. Take a minute and a deep damn breath before letting your asinine little fingers click away, basing an entire impression on one encounter. Lastly, I have been going to Curry Copy for 2 years now. I'm an artist and they are my Go-To for prints. I've been in the shop numerous times. Some days it's a quick minute.. some days it's crazy busy behind the scenes.. they're printing invites, business cards, flyers, brochures, etc... they've got orders coming out of their ears! And there's not a lot of room for a shit-ton of employees back there! Plus the cost to hire more bodies is probably out of the question. They may have a steady flow of clients but one thing is for sure, you get quality service from skilled professionals!! I've worked with the gentleman, I believe I've worked with his son, and I've worked with a woman as well. They know their shit! They will guide you and give sound advice on your projects. They'll also fax your docs or make a quick copy for you. Honestly, I don't know what these negative reviewers are talking about. The reality is, their experience is probably a give-n-take. If you go into any business with a shit attitude or just lookin for drama, you're gonna find it. If you walk in with good energy and positive vibes, you're gonna receive that ten-fold. This shop is one of a kind. Their service is On Point. The quality of work, Top Notch! So... if you're the type that prefers driving through McDonalds opposed to sitting and enjoying an artisan burger.. stick to the drive-thru experience. Go to Office Depot. The zombies will give you the exact same service all day every day. Go to Curry Copy if you wanna work with experts with a pulse. And here's a tip, if the guy or gal behind the counter is runnin around trying to get shit done! Take a minute... show some compassion! They are human, just like you. Communication goes a long way. You'll feel so much better if you communicate, much better than leaving a shitty ass review because of your ONE bad experience. I encourage the Bad Reviewers to go back several times... get a better frame of reference. And mostly, consider the fact that the indie biz depends on its community. If there's a prob, work through it. We need to love our Ma-n-Pop shops and not partake in asshole reviews that really do have a negative impact on the small biz owner. Life lesson: communicate and don't be an asshole. It'll keep indie businesses like Curry thriving! That's all! Thanks for readin!
