I was managing my own small business network and things were chugging along just fine. Well I got a virus and I knew all of the tools to use to remove it but when windows said I had to reinstall it, I freaked out. I mean everything was on my laptop. I asked Brandon for some advise, which he happily shared. When I couldn't fix it I asked him to help me. Well first thing he did was to go through my network and inventory everything. I hadn't even done that and I know how important that is. Needless to say not only was my laptop saved but errors I had created on my server (SBS 2011) were fixed to. I will NOT be doing my own troubleshooting anymore. It is too expensive for me to be doing that work when I have a job to do. I have outsourced my IT to BG Origin Group.
