Turns out the batteries were dead. Wasn't quite sure what to do, went to GameQor and the guys there sent me over to Abel at Nexgen. (By the way, GameQor kicks butt too.) I probably could have done it myself, but I didn't want to chance losing my 24 year old Pokemon and hundreds of hours logged to shaky hands and liquid metal. He gave detailed explanations and answered every question or concern we had. I also want to highlight the level of professionalism this young man spoke in. I consider myself fluent in Spanish but Manny not once stuttered, chopped up words in Spanish none of that.
